A scathingly worded new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today “demanding that the United States take effective measures” to ensure the fulfillment of their international obligations under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961 to protect the lives of Russian diplomats being threatened with death, states this extraordinary demand was made urgently needed after the crazed leftist New York Times published a “deranged made up spy fantasy” they titled “Russia Secretly Offered Afghan Militants Bounties to Kill Troops, U.S. Intelligence Says”—a spy fantasy whose supposed fact sources were “officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity”, but whom the Ministry more accurately calls “US intelligence fabricators of low intellectual abilities”—a charge specifically leveled by the Ministry against a former US Army officer named Andrew Peek, the former National Security Advisor for European and Russian Affairs, who in January-2020 was escorted from the White House under armed guard and fired for “security related” reasons, and his former commander retired US Marine General John Allen, who himself this past month shockingly said that President Trump’s threat to use the military against socialist terrorists rampaging across the US “may be the beginning of the end of the American experiment”—both of whom were US military intelligence officers in Afghanistan—which is why the Ministry pointed out the US intelligence agencies’ involvement in Afghan drug trafficking in their statement slamming the lies told by the New York Times, and said: “Should we speak about facts – moreover, well-known facts, it has not long been a secret in Afghanistan that members of the US intelligence community are involved in drug trafficking, cash payments to militants for letting transport convoys pass through, kickbacks from contracts implementing various projects paid by American taxpayers. The list of their actions can be continued if you want”.

Dangerous and demented lies told by the New York Times quickly seized on by socialist Democrat Party leader Joe Biden, who said: “The truly shocking revelation that, if the Times report is true, and I emphasise that again, is that President Trump, the commander in chief of American troops serving in a dangerous theatre of war, has known about this for months, according to the Times, and done worse than nothing…If I’m elected president, make no mistake about it, Vladimir Putin will be confronted and we’ll impose serious costs on Russia”—though most critical to note about what Biden said, is that his words came after the White House blasted these New York Times lies and said: “While the White House does not routinely comment on alleged intelligence or internal deliberations, the CIA Director, National Security Advisor, and the Chief of Staff can all confirm that neither the President nor the Vice President were briefed on the alleged Russian bounty intelligence”—a White House statement of fact and reality confirmed by US Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, who said: “The White House statement addressing this issue earlier today, which denied such a briefing occurred, was accurate…The New York Times reporting, and all other subsequent news reports about such an alleged briefing are inaccurate”—and in the Ministry investigation into why this lie was started in the first place, astonishingly saw it being started by socialist Democrat Party forces slammed into horror less than a fortnight ago by the feared and powerful leader of the Trump Campaign named Brad Parscale—who during a barely noticed 19 June interview, said the most terrifying thing these socialist Democrats and the leftist mainstream media have ever heard: “We’ve spent the last 3 years building some new technology we have not revealed yet…and when we turn that engine on, we’re going to converse with 100-million Americans, without the media or social media in the middle”…
