Bases at the 4th International UFO Congress, held in Mesquite this time, I managed to get across a public statement held by the late Wendelle C. Stevens, with Jay peck and the encounter by Bill Caulfied which was about UFOs in the 1920s, ands 1930s, Decades before Roswell.
