Just another day in Russia: Crew looks through snow piles for gold bars dropped from plane

Yakutia media showed footage of gold bars scattered across a runway and being dug out of the snow in nearby areas. The hatch of a cargo plane carrying precious metals accidentally flew open upon take off from a Russian airport, scattering at least three tons of gold on the runway.

Dark Side of the Church: Stormtrooper crucified in London
An art installation depicting a crucified Star Wars Stormtrooper was displayed at St. Stephen’s Walbrook church in London on Thursday, as part of a crucifixion-themed exhibition entitled Art Below. Exhibition called ‘Stations of the Cross’ hosts 14 crucifixion-themed artworks and was welcomed with lukewarm feeling by church followers. As a result the ‘crucified Stormtrooper’ was moved to the back of the church.
