Democratic members of Congress on Wednesday sued President Trump in federal court, claiming he had violated the emoluments clause of the Constitution by accepting foreign funds through the Trump business without Congressional approval.

The Washington Post broke the news early Wednesday morning, reporting that 196 lawmakers had joined the complaint, more than any lawmakers ever to sign on to sue a president.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) led the filing in federal district court, and said Tuesday that while no Republicans had joined the lawsuit, they were welcome to do so.

Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.) led the legal effort in the House.

“Trump has conflicts of interest in at least 25 countries, and it appears he’s using his presidency to maximize his profits,” Coyers told Reuters Wednesday.
The Post obtained an advanced copy of the complaint, which argues that the “foreign emoluments clause” in the Constitution requires the president to get the “consent of Congress” before accepting gifts. The suit also alleges that the Trump empire gives foreign governments an incentive to give Trump businesses special treatment.

The 37-page filing comes a day after the attorneys general of Maryland and Washington, D.C., said they will seek Trump’s tax returns in a lawsuit over foreign payments to his D.C.-based hotel.

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh said he and his D.C. counterpart, Karl Racine, will seek Trump’s personal financial information — including his tax returns — in a lawsuit alleging the president has committed “unprecedented constitutional violations.”

Comey told lawmakers that this sensitive document was hard evidence of a conversation between two political figures that suggested Lynch had agreed to kill any prosecution of Hillary Clinton in order to help her win the presidential election.

How much more corrupt could Barack Obama’s administration have been? According to Circa, Comey said “the attorney general looked at the document then looked up with a steely silence that lasted for some time, then asked him if he had any other business with her and if not that he should leave her office,” said one source who was informed of the situation. Comey’s failure to bring this damning evidence to Congress during the election is a crime in and of itself.

Now, Comey’s shocking admission, which is obviously an attempt to save his own skin, has provoked demands from both sides of the isle for the Senate Judiciary Committee to investigate Lynch. The ultra-liberal Senator from California, Diane Feinstein (D-CA), is one of the first to realize the gig is up. On Sunday, June 11, 2017, Feinstein told CNN’s Brianna Keilar that Congress needs to investigate Comey’s claims that Lynch tried to pressure him to cover for Hillary Clinton. “I think we need to know more about that,” Feinstein said. “And there’s only one way to know about it, and that’s to have the Judiciary Committee take a look at that, ” she added.

Comey’s disturbing confession has caused pandemonium all over Washington, D.C., as most liberals are seen scrambling to divert attention away from Obama, Lynch, and the ex-FBI Director by ramping up their monotonous Russian conspiracy accusations against President Donald Trump. Attorney General Jeff Sessions let loose today and explained EXACTLY how he feels about the 9th Circuit Court. Sessions’ message is loud and clear — Democrats better start scrambling for cover because this truth bomb is going to hurt.

The 9th Circuit Court is responsible for shutting down President Trump’s “travel ban.” Sessions let America know that the Executive Branch is supposed to be the body of government that ENSURES that our country is safe, per the Constitution. The court interjecting and stopping the president from executing his power could cause a horrifying effect on our safety as a nation (via Sessions’ official statement).

Attorney General Sessions is correct on so many different levels with just that one piece of his statement. The Executive Branch DOES have the role of ensuring the overall safety of our nation. Two such measures are border security and immigration policy.

If we are in a position where we need to SERIOUSLY worry about who is coming into our country the President is within his rights to take steps to make sure that we are as safe as we can be, ESPECIALLY considering the circumstances. The travel ban was meant to filter through people; to vet people, and make sure no one comes here who would do us any harm.

Instead of recognizing it for what it is, the Left decided they were going to make it all about their feelings. Every time you stop a terrorist from entering the country babies cry, and all that jazz. How about we take FEELINGS out of the equation and worry about the facts?

The facts demonstrate that we DO have something to worry about. For instance, there have been over a thousand people murdered by Muslim extremists during the first half of their holy month of Ramadan. We have watched THREE attacks occur in London in under 30 days.

Children have been MURDERED by savages, and the Left thinks we should have open borders? Do they have an inkling of how DEADLY that decision could turn?

Trump’s travel ban is SUCH a basic concept. We stop people from coming here for a while so we can figure out a proper vetting process to keep dangerous people out.

President Donald Trump just crushed her healthy food legacy in an epic move to completely erase all traces of Michelle’s horrible healthy foods program that had tentacles everywhere in American society. Trump made sure she got a nasty surprise that is pissing her off. You don’t want to miss this.

Poor Michelle Obama, her pet project, telling all Americans how to eat, is over. President Trump has ordered the Food and Drug Administration to hold off indefinitely on Michelle’s changes to all labels on foods and on menus in restaurants. It was due to take effect in 2018, but now, it’s all been scrapped and thrown in the dustbin.

“In 2016, the Obama Administration and Food and Drug Administration released a revamp of the standard nutrition label. The changes were designed to emphasize serving sizes, added sugars, and calories numbers, ideally to help Americans make smarter food choices. Former First Lady Michelle Obama had been pushing for them to be changed since 2014.” reports Business Insider, adding, “Those changes were supposed to happen by July 26, 2018. But on Tuesday, the FDA said it would give companies more time to make the shift. The agency did not give a new deadline.” Nor will they ever get a new deadline as Trump squashed all programs on food after he learned of the debacle of the school lunch program.

You may remember, it was just one month ago that Trump canned the school lunch program. Michelle lashed back at him, saying, “I mean you have to stop and think, ‘Why don’t you want our kids to have good food at school? Why would that be political? What is going on?’ You know, now that’s up to moms. Moms, think about this. I don’t care what state you live in. Take me out of the equation, like me, don’t like me, but think about why someone is OK with your kids eatin’ crap.”
Parents across the country were shocked and dismayed after seeing what her special, nutritional foods looked like. Kids were starving, and parents were chastised by liberal loon principals who backed Michelle’s crazy plan. Even that idiot Chelsea Clinton went nuts after Trump stopped Michelle’s school program.

The Obama administration had a “back channel” to communicate with Russian officials, according to a new report detailing Moscow’s efforts to delegitimize the U.S. presidential election results.

The news comes after Trump White House aide Jared Kushner was criticized for allegedly trying to open a back channel line of communications with Russian officials during the transition last year.

Former intelligence officials called Kushner’s alleged back channel “dangerous,” but now Bloomberg reports the Obama administration had its own back channel to Moscow.

The White House contacted the Kremlin on what Bloomberg described as a “modern-day red phone” after Russian operatives tried to infiltrate software and databases used by state election officials.

The scope and sophistication so concerned Obama administration officials that they took an unprecedented step — complaining directly to Moscow over a modern-day “red phone.” In October, two of the people said, the White House contacted the Kremlin on the back channel to offer detailed documents of what it said was Russia’s role in election meddling and to warn that the attacks risked setting off a broader conflict.
The “red phone” wasn’t literally a phone, but a secure messaging channel for ” urgent messages and documents,” according to Bloomberg. NBC News first reported on the red phone in December, noting the red phone has existed in various forms for the last 50 years or so.

In fact, the Obama administration said the red phone communications must have worked to keep Moscow from launching cyber attacks against election systems.

“Look at the results,” one Obama administration official told NBC in December. “There was nothing done on Election Day, so it must have worked.”

But that may have not been the case.

Bloomberg reported:

The White House provided evidence gathered on Russia’s hacking efforts and reasons why the U.S. considered it dangerously aggressive. Russia responded by asking for more information and providing assurances that it would look into the matter even as the hacking continued, according to the two people familiar with the response. “Last year, as we detected intrusions into websites managed by election officials around the country, the administration worked relentlessly to protect our election infrastructure,” said Eric Schultz, a spokesman for former President Barack Obama. “Given that our election systems are so decentralized, that effort meant working with Democratic and Republican election administrators from all across the country to bolster their cyber defenses.”
Bloomberg reported the cyber attacks “paint a worrisome picture for future elections” since the “newest portrayal of potentially deep vulnerabilities in the U.S.’s patchwork of voting technologies comes less than a week after former FBI Director James Comey warned Congress that Moscow isn’t done meddling.”

The Left has launched an all-out assault on things they don’t like — with their main target lately being ANY historical figure or representation of the South.

Threats were made on Facebook from an ANTIFA Texas page that promised to take down a statue of Sam Houston in Houston, Texas, according to Breitbart. The Patriots of Texas assembled a group to travel to the monument — armed and ready — to protect it from those who would seek to tear it down. An open letter from Texans promised that ANYONE who loved Texas could come bearing arms to defend the moment.

It is SO refreshing to see a group of real AMERICANS rise against groups like ANTIFA. Hundreds of Texans showed up ready to stop anyone who tried to harm a symbol that honors Sam Houston and represents the freedom to celebrate history. The Left is psychotic and thinks they have the moral authority to decide what part of history is “right,” and who people are allowed to respect. WE ARE SICK OF IT!

The people there protesting the monument noticed something odd as they stood around, ready to be challenged — no one was there claiming to be ANTIFA. It was at this time that others started to notice something strange: the Texas ANTIFA page had changed drastically on Facebook.

Suddenly, the page had all of the workings of hacktivist group Anonymous. Upon closer investigation, the front banner now reads, “This page is not, and never was, Antifa. Read the Article that explains it.” Now everyone’s curiosity was peaked.

It turns out that threatening the Sam Houston statue was a hoax by Anonymous, but a MEANINGFUL hoax, nonetheless. The purpose of their hoax was to show the power that people have when they stand together for a RIGHTEOUS cause like preserving history.

The hoax was also a direct attack against the real ANTIFA, BLM, and other similar groups. Anonymous is sick of watching these groups try to deconstruct and rewrite history as they see fit. In an effort to prove a point, they allegedly lured the patriotic Texans at the statue to bring them TOGETHER.

If you read their post on Facebook, you will see a heartfelt message explaining why the hoax was set up. You can also read what they hope to accomplish, and how we all play a big role in the future.

The strongest takeaway is the following:

“We may differ in [opinion] on some issues from you, but when it comes to protecting history, we stand united. Destruction of History is one of the many reasons we are in an online war against ISIS; we cannot sit by and allow American groups to do the same.”

Anonymous hit the nail on the head with this one. They are saying that the Left is pushing behavior that is almost identical to the way ISIS acts. It is such a big problem in the world today, and we NEED to stop it by joining together in this fight.

The Democrats are the party of corruption. Whenever they oppose President Trump, they oppose all of us. The Democrats are trying to stop Americans from taking their country back.

One rising star in the Republican Party, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), raised the alarm about the Clinton Foundation, calling it “one of the largest money-laundering and influence peddling operations in the world” (via The Washington Times).

Hillary Clinton exists as clearly above the law. During the 2016 General Election, Clinton was subject to at least four ongoing criminal investigations, yet she still walks the streets free.

Tom Cotton serves on the Senate Intelligence Committee and explained that — if Clinton had won the election — she most likely would have brought her money-laundering scheme to the White House.

The two party nominees in last year’s election were a bellwether of the battle that will be waged for the next eight years between President Trump and the Washington Establishment.

Hillary Clinton represented corruption and the Washington elite. Life-long politicians, the Clinton’s have been embroiled in scandal after scandal since Bill was governor of Arkansas in the 1980s.

Hillary has never seen a deal too dirty that she couldn’t embrace, and it looks like she funded her campaign through illegal campaign donations from foreign governments demanding future promises and quid pro quo.

Donald Trump, on the other hand, represented We the People. Trump never wanted to be a politician and only entered into the primaries because all other the other Republicans vying for the nomination were lacking.

Trump made his fortune honestly in the private sector; he was not the most polished politician, but he was the only man capable of taking on the Clinton machine. The battle was between the swamp (represented by Clinton) and the people (represented by Trump).

The people won and President Trump went to Washington to represent us. However, winning the election was just the beginning. Clinton-style corruption is the norm in Washington, D.C., and both parties are filled with traitors to the American people.

Now, President Trump is fighting off swamp monsters on a daily basis. The elite are desperate to obstruct our president in order to maintain their stranglehold on power.

That is why President Trump is hated more by the media and politicians than any other elected official — Republican or otherwise. The elites are terrified because they know their reign is coming to an end.

Perhaps most of us would have been surprised a few years ago if big named million dollar athletes decided not to stand up for our National Anthem or perhaps wore a “Black Lives Matter” tee-shirt or raised a black power fist in defiance, at an opening sporting event, or witnessed a celebrity Hollywood icon threatening a presidential candidate with a vulgar display of speech and physical violence…however not anymore!

If anything we’ve witnessed within a few short years America becoming a crude, uncivil society, where the so-called “elites” whether in Hollywood, in the mainstream media, or in the world of sports, no longer subscribe to civil discourse or care very much in promoting a positive or uplifting image for others to emulate.

So it’s not surprising when sports organizations like the NBA, and some within that organization play that same politically correct “gender or race card”, or whatever other card they have in that progressive deck against someone like Donald Trump.

In that “IDENITY POLITICS” has now become the overriding criteria and the standard by which people are now judged.
Take for example LeBron James who is a big Hillary Clinton supporter, when asked if the NBA Champs the Cleveland Cavaliers would accept an invitation to visit the White House under a Trump Administration, if they once again won the championship.

James responded: “I don’t know. That’s something I would cross. We’ll have to cross that road, I guess. We’ll see. I would love to have to cross that road.”

Aside from the convoluted non-response by James, his teammate Richard Jefferson left no doubt that he would not accept a future invitation by the Trump White House, by referencing his visit to the White House on Thursday in celebration of the teams win and posting a photo on SnapChat of the event saying: “Words cannot express the honor I feel being the last team to visit the White House tomorrow.”
What’s obvious is that almost 50% of those who cast their ballot, voted for Trump, perhaps if those Cleveland Cavalier fans decided to sit out the rest of the season or perhaps tune them off, LeBron James and Richard Jefferson would be singing a different tune…in short the box office speaks louder than their nonsense.

Sharyl Attkisson, an award-winning journalist who left CBS after they refused to allow her to expose the Obama administration’s many crimes, recently reported on Obama’s use of the red phone, saying that the “Obama administration approved months of secret meetings via ‘back channels’ [red phone] between U.S. and Iranian officials to clinch an interim 2013 nuclear deal.”

Here’s the irony, what is it that the Democrats and the mainstream media are accusing Donald Trump and his administration of? Colluding with the Russians, saying the evidence is Jared Kushner’s use of back channels to speak to foreign governments like Russia. But, wait a minute, isn’t this exactly what Obama did? Not only that, but Obama was caught colluding with Russia in many ways. On March 26, 2012, Obama was caught on that hot mic as Sharyl Attkisson reports:

There is no evidence of Trump ever colluding with Russia, but there is evidence that Obama did. Trump has the smoking gun device known as the red phone, the secure channel that Obama used to send his secret messages to Iran and Russia. Isn’t it rich that it’s Obama, now caught between a rock and a hard place? If his Democratic Party doesn’t back off of Trump, there is no doubt Trump will bring Obama down.

These swamp creatures in Washington, D.C., are freaking out with this latest information. We know this because the mainstream media refuses to report on any of this, and if they did, it would mean they would lose everything. The Democrats are “all in” on taking Trump out, and when they can’t deliver, it’s curtains for them in re-elections. Thus, Trump gets them to drain their own swamp, and I can’t think of a happier thought for all patriots across America than the trash taking itself out.

The President and First Lady have done things a little bit differently this time around than what is usually done in Washington. This isn’t surprising, considering that most of the presidents elected have had at least some background in politics, and many have been current residence of D.C. before they moved to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. This President though came out swinging and won the highest seat in the land with no political background whatsoever.

The first lady and their son were already well established and in the middle of the school year in New York. Because of this, they decided to wait before moving to D.C. full-time. The move has been much anticipated and not without the proper amount of fanfare. Partly because it’s such a big move, and partly because Barron Trump is the first son to live in the White House in decades.

Any first family is likely to get lots of attention, but this particularly glamorous crowd has just gotten all sorts of attention. Between the President being a superstar in business (and a little in TV) and the first lady being a former supermodel, the two are the ultimate power couple. It makes sense that their son would have a style and story all his own, and we can see through this move that obviously he really does. His move to take up residence with his dad brought in some major money for one clothing retailer. J Crew had a great day selling out of the t-shirt that Barron wore when he stepped off of Air Force (and Marine) One.

It seems that America is waiting to see what the first son will be doing and be wearing and what kind of waves he might make. The United States has needed someone who’s outside of the Washington insider’s circle for quite some time.

Dingy Democrat Maxine Waters went to the LA Pride parade and resist march where she sparked an “impeach 45” chant. She belted out how he’s not her president, or he’s not their president. She talked about how Trump cheats or lies and how he’s a bully who disrespects everyone.

Donald and Melania Trump are not your typical presidential pair which is in large part why they are so wonderful for America. They do things much different from their predecessors in their roles, especially Melania as First Lady. We saw this today first hand with a major overhaul she just made in a new wing of the White House after officially moving in. This is sure to infuriate Michelle Obama and is the first time in history that something like this has been done, which shows how serious the Trumps are about making the People’s House for the people.

After years of the White House being shut down to citizen visitors for tours, which was a decision made by Michelle Obama who didn’t want to deal with the peasants, it’s not only open again under the new administration, but guests are seeing something nobody has been allowed to before.

Even for those who have been through the White House before, they have new reason to go through again. Melania Trump decided that guests should be allowed to enter one of the landmark’s more entertaining rooms in a certain wing of the White House, which has never been done before.

“In its May 12 statement, the White House noted that, ‘at the direction of First Lady Melania Trump, visitors to the East Wing are now being treated to a new piece of history along the tour route … the White House movie theater.’

President Trump chimed in on the First Lady’s announcement on Friday:

“I believe everyone who takes the time to visit and tour the White House should have as much access to its rich history and wonderful traditions as possible. It is my hope that our visitors truly enjoy the newest piece of the tour.”

The decadent red room boasts 51 seats in tiered rows, as seen in a picture Melania shared on social media as a taste of what visitors can come see for themselves. “The room itself — which President Franklin D. Roosevelt converted from a cloakroom in 1942 — has a long history at the White House,” IJR reports.

“The room has gone through a number of renovations since then, including during the Reagan administration in the 80’s, and then again under President George W. Bush.”
As the White House has been closed to the public, the theater has been reserved for use as a space where presidents can practice major speeches, like the State of the Union, and occasionally for its intended purpose of relaxing with the family to take a break from the stresses of the job. It’s a little know part of the White House and one that Melania thinks would be fun for people to see as an interesting element of this monument.

What’s perhaps the most impressive part of this, is not just that the White House is back open to the public, but people are allowed to guide themselves for a better experience. Prior to now, visitors have been herded in and out in what felt rushed and almost like an assembly line, which really takes from the experience of going. For most people, this is a once in a lifetime visit, and out First Lady has made it a priority to make it special in every possible way.

The American people appreciate the consideration and changes. “Not only undoing all of the crap that the Obama administration gave us, like ending all tours of Our White House, but improving upon a favorite vacation tour! You do not have to be a genius to understand that when there is an influx of Muslims there will be a rise in criminal activities. Once you let these bottom dwellers into our western culture they hardly assimilate to their new digs. One of those customs is for Muslim women to wear a burka that covers their entire face and body. While this may be normal in the middle east it isn’t when you live in the civilized world. So, the country of Austria has decided to ban the burka and that is not all.
The Austrian government has passed a law that bans people from covering their faces. Also, this law requires these refugees to take Austrian integration classes, including German language, culture, and customs.

Warriors were guided by Steph Curry and Kevin Durant while Lebron “the faker and flopper” James and Kyrie Irving lead the way for the Cavs. Had the Cavs learned how to use Kevin Love, then maybe they would’ve had a better chance in the playoffs.

Regardless of how bad the NBA season and playoffs were, the final zig in the zag is that the champion Warriors will allegedly snub the White House because they apparently don’t like President Trump.

Honorably discharged Veterans need to know that on Veterans Day, 2017, they will be able to shop online at all military exchanges.

This was made official on January 18, 2017, when Peter Levine, Under Secretary of Defense For Personnel and Readiness issued Department of Defense Memorandum DTM 17-003. This memo

Extends limited online military exchange shopping privileges (no uniform items, alcohol, or tobacco products) to all honorably discharged veterans of the Military Services effective November 11, 2017 (Veterans Day, 2017).

This means that, regardless of your service branch, veterans will be able to shop at any of the four military exchanges:

The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES)
The Navy Exchange Service (NEXCOM)
The Marine Corps Exchange (MCX)
The Coast Guard Exchange (CGX)
Note: this privilege does not allow access to military facilities to shop in the various on-base exchanges.

Thomas C. Shull, chief executive officer of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) has been working on this project for three years. He expressed two reasons for it:
One was to reward their service with exchange product savings that, on average, will be near to 20 percent versus commercial department store prices when military exemption from state and local sales tax are considered too.

And two:

To increase exchange revenues to help offset troubling declines due to the drawdown of active duty forces, base closures and the end of military tobacco discounts for the higher priority of healthier populations.

How do veterans participate in this upcoming benefit? It’s easy, just go to the AAFES website and follow the instructions.

Why would veterans want to take advantage of this new benefit? One major reason is obvious: veterans will not pay any state and local taxes. People are pretty much unaware of those rates outside their own city and state.

Nationally, state and average local tax rates very from the minimum of less than 2% in Alaska (there is no state sales tax here) up to greater than 11% in California. In fact, there are 13 states whose state and local sales tax rates are in excess of 8%.

Many people in the United States today have gone way out of their way to make sure that all the veterans who come back from active duty feel loved and appreciated. Not that there’s anything we can do to completely make up for the sacrifice that many make, but anything we can do, we definitely should.

Unfortunately, that was not always the case. Many of you reading this may remember the pain and suffering that those who’d already given up pieces of themselves for our country had to suffer when they came back to the United States after the Vietnam War. Schools across the country have been coming to and end over the last couple of weeks, which also means it’s time for one of the most anticipated events of the year for teens — the prom. This milestone moment didn’t exactly go as well as one school hoped when federal agents got involved and crashed the dance with their necessary raid. When parents in town found out about the reason for it, they were horrified beyond belief since they never imagined something like this could happen and aren’t too happy about it.

Westchester County high school staff and students thought they had every detail worked out for the magical night. What they didn’t take into account was that it wasn’t just teens anticipating this evening, it was federal agents who had been watching and waiting for their time to strike, which ended in an arrest that was a long time coming. While authorities got a criminal off the streets, many in the area said they crossed the line with this apprehension. Agents aren’t backing down from their decision to do what they did, and their explanation as to why only infuriated liberals in the area even more.

Diego Ismael Puma Macancela, 19, was arrested on his way to the school’s senior prom last week and still remains detained today. His supporters, which are many, are demanding his immediate release, but it’s not looking too promising that Macanela will ever get his chance at a high school prom again.

“Diego Ismael Puma Macancela, 19, crossed the U.S. border in 2014 with his mother to escape violent gangs in Ecuador, according to his lawyer. Since then, he has lived in Ossining where he was set to graduate from high school this summer.”

“Instead, Macancela was arrested as he cowered in his cousin’s home last Thursday.”

“’On the very day he was going to attend his prom, he was detained instead,’ said Steve Choi, executive director of New York Immigration Coalition, which arranged a Monday rally in front of Federal Plaza in lower Manhattan.”
“‘Instead of wearing a tuxedo and putting a boutonniere on his wrist, he was wearing an orange jumpsuit and shackles,’ he added.”

“The teen ran to his cousin’s home a day after his mother was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents inside their house.”

It only took a matter of hours for people in this county of New York to come out in droves in protest of this alien’s arrest right before his prom. The timing of his arrest shouldn’t matter as much as the fact that he broke the law does, but that’s semantics in the eyes of liberals who are only interested in protecting the wrong people if it goes against President Trump’s policies — especially on immigration.

“The acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Tuesday defended the agency’s decision last week to arrest an illegal immigrant who was on the way to his prom,” Washington Examiner reports. “ICE Acting Director Thomas D. Homan was asked at a House Appropriations Committee hearing about Diego Puma Macancela, a 19-year-old who was detained last week. Rep. Nita Lowey, D-N.Y., asked if it’s an ICE policy to target students on the way to school or church.”

“If you have a student who’s walking to school waiting at a bus stop, you have someone waiting to arrest him?” Lowey wanted to know, asserting that since the suspect was on the way to a school activity it was unethical to arrest him.

“Homan stated that ICE was unaware that it was the day of Manancela’s prom, but he defended the actions taken because Manancela had an order of removal. He stated that because Manancela had entered the country illegally and had an outstanding order of removal, he should have been ‘looking over his shoulder’,” the Washington Examiner’s report continued.

“We’re talking about somebody who had his due process and lost his case,” Homan said. “There’d be no integrity in the system if we didn’t uphold the rulings of a judge. This is a country of laws, we need to stand by the laws.”

Why should anyone care that this legal adult teen was on the way to his prom that he had no right to be at anyway? If it was so important to him to attend these things and live the American way, he would have entered into this country correctly. Instead, he chose to break the law and risked any given night being ruined that he was here illegally.

Amid all the hubbub over a comment McCain made to The Guardian about American leadership being better under President Barack Obama than it is now under President Donald Trump, the Arizona Republican says he didn’t say what he said.

“I never said such a thing,” McCain told The Daily Caller. “A thousand times I said, ‘Look at the world in 2009 and look at it today.’ Of course, I never said [that]. If I did I was joking.”

McCain is referencing a response to a question asked by The Guardian about whether the United State’s international standing was better under Obama, which came while discussing Trump’s criticism of London Mayor Sadiq Khan after last week’s terrorist attack in his city.

“As far as American leadership is concerned, yes,” McCain replied.

Except he now denies saying that… so was it a “senior moment” for the octogenarian or was there another late night Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game?

Megyn Kelly has had a rough go in her new gig at NBC.

The former Fox News host came under heavy criticism for her interview with Vladimir Putin. And now, an advertiser has announced it will be pulling its ads from an upcoming show featuring conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. has asked that all its ads for local TV and digital programming be removed from Kelly’s show and NBC until after the show airs, the Wall St. Journal reported.

Kristin Lemakau, JP. Morgan’s chief marketing officer, fired off against Kelly for hosting Jones, who is the founder of popular website Infowars and has called the Sandy Hook massacre a “hoax.”

In a preview of the interview that is set to air Sunday night, Jones seemed to soften his position on Sandy Hook, saying he’s played Devil’s advocate and taken both sides to get to the bottom of what actually happened.

When Kelly pressed him for saying parents had faked their children’s death, Jones “dodged” the accusation.

“But they don’t get angry about half-a-million dead Iraqis from the sanctions,” Jones said.

The mother of one of the children tragically killed in the school shooting tweeted a picture of her daughter, asking Kelly if it was “worth it.”
J.P. Morgan may be the first advertiser to pull out from the interview, but Jones himself is trying to do the same.

In a tweet, Jones asked that the interview be pulled, saying he was misrepresented and the interview was selectively edited.

Kelly also managed to infuriate conservatives, when she teased the interview with Jones, calling him a “conservative” radio host.

After 8 years of Barack Hussein Obama’s manufactured race war, race relations in our country have reached startling new lows. A disturbing new trend that we’re seeing in our society is reverse discrimination being committed against whites, as many blacks believe they can do whatever the hell they want to white people because whitey basically owes them. But thankfully, justice has finally been served after the sickening thing that was done to a white professor at the all-black college of Harris-Stowe State University back in 2015, that’s sending a brutal message to black supremacists across our country that their sickening racist behavior will no longer be tolerated in our country.
Harris-Stowe State University is a predominately black college where whites make up only 7% of the population. Elizabeth Wilkins was a white professor who worked at the college and had nothing but outstanding performance reviews from her superiors. But then out of blue, Wilkins was terminated and promptly replaced by less experienced black teachers. The incident of reverse discrimination might have been easily hidden, except for the sickening thing that the co-chair for the Education Department Dr. Latisha Smith put in her emails, where she had repeatedly proclaimed her belief in “black power,” which is why she wanted to turn the entire teaching staff black.
After a very lengthy trial, a jury finally ruled on the case awarding Elizabeth Wilkins a whopping $1.35 million in compensatory damages and $3.5 million in punitive damages for being fired simply for being white. One of the determining factors for the jury was learning what Dr. Latisha Smith did before the trial, where she tried to destroy evidence by deleting her racist emails where she discussed her support of black supremacy, which for the courtroom, was a clear evidence of racial discrimination. Courthouse.com reported:

Harris-Stowe’s defense was crippled by the fact that it deleted emails in Smith’s account, in violation of a court order.

“During discovery, the trial court ordered the Board [of Regents] to preserve Dr. Smith’s email account,” Judge Kurt Odenwald wrote for the three-judge panel.
“In violation of the order, the Board deleted Dr. Smith’s email account. Because of this violation, the trial court ruled, as a sanction, that the following allegations were deemed admitted: Dr. Smith’s email account contained statements expressing her desire to make the Teacher Education Department ‘blacker’ and that she recommended terminating Wilkins’s employment.”

Harris-Stowe claimed it fired Wilkins for her “inappropriate activities.”

It’s pretty amazing how these racist blacks think they can just do whatever the hell they want because 3% of the white population today had ancestors who owned slaves. Not only do we have an epidemic of reverse racism plaguing our country, but many black liberals are bringing back segregation as well. In recent weeks Harvard University held a black-only graduation ceremony, Colorado State University announced plans for black-only housing, and The American University in Washington D.C. built a black-only cafeteria on campus where whites will be banned from eating at.

Over the last several years, we have seen an increase of terrorism around the globe. Of course, this can be easily blamed on the soft policies of Barack Obama and his socialist buddies around the world. These scum bag terrorists have been able to grow and wreck havoc on innocent people for too long. A prime example of that is the recent terror attacks in Manchester and London, England over the last month. While the progressive left says the way to defeat terrorism is to show tolerance one Italian mob boss has a much more BRUTAL solution.

Former mob boss Ralph Natale led the Philadelphia crime family in the 1990’s and has something to say about ISIS. The former boss believes that the only way to thwart ISIS and future terrorist attacks is much simpler than the Pentagon has let on.

If you are not sure who Ralph Natale is let me give you a little backstory on him. Natale worked his way to the top of the mafia ranks until he was betrayed by his own. He rose to power in the late 1990s and was given a 13-year prison sentence on racketeering and bribery charges in 2005.
Natale then served his prison time and when he was released from prison he had a new plan. According to Natale he effectively “return(ed) the Philadelphia mob to its days of criminal glory” by “instill(ing) an army’s iron discipline” in the mob.

It is pretty clear that this man is not one to mess with.

This past Sunday Ralph Natale sat down with Fox News host Eric Shawn and argued that the Pentagon is acting like “pussycats”. Natale then shared his plan on how to defeat ISIS if he was ever given the chance to, and I cannot say that I don’t disagree with his plan.

“As soon as they (the Pentagon) would point out a crew … give me their names, I’ll take care of the business, I would kill them all.”
Now, that is a plan I can get on board with, right?

The 82-year-old South Philadelphian appeared on “Fox News Insider” to promote his biography “Last Don Standing” over the weekend, and he told host Eric Shawn that “we’re pussycats on terrorism” and that he “would kill them all.”

“I would kill them immediately, and then I would hang them in front of their houses and then call the newspaper, the Inquirer,” he said. “‘Listen, come see what happened to those people.’”

Natale’s book by New York Daily News reporter Larry McShane and producer Dan Pearson was released March 2017 and gives much insight into Natale’s life as “the last Don” of the mob in Philadelphia in the mid-90s.

During the Fox News interview, Natale gave his solution to combat terrorist attacks, which have claimed the lives of many in Manchester, London, and Tehran, Iran, during the last month alone.

“There’s an old Italian saying,” he said. “If you don’t listen to the first note, you’ll never hear the rest of the song. That’s what’s happening today. They call me a killer, cold-hearted. I never hurt anybody that didn’t deserve [to die]. I never did.”
Whether you agree with what Natale did in the past or not he makes an excellent point.

In order for us to eradicate these disgusting creatures, we must get tougher on them. These filthy rats do not have any respect for human life and that will never change. Though the good news is that we have President Trump at the helm and he is not backing down. That was obvious when Trump deployed the MOAB (Mother of All Bombs) just a couple months ago that claimed the lives of dozens of terrorists.

Also, in April a recent report stated that the number of Islamic State militants fighting in Afghanistan has been reduced by nearly 80 percent. Which can be attributed to the active role of General Mattis and President Trump’s willingness to destroy these pieces of crap.

I am not sure about you but I would love to see Ralph Natale and a crew being sent to the middle east to take care of business. I am sure in no time at all these rabid beasts would be destroyed and we could get back to our normal lives.

After being lured into what she believed was a friendly party, a girl was viciously attacked by a pair of asylum seekers who took turns gang-raping her. Once the traumatized victim discovered that one of her rapists won’t be deported and will walk free in just a few months, she decided to take matters into her own hands.

Thanks to the Swedish left’s multiculturalism, rape has increased 1,472 percent and 77 percent of all rapes are committed by the 5-percent Muslim population. Of course, this isn’t the only “contribution to society” Muslims are making in Sweden.

After three girls were invited to mingle with asylum seekers at their taxpayer-funded home, they were given food and plied with alcohol, which they were not used to drinking. Three Muslim refugees, who are living in Sweden as “unaccompanied minors,” got the girls so intoxicated that they began vomiting and passing out.

Aftonbladet reports that Afghani refugees Aziz and Abdul, who both claim to be 18, and Omid, who claims to be 17, took turns violently raping all three girls, leaving severe bruising over much of their bodies. The third girl, who was severely intoxicated but conscious, banged on the locked door in a futile attempt to save her friends. When she threatened to go to the police, the asylum seekers opened the door, called her a whore, and hit her in the face. They each threatened her not to report their crimes because they were aware of the law and knew they would be deported. Unfortunately, they were wrong.

Although Aziz and Omid were sentenced to be deported after serving just 22 months in prison and 10 months in juvenile detention, respectively, Abdul was given just 5 months in a youth facility and will be allowed to remain in Sweden as a refugee. Knowing that she and her friends will be forced to see their rapist walking free in a few short months, the girl slit her own wrists in an attempt to commit suicide, according to Fria Tider. Luckily, the girl was found before succumbing to her injuries and was given life-saving treatment. Of course, she still must cope with the horrific trauma of the heinous abuse she and her friends endured.

Police charged Omid and Aziz after their DNA samples were found on one of the victims. The pair also left incriminating text messages on their cellphones, portraying the victims as “whores” who were faking intoxication because they wanted to have sex. Because of this transcript, the media were unable to hide the refugees’ Islamic devotion.

Omid: Have you said anything to the whore?

Aziz: I have not said anything. From the tea-house, I gave her no more S.

Omid: The whore played drunk. She understands everything and told [the third victim].

Aziz: What a whore.

Omid: Yes. She knows more than we do.

Aziz: What did she say to [the first victim]?

Omid: All we talked about. I came to you. I told you to go.

Aziz: Swear to Allah?

Omid: I swear to Allah.

Aziz: We have been revealed.
These refugees understand that their religion allows them to take as many sex slaves from the unbelieving women as they see fit. Because these girls were engaging in the sinful un-Islamic behavior of mingling with the opposite sex and drinking alcohol, they were, according to Islam, enticing the men to rape them.

So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Qur’anic verse: (Quran 4:24) ‘And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess.’”
Muhammad reminded his men that Allah made unbelieving women slaves for the sexual fulfillment of their insatiable lust. While he placed a limit on wives, Muhammad pointed to this scripture to show that Muslims may still take as many non-Muslim girls as their personal sex slaves, which he also modeled when he slaughtered the families of Rayhana and Safiyyah before raping them.
