An intriguing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting the decree just signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to allocate 10 billon Rubles (US $124.3 million) from the reserve fund for equipment for diagnostics and treatment of epidemic diseases and for protective equipment, says this expenditure falls well within the guidelines for a Russian economy that can survive for a long time with oil at $20 per barrel—as opposed to Saudi Arabia who was forced to announce this week that it is reducing government expenditures by 50 billion Saudi Riyals (US $133 billion), or nearly 5 percent of its budget spending for 2020, and grimly warned: “If we don’t take any reform measures, and if the global economy stays the same, then we’re doomed to bankruptcy in three to four years”—a bankruptcy doom, likewise, facing the United States as its largest in the world oil producers face the biggest threat in their history—a threat so grave it’s now warned that even higher oil prices can’t save the US shale oil industry—the effects of which when combined with the coronavirus pandemic are crashing through America to the point that the US commercial-mortgage market is on the brink of collapse nearing a “domino effect” of catastrophic economic consequences, and whose desperate to liquidate bond holders are pleading for help—pleas being made because the reality remains that the US stock market won’t hit bottom until investors throw in the towel—but with it being gravely warned that US unemployment rates may skyrocket to 30% amid a “huge shock” to their economy—makes it no surprise that their nation’s second largest financial institution Bank of America has now called for “War-Time Measures” to immediately be enacted—an urgent call heard by President Donald Trump, who then declared “This Is War!” as he activated his nation’s military forces a few hours ago, as well as his readying his Federal Reserve central bank to drop a “$4 Trillion Economic Bomb” on America before its economy implodes—but whose “Ultimate Weapon” available for Trump to unleash to end this war crisis remains the globally feared “NOPEC Bill Bomb”—which is the devastating still in limbo No Oil Producing and Exporting Cartels Act able to impose crushing embargos on oil imports from Saudi Arabia, Russia and other OPEC nations…
