Stephanie’s challenges with her back started in 2004. She eventually had surgery for a prolapsed disc, but she still had mobility and pain issues afterwards. Fast-forward to the Vancouver Advanced Week Long Retreat in February 2019, and Stephanie finally found the relief she had given up on. Stephanie really wanted to stress the point that she struggled through the entire retreat, without any “pop” or mystical experience…and yet she healed, and has remained pain-free since then.
