James Casbolt is approaching the final year of his sentence, and will be moving to an open prison shortly. a rare visit was sanctioned for Thursday, so I was able to visit James, who is fit and well, and studying art.
As he is moving very soon, this is the final Bases prison visit report. He has plans after he is released, which involve Russian and Chinese interests.
The published photo by Dave Marrow showed James as he was moved from the prison in the east of England. The holographic image hidden in that photo showed the term “Security Ultra” level.
