Brief open for the Bases 2018 Christmas lectures with a roundup of the recent death of a dear colleague, Oliver Marshall and Jose Escamilla, who I met at the UFO Congress in the 1990s, both great film makers who contributed to the UFO scene and will and are sadly missed.
