Today we sit down with Joseph Zen, a Cardinal of the Catholic Church, who served as the sixth Bishop of Hong Kong. A strong voice for human rights and political and religious freedom, he’s been denoted as the most outspoken critic of China’s persecution of Catholics, and communist China’s relationship with the Vatican.
