We were told that the Elders, Royals and Prosperity Package groups were part of tier 3 and were waiting to get paid just as we were. They have reportedly been started to get paid. By who? The QFS? By what? Illegal fiat, gold bars, gold-backed Chinese Yuan, Russian Rubles or digital credits we don’t know about yet? Kim and the Manna World Trust are quiet. She had no intention of giving the Elders and Royals anything. Are these the same Elders and Royals snakes we have heard about or are they Alliance replacements?
