The hypocrisy of the left never ceases to amaze me, anything our great President does they seem to be offended and crawl in their safe space to complain. The latest complaint from them now is that President Trump canceled a tradition of having a Ramadan dinner at the White House.

Though it was Thomas Jefferson who had the first Ramadan dinner, there Bill Clinton was the one who made it a “tradition.” I have never seen such hypocrisy as I have in the past 10 years of politics coming from the left. I am an American Jew who lives in Israel but I still watch American news since I do have friends and family that continue to live there. This is one sided discrimination because what it looks like to me is that liberal atheist, in particular, seems to have a problem with Christians. The ACLU made it to where in federal places you are not even allowed to say Merry Christmas, and let’s be blunt and factual about this, America is a Christian country.

The police are on the lookout for a couple of degenerate thugs who beat up a woman and her teenage daughter. The violent couple, named Nathaniel Eric Smith and Latasha M. Smith, were mad because their chicken was cold and they didn’t get enough fries. An altercation with employees, the mother, and daughter, broke out and then the women were both beat up outside of the establishment.

The video is horrifying as an older woman is brutally attacked by some ghetto looking string bean chick. Then to make matters worse, the daughter of the woman getting beat up comes to help and console the battered woman and the BIG FAT GUY sucker punches the teenage girl. He drops her in one punch (who couldn’t) and she bounces right back up like she’s got snakes in her boots. He looks to be about 250lbs of tubby lard, wears t-shirts that show his fupa, and his shorts look like Capri pants for fat guys. He’s one fashion statement away from being a turd in a male romper. His chick, daughter, or whoever that girl is, looks like she’s a stunt double for Felicia in the movie Friday. “Bye Felicia” is what the cops will say when they hopefully lock these two degenerate thugs behind bars.

Police are on the hunt for a couple who were caught on video camera beating a restaurant owner and her 15-year-old daughter because they weren’t happy with their meals.

The incident happened at the Qwik Chick takeout stand next to U.S. Highway 1 in Baxley, Georgia just after 3pm on Thursday, reported WTOC.

The couple, identified as Nathaniel Eric Smith and Latasha M. Smith, got into an altercation with the food store’s owner, Jeanette Norris, because they said their chicken was cold and they didn’t have enough fries.

Norris refunded their money but she said they went ‘berserk’ anyway and began beating on the store’s windows.

She walked outside to tell the pair that police were on the way and that’s when footage shows Latasha rushing at the woman and punching her several times.
Norris goes out of frame and Latasha leaves, but then her 15-year-old daughter gets out of a vehicle and comes over to help.

That’s when Nathaniel clocks her in the face, sending her flying backwards. He then walks off.

Other customers quickly came over to comfort the girl.
Here’s the store owner pointing to something. She’s probably pointing to Jesus, which is what these buffoons need in their life. There’s no audio of this so we can only take into account the verbal story provided by the people who were jacked up. If she called him a n*gger, then she got what she deserved. However, if that’s not the case, then she didn’t deserve to get beat up.

On the contrary, if someone brought me some cold chicken and three fries, then I’d be mad too. I wouldn’t beat them up over it, but I can certainly understand where these folks are coming from. Maybe bad service and horrible food gets no tips, but they don’t need to get beat up like this. It’s not worth it to go to jail over some chicken.

The biggest conspiracy theory this country is facing is the idea that Russian government officials interfered with the United States 2016 presidential election with the help of President Trump.

Democrats won’t let it go because they need a reason why they failed so miserably.

However, no matter how hard they try they cannot find anything. President Trump this last week took to social media to call out this farce of an investigation.

The President sent out a flurry of tweets where he called out the former White House administration for their inaction and hypocrisy while simultaneously defending himself from outside attacks. Look here.
According to reports, the Obama administration failed in their investigation of Russia. After finding out about the election interference they created very modest sanctions against the communist country by closing two compound quarters and banning 35 diplomats. Not exactly a situation where the punishment fits the crime. That’s like slapping someone with a ruler on the wrist for raping someone.

One former Obama era official said,

“It is the hardest thing about my entire time in government to defend. I feel like we sort of choked.”

Michael McFaul, who was the U.S. ambassador to Russia for the former administration from 2012 to 2014 even admitted,

“The punishment did not fit the crime. Russia violated our sovereignty, meddling in one of our most sacred acts as a democracy — electing our president. The Kremlin should have paid a much higher price for that attack. And U.S. policymakers now — both in the White House and Congress — should consider new actions to deter future Russian interventions.”

Even Obama’s people know he failed in properly punishing a country he says committed a heinous crime. I guess getting Hillary Clinton elected was more important.

The Presidents tweets were also an attempt to get Republicans who were on the fence about the Senate health care bill to throw their support behind it. The House version was controversial and many Republicans up until hours before it is voted on indicated they were not going to vote in favor of it. No matter how the President swings it he is getting attacks from all sides.

The Senate health care bill was released on Thursday and it is up for an amendment process prior to it being voted on. Meaning people can offer changes. Five GOP Senators have already indicated they will not vote for it in its current form. One of those people being Senator Dean Heller from Nevada. He’s a vulnerable Senator in his first term up for reelection next year.

Other people who won’t vote for it include Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, Senator Mike Lee of Utah, Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, and Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky. Considering all the work the White House has done on the health care bill they are going to do everything in their power to ensure that this bill is passed and thus they have a vested interest.

President Donald Trump just made a decision about Islam that has Muslims furious, and there’s nothing any activist federal court judge can do about it. After years of previous presidents pandering to Muslims at the White House, American patriots all over the country are celebrating Trump’s epic move. Wait until you see what he did during their most holy holiday.

According to The Gateway Pundit, Trump sent a clear message to Muslims by decisively ending the White House tradition of hosting the Iftar dinner to celebrate the Islamic holiday, Ramadan. The ludicrous practice was started by impeached former Democrat president and cigar aficionado Bill Clinton.

Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Hussein Obama continued to honor Ramadan with an official White House dinner during their administrations, much to the dismay of millions of Americans who treasure our Christian heritage. It just doesn’t make sense to celebrate a religion that teaches death to Christians.
Ramadan began on May 27, 2017, this year and ended at sundown on Saturday, June 24, 2017. Muslims around the world celebrate the end of their holy month by celebrating the holiday Eid al-Fitr, the “feast of breaking of the fast.” Ending the traditions of Islam in America is long overdue. Trump’s administration did not even respond to multiple requests from the outraged mainstream media for comment regarding the absent Iftar dinner, according to The Washington Post.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson did, however, say the State Department would not be honoring the Muslim holiday as previous administrations have in the past by hosting a Ramadan reception. In addition, Tillerson sent out a brief statement saying, “Best wishes to all Muslims celebrating Eid al-Fitr.”

“This holiday marks the culmination of Ramadan, a month in which many experience meaning and inspiration in acts of fasting, prayer, and charity,” Tillerson said in the statement. “This day offers an opportunity to reflect on our shared commitment to building peaceful and prosperous communities. Eid Mubarak, ” he added.

Despite Tillerson’s attempt to smooth things over with his well-wishes for Muslims, the White House stayed the course and did not even acknowledge the Islamic holiday. These are fundamental common sense decisions that Americans should expect from any president. This year, Ramadan has been an opportunity for many Muslims to celebrate the recent terrorist attacks in England, where an Islamic jihadist killed men, women, and children in cold blood.

According to a report by Newsweek, many Muslims in the United States are furious with Trump’s decision to snub the “religion of peace” and go golfing instead of honoring their holy day. “It is disappointing because that’s been a good tradition,” Imam Talib Shareef of the Nation’s Mosque in Washington, D.C., said in an interview with Newsweek Friday. “To stop it doesn’t send a good message. You get the chance to go golfing and all this other kind of stuff. How come you don’t have time for a population of your society that needs some assistance? The message that it sends is that we’re not that important.”

A government watchdog group reported that $136.7 billion dollars were spent by federal agencies on “improper payments” during Fiscal Year 2015.

According to the report released by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on Tuesday, 122 federal programs were involved in the massive spending waste.
Out of the total $136.7 billion spent on improper payments in 2015, roughly $132 billion was attributed to payments from 52 programs associated with 15 federal agencies.

The GAO projects that improper payments from at least 112 agency programs could reach $144.3 billion in 2016.

Improper payments occur when funds go to the wrong recipient, when a recipient receives too little or too much money, when payment documentation is not available, or when “the recipient uses federal funds in an improper manner,” according to the Payment Accuracy website.

Between the years of 2003 to 2016, improper payments were estimated at $1.2 trillion, said the report.

Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., the top Democrat on the Senate Homeland Security, issued a statement on the shocking statistical revelations, calling it “unacceptable” that the federal government has “wasted” billions of dollars.

“Whatever the political circus in Washington looks like, this is an area where Democrats and Republicans can and should work together, and that’s what I plan to do,” McCaskill said.

Federal agencies are required under the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Improvement Act of 2012 (IPERA) to review all federal programs, identify any that could be prone to improper payments, and report estimates of those improper payments, which 15 of 24 federal agencies neglected to do in 2015, according to the GAO.

The Washington Examiner reports:

Seven of the 24 agencies were found to be noncompliant for three consecutive years: The Departments of Agriculture, Defense, Health and Human Services, Labor, and Treasury, and the Small Business Administration and Social Security Administration

As you know, African Americans were among those hit hardest by Barack Hussein Obama’s global policies.

Unemployment among black Americans ages 16 years and over fell to 7.5 percent in May, its lowest level since December 2000.

Black unemployment has been on the decline since February — falling from (February) 8.1, (March) 8.0, (April) 7.9, and (May) 7.5 percent, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The national unemployment rate in May was 4.3 percent, its lowest level since May 2001.
Unemployment for black Americans has historically hovered below their white counterparts. The Great Recession drove black unemployment near Great Depression-era levels, reaching 16.8 percent in March 2010.

While most Americans were feeling the negative affects of the housing crisis, it was black lawmakers who were beginning to publicly blame President Obama for black America’s morass.

In August 2011, Congresswoman Maxine Waters called the black unemployment rate “unconscionable.”

A month later, Waters hammered President Obama for failing to “acknowledge the economic disaster in the African American community” while addressing his jobs agenda in the battleground state of Iowa.

Days later, then-Congressional Black Caucus Chairman Emanuel Cleaver told reporters, “If Bill Clinton had been in the White House and had failed to address this problem, we probably would be marching on the White House.”

In an interview with Fox News, Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz applauded President Trump’s “bluff” in implying that he may have had tapes of his conversations with James Comey, saying it protected Trump from potential false testimony by the former FBI director.

Trump made the claim during an interview on Fox News “America’s Newsroom” on Friday, saying that he bluffed about the tapes to make sure Comey “stayed honest in those hearings,” according to The New York Times.

“I’ve been reading about it for the last couple of months, about the seriousness of the horribleness of the situation with surveillance all over the place,” Trump said. “So you never know what’s out there. But I didn’t tape, and I don’t have any tape and I didn’t tape.”
He added that the bluff “wasn’t very stupid, I can tell you that,” and that Comey’s “story may have changed” after he bluffed about the tapes.

Dershowitz said that was a good strategy for the president to protect himself.

Comey, he said, was “calculating, designing to try and get a special counsel because he didn’t have the courage to stand in front of the TV cameras and say, ‘I want a special counsel appointed.’
“He did it surreptitiously, through leaks,” Dershowitz added.

As for the bluffing strategy, Dershowitz even admitted to using it himself in his courtroom days.

“I had a policeman on the witness stand lying about what he told my client,” Dershowitz said. “I led him to believe I had a tape recording of it by reading from a transcript that seemed to be of a tape, that was actually a transcript of what my client told me he remembered. He changed his testimony, told the truth, we won the case.”

Dershowitz called it “entrapment to the interest of justice.”
It’s worth pointing out the Harvard Law professor didn’t necessarily think Trump’s strategy worked as planned.

“In the end, a special counsel was appointed, partly because Comey, who didn’t have the courage of his convictions, leaked information through a laundered source, a Columbia Law professor, in order to get a special counsel appointed,” Dershowitz said.

The most devastating part of the legislation is the destruction of Medicaid. Senior citizens across the country depend on Medicaid.

The AARP just vowed to hold all 100 Senators accountable for their vote. AARP has a massive membership of 38 million people who will heed their message.

AARP wrote in a statement:

This new Senate bill was crafted in secrecy behind closed doors without a single hearing or open debate—and it shows. The Senate bill would hit millions of Americans with higher costs and result in less coverage for them. AARP is adamantly opposed to the Age Tax, which would allow insurance companies to charge older Americans five times more for coverage than everyone else while reducing tax credits that help make insurance more affordable.

AARP is also deeply concerned that the Senate bill cuts Medicaid funding that would strip health coverage from millions of low-income and vulnerable Americans who depend on the coverage, including 17 million poor seniors and children and adults with disabilities. The proposed Medicaid cuts would leave millions, including our most vulnerable seniors, at risk of losing the care they need and erode seniors’ ability to live in their homes and communities.

The Senate bill also cuts funding for Medicare which weakens the programs ability to pay benefits and leaves the door wide open to benefit cuts and Medicare vouchers. AARP has long opposed proposals that cut benefits or weaken Medicare.

As we did with all 435 Members of the House of Representatives, AARP will also hold all 100 Senators accountable for their votes on this harmful health care bill. We are currently six full months into the Trump presidency.

Much has been changing in this country, from healthcare, to immigration policy, to foreign policy. What has stayed the same, however, is the Left’s rabid Russia witch hunt.

No matter how much evidence proves the contrary, liberals insist that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia before, during, and after the 2016 election.

This, of course, is not true. There is no evidence that either Trump or any of his people worked with Russia to beat Hillary Clinton.

Nevertheless, the Left and its allies in the deep state appointed former FBI director Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to come up with something to hurt the President.

The Left is putting a lot of faith in Mueller to help their cause. What they do not know is that damaging information about Mueller’s past has been revealed.

This will certainly come back to haunt Mueller and his liberal friends:

Now that even some leading Democrats have begun to question the idea that Donald Trump and Moscow somehow “colluded” in order to win the 2016 election, the whole purpose of a Special Counsel seems moot. Furthermore, given Robert Mueller’s past, one must wonder why he’s even allowed to investigate President Trump.

Back in 2006, the Justice Department found evidence that Mueller, then the FBI Director, falsified testimony about the bureau’s surveillance on an anti-war protest in 2002. Specifically, the DoJ discovered that Mueller improperly opened and expanded investigations into certain Left-wing groups (via Mercury News).

Mueller’s bipartisanship seems doubtful given that his law firm worked with the Left-wing Civis Analytics as recently as 2014-2015 (via Got News).

Many have also noted that Mueller has staffed his Russian probe team with many Hillary Clinton donors (via The Daily Caller).

No one should be surprised that Mueller is dishonest. After all, he took the blatantly partisan Special Counsel job even though he knew full well that Trump did nothing wrong.

What is surprising, however, is the extent of Mueller’s dishonesty.

Everyone knew about the Obama and Clinton operatives on Mueller’s team. Patriot Journal reported on those revelations when the information became public last week.

No one knew about Mueller’s history of perjury, though. The FBI surveillance scandal was also kept secret very well.

Apparently, then-FBI Director Mueller ordered several investigations that targeted peaceful anti-war protest groups. Mueller’s FBI also placed numerous activists on terrorist watch lists, even if there was no evidence to support those allegations.

When confronted by the Senate, Mueller gave a misleading testimony. He said the FBI was targeting a specific terror suspect at an anti-war rally, when the truth is that Mueller simply wanted to surveil the event.

Indeed, Mueller is not to be trusted.

Robert Mueller is a power-hungry crook who uses positions of authority to pervert justice for personal gain. Worse, whenever he gets caught, he lies about it.

There is no way that this man has the capability to impartially investigate wrongdoing in the White House. The fact that Democrats are willing to tolerate Mueller, let alone believe his conclusions, reveals a lot about their character.

Soon the American people will realize that the witch-hunting Democrats do not actually want justice. All they want is for Trump to go away, and they will stop at nothing to see that happen.

The state of California continues to harass the rest of the country with their elitist liberal policies. Of course, we would all love it to stop, but just like mullets, they never go away. This week their liberal lunacy went into hyperdrive when California’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra halted state travel to certain states. In the spirit of “gay pride and tolerance,” state officials have decided that no one can visit states that are considered homophobic.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D) will bar state employees from business trips to four states after those states passed measures limiting the rights of LGBT people.

The new restrictions prohibit state-funded or state-sponsored travel to Texas, Alabama, Kentucky and South Dakota…

California’s Democrat-dominated legislature passed a measure last year barring state-funded travel to states that allow discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. Already, the law has blocked employee travel to four other states – Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Of course, this isn’t a new policy, but adding Texas to the list is. California thinks that can punish the great state of Texas for flexing their state sovereignty, and the reason why is this. Last month, Texas passed a law that will protect the rights of Christian adoption agencies. They are now allowed to deny parental applicants that are gay, unmarried, or even non-Christian. The ruling holds up even if the agency receives government funding.

And, of course, to these one-dimensional libtards, that means they are homophobic. So, if California thought that Texas would roll over and change their policies they were very wrong. But, what makes it even better is that Texas gets the last laugh and here is why.

There is a mass exodus happening in California thanks to the high taxes, insane liberal policies, and the lack of jobs. These political refugees are leaving all that crap behind in search of a better place that happens to be in the state of Texas.
So, while California thinks that they have really hurt Texas with their fascist travel ban it actually has done nothing. In fact, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxon said the majority of their new residents are from the state of California.

“I talk to people almost every day who made the trek from California to Texas, and without fail, they tell me their move is due to either greater job opportunities, much lower-priced housing, an escape from a left-coast political climate, or just a better quality of culture and life,” Paxton stated.

His director of communications, Marc Rylander, added that Californians are “coming to Texas to stay, and they’re coming in droves.”

“These are great days in the state of Texas,” he continued. “We have a thriving economy, we have wonderful, wonderful places to live, greatest people, greatest food, families, football, all the things that make Texas great, and you can come here and enjoy all of that at an affordable rate.”

California’s ban, which was enacted by the state’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra, was in response to a recent Texas law allowing faith-based groups to maintain their religious beliefs while offering services in Texas’ child welfare system.

In 2015, over 550,000 people moved to Texas while California lost nearly 650,000 people, with over 10% of them going to Texas.
Yeah, it does not sound like the state of Texas is crying over this silly ban to me. In fact, because of California and their deluded ways of thinking is actually helping other states grow. How is that for instant karma?

California really needs to get off their high horse and come back down to earth. If they want to enact a travel ban to states that are simply enforcing their rights, so be it. However, it is only the people that live in the state that will suffer from their insane travel ban. People who live in there are fed up with how these leftist loons are running this beautiful state into the ground. Between the high taxes and policies such as this, people are leaving in droves and rightfully so.

The state of California is making a statement to the rest of the nation: conform or be vilified. And, that means that they will keep their pompous attitudes and gay pride events in their heavily taxed state. Again, how is the rest of the country losing here?

President Trump issued a statement Saturday greeting Muslims as they celebrate the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, breaking with nearly two decades of tradition of holding an iftar dinner to commemorate Ramadan.

“On behalf of the American people,” President Trump said in the statement, “Melania and I send our warm greetings to Muslims as they celebrate Eid al-Fitr.”

The holiday marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting.

The dinners began under President Clinton and were continued by President George W. Bush and Barack Obama. The iftar dinner at the White House is usually attended by prominent members of the Muslim community, diplomats and Congress members.
“Muslims in the United States joined those around the world during the holy month of Ramadan to focus on acts of faith and charity,” Trump said. “During this holiday, we are reminded of the importance of mercy, compassion, and goodwill. With Muslims around the world, the United States renews our commitment to honor these values.”

Third time might be a charm for US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, who wed his Scottish actress fiancee Louise Linton in front of President Trump and the First Lady at a lavish, star-studded ceremony in Washington, DC on Saturday.

It’s the third marriage for ex-banker Mnuchin, 54, who is reportedly worth upwards of $300 million, and the second marriage for Linton, 36, an Edinburgh-born actress who has appeared in several Hollywood films.

She was married to Hollywood lawyer Ronald Richards. They divorced in 2009.

The pair exchanged vows on Saturday evening at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium on the National Mall.

The 300-person guest list included President Trump, First Lady Melania and Vice President Mike Pence. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner also attended the lavish ceremony.

The Vice President officiated the couple’s wedding.

Steven Mnuchin, 54, was marrying his 36-year-old beau Louise Linton in a lavish ceremony with the President and First Lady present.

Vice President Mike Pence officiated the ceremony as Mnuchin, 54 wed Scottish beauty Louise Linton, 36, at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium on the National Mall.

The guest list included President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump.

First daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner attended along with White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer and his wife Rebecca Mille.
It is the third marriage for Mnuchin, a former Goldman Sachs executive, and the second for the Scottish actress.

The couple met at a wedding in Los Angeles four years ago while Mnuchin was still married to his second wife, Heather deforest Crosby, Linton told the New York Times.

He proposed to her two years later with a ring that was the same as one she admired in front of Mnuchin years prior, she told Town & Country.
“We were at Art Basel in Miami a few years ago and we walked past a jewelry store. We stopped to admire the shape of an oval engagement ring in the window. It’s quite an old-fashioned shape but I love it. Three years later he proposed to me with an oval ring just like the one we saw in the window,” she said.

That story did not meet CNN’s editorial standards and has been retracted. Links to the story have been disabled. CNN apologizes to Mr. Scaramucci.

Senate investigators are examining the activities of a little-known $10-billion Russian investment fund whose chief executive met with a member of President Donald Trump’s transition team four days before Trump’s inauguration, a congressional source told CNN.

The source said the Senate intelligence committee is investigating the Russian fund in connection with its examination of discussions between White House adviser Jared Kushner and the head of a prominent Russian bank. The bank, Vnesheconombank, or VEB, oversees the fund, which has ties to several Trump advisers. Both the bank and the fund have been covered since 2014 by sanctions restricting U.S. business dealings.

Following the resignation of Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), Trey Gowdy (R-SC) assumed the role of House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman. Gowdy has already declared that he will not waste taxpayer money on wild goose chases designed to undermine President Trump.

Politico reports:

Newly-elected House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Trey Gowdy does not plan to investigate Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election or questions of whether President Donald Trump obstructed justice.

The South Carolina Republican told a gathering of reporters Friday that he instead wants to return the Oversight panel to its original “compulsory” jurisdiction, including overseeing more mundane issues like government procurement and the Census.

And while Oversight will likely pursue some investigations eventually, Gowdy was adamant that he does not want to infringe on the work of special counsel Robert Mueller.
Gowdy also argued that the Russia scandal and questions of obstruction fall more in the jurisdiction of other committees — including the the House Judiciary Committee and the House Intelligence Committee, where he helps lead the investigation of Moscow’s interference in the 2016 election.

“No. 1: It’s in the jurisdiction of Bob Mueller. And secondarily, I would think Judiciary has jurisdiction over the Department of Justice and the FBI,” he said. “To the extent that any of those memos are classified, that would be [Intelligence]. And for those that think a third committee ought to look at it, Oversight would have secondary permissive jurisdiction but it would be secondary.”

But just like Shaun Lucas and Seth Rich who died under mysterious circumstances after getting too close to Hillary and the DNC’s dirty secrets, Whisenant’s life has just come to an abrupt end. His body was just found washed up on a beach in Hollywood, Florida, and investigators have absolutely no explanation for how he wound up dead from trauma to the head. WPTV reported:

The body of a federal prosecutor has been found on a Florida beach with possible head trauma.

Hollywood police spokeswoman Miranda Grossman said Thursday that the body of 37-year-old Beranton J. Whisenant Jr. was found early Wednesday by a passerby on the city’s beach. She said detectives are trying to determine if the death was a homicide, suicide or something else.
Whisenant worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami in its major crimes unit. He had joined the office in January. Court records show he had been handling several visa and passport fraud cases.
Acting U.S. Attorney Benjamin G. Greenberg said in a statement that Whisenant was a “great lawyer and wonderful colleague.” The office declined to comment on the investigation.

James Comey, the former FBI Director recently testified in front of Congress that he had never been an anonymous source in news reports related to the Russia investigation. But the interesting thing is that by the time Comey stated this, he has already leaked several private conversations, which only means that he may have misled senators back on May 3 when he testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Comey had already leaked several of his private conversations with Trump to his friend Benjamin Wittes who is the editor-in-chief of the blog Lawfare and former editorial writer for the Washington post.
In one piece that was published on May 18, Wittes wrote that the former FBI Director shared the conversations over the past few months, explaining “Comey never told me the details of the dinner meeting; I don’t think I even knew that there had been a meeting over dinner until I learned it from the Times story. But he did tell me in general terms that early on, Trump had ‘asked for loyalty’ and that Comey had promised him only honesty. He also told me that Trump was perceptibly uncomfortable with this answer.”

One of the biggest lies Donald Trump has told is that he saved jobs from being shipped overseas, before even taking office.

It’s a high bar to reach, given the regularity with which he lies about everything from the relatively mundane and easily debunked — like where President Barack Obama was born, to the far more dangerous ones, like whether he tried to shut down the FBI’s investigation into Russia.

But when Trump claimed credit in December for negotiating a deal with the HVAC company Carrier to keep its factory jobs in Indiana, Carrier quickly proved him the sucker in that “negotiation” — and now more than 600 workers in Indianapolis, who will be laid off starting next month, are the unfortunate losers.

As CNBC reports, Carrier received “up to $7 million in incentives” in exchange for agreeing to employ at least 1,069 workers for the next decade. But only 730 of those jobs are manufacturing jobs, which are the exact jobs Trump claimed to have saved. The rest of the jobs, CNBC writes, “are engineering and technical jobs that were never scheduled to be cut.”

Of course, that’s not what Trump boasted about when he took a victory lap in Indiana, claiming to have saved more than a thousand jobs — at least — that were scheduled to go overseas.

“That number is going to go up very substantially as they expand this area,” he said in December. “So the 1,100 is going to be a minimum number.”

Trump also left out of his boasting in December that at the time, Carrier said it was still intending to ship another 1,300 jobs — more than he had supposedly “saved” — to Mexico.

At the time, Chuck Jones, president of United Steelworkers 1999 in Indiana, called out Trump’s lies about what exactly he had achieved for workers in Indianapolis. Trump retaliated against Jones on Twitter, of course:

Soon after Trump’s attacks, Jones started receiving threatening phone calls but continued to speak out to try to set the record straight about the jobs Trump had claimed to save. Nonetheless, much of the media uncritically parroted Trump’s lies and gave him credit for supposedly forcing Carrier to reverse its plans.

The reality, however, is that despite the millions of taxpayer dollars Pence was able to offer Carrier for a few good headlines for the Trump team, more than 600 workers will be out of the jobs Trump supposedly saved for them.

Liberal U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy may announce his retirement on Monday, June 26.

That’s the scuttlebutt among both liberal and conservative circles that has been escalating since last month.

In May, author/political consultant Roger Stone predicted Justice Kennedy will retire soon (see video), paving the way for President Trump to appoint his second SCOTUS judge after Neil Gorsuch, who took the bench in April.

Rumors have been swirling for months that both Justice Kennedy, 80, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 84, will retire soon given their advanced age and long tenures on the Supreme Court.

Anthony Kennedy was appointed by Ronald Reagan in 1987, while Ginsburg was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1993.
On June 20, conservative authors Mike Cernovich and Jack Posobiec tweeted: “Rumor: Justice Kennedy retiring next week” and “Kennedy has been discussing retiring with closest advisors for weeks.”

Two days later, MSNBC pundit Chris Hayes also told his Twitter followers that Justice Kennedy could announce his retirement on June 26.
