Crowds are taking part in the Immortal Regiment march celebrating Victory Day on May 9, with portraits of relatives or unknown veterans of the Second World War. Dozens of cities throughout Russia and around the world are scheduled to hold the march, which celebrates the 73rd anniversary of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
