Once again a loud mouthed fat ass Liberal women who believes the law of disorderly conduct doesn’t apply to her has decided to block traffic while protesting the shooting of a thug by local police.

But as you can see in the video below, this time the driver wasn’t having it and said enough. So the woman hit the floor like a sack of potatoes. In her case probably fried potatoes.
This extremely heavy set women thought the driver of the car was going to back down and not go through the intersection. Although the driver did try multiple times to push her slowly and move her out of the way, she insisted in blocking him off. After a few more taps he had enough and just floored it. The stupid woman hit the floor like a concrete slab, although a concrete slab probably doesn’t weigh as much as she does.
One thing is for sure, I am amazed at how powerful and strongly built that Chrysler 300 is. I might consider getting one for when I have to go to San Fransicko or Oaktown and their vast welfare population decides they need to go out and protest some thug who was killed by police for being a criminal.

Blocking traffic is not legal and is not a new practice for protesters. When protesters block traffic, they are engaging in civil disobedience, a term coined by one of America’s earliest freethinkers and intellectuals, Henry David Thoreau.

While nearly everyone caught in a traffic jam caused by protesters becomes upset due to the delay, it is important to recognize that reporting on traffic conditions is a mainstay of local news stations across the country, while protests often get ignored. Blocking traffic means at very least making the local traffic report.

Although organized protests or marches can obtain permits to close streets, frequently protesters move from the permitted areas. When protesters block highways or streets that they are not permitted to be on, they do risk arrest. However, police are loathe to arrest peaceful protesters, even when they block traffic. The recent protest in Washington D.C. blocked a busy intersection for 7 minutes, and there were no arrests reported.

But What About the First Amendment?

The First Amendment guarantees the right to assemble and the right to free speech and expression; however, there are limits on those rights. Generally, local and state governments can and do restrict the time, place, and manner of protest. For instance, noise and time restrictions are particularly reasonable restrictions for residential areas. After all, even if you care about the protesters’ cause, you don’t want to be woken up at 5 a.m. to the sound of bullhorns (unless you’re just that righteous).

Additionally, just because people are protesting, they are not given free rein to break already existing laws. Simply walking on the highway, or any roadway outside of a crosswalk, is considered jaywalking, which is a crime. Furthermore, most jurisdictions also have laws regarding blocking or obstructing traffic.

I Was Arrested While Protesting, Do I Need a Lawyer?

Frequently, protesters are arrested. While often protesters are simply detained in order for officers to effectively control a crowd, some protesters do get charged with crimes. If you are ticketed and released, or booked into custody, contact a lawyer right away as all criminal charges are serious matters that can have serious consequences.

Usually, protesters are charged with:

Trespassing
Disturbing the peace
Disorderly conduct
Failing to obey an officer’s instruction
Obstruction of justice
Resisting arrest
Assault

If you get arrested while protesting, it is important to forget your First Amendment right to free speech and remember your Fifth Amendment right to silence so as to not incriminate yourself. Anything you say can be used against you. You can be charged with a crime even if you do not think you did anything wrong. Demand to speak with a lawyer and don’t answer the officer’s questions (apart from providing your identification).

As you can see it’s illegal to hold anyone against their will, and when we used to be a land of laws people would get arrested for this. This is probably why Stinking Hippies never protested on freeways back in the late 60’s.

So these morons go out and break the law to protest a criminal being shot. In an odd way this sounds kind of logical, doesn’t it? But here is the funniest part. After they get taken down the all start calling 911. Umm, why 911? Wasn’t it you were protesting the police? Why call them if you are currently protesting them and you despise everything they stand for?

United States Anti-Terrorism authorities have charged two “Religion of Peace” operatives belonging to the Lebanese Shiite militant group Hezbollah with conspiracy to conduct terrorist offenses.

Authorities have arrested Samer El Debek, of Dearborn Michigan, and Ali Kourani, of the Bronx New York, on June 1, 2017. They both appeared in a Manhattan federal courtroom on Thursday for their arraignment. Authorities stated they had been supporting Hezbollah and had both recently traveled to Lebanon where they received extensive weapons and bomb-making training. Just two good ole boys if you ask me.
Kourani is being accused of seeking out targets in the United States. Mainly what appears to be Israeli, U.S. military and law enforcement facilities. He sought out firearms suppliers, airport security information and passed on the information to Hezbollah. He used code embedded emails sent through a type of carrier which is much harder to trace than just normal email servers. He had also received para-military training with Hezbollah on several occasions during the past decade.

Debek, who is a naturalized U.S. citizen. Is being accused of scouting targets in Panama. Which include the United States and Israeli embassies. He also tried to figure out vulnerabilities of ships passing through the Panama Canal.

If convicted these two Muslim Scumbags will be spending a whole lot of time in prison. Where they will have no issue whatsoever praying multiple times a day like these bums do each and every day. Let us all hope they both make great wives in prison.

Yesterday was a HUGE win for President Donald Trump and conservatives. After months of the liberal media screaming that there was evidence of Russian collusion that all turned out to be a lie. Of course, we all knew that this was a desperate attempt by the left to oust Trump, but the truth prevailed. During former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony, the American finally heard the truth and much more.

Under oath, Comey admitted that President Trump was NEVER under investigation concerning Russia, President Trump did not obstruct justice, Loretta Lynch pressured Comey to cover for Hillary Clinton, and he admitted to leaking at least one memo illegally.

In my opinion, those are some MAJOR revelations, right?

So, when James Comey decided to illegally share information, of course, he shared it with a close friend.

Comey’s friend is Daniel Richman, who is a law professor at Columbia. Apparently, Comey shared at least one memo with Richman so that it could be leaked to news sources. However, what makes this even more interesting is that shortly after Richman was revealed as the leaker, he did the unthinkable.
It appears that Richman has taken off and has gone into hiding? Now, why would Richman go into hiding you may be asking yourself?

I will give you one guess.

Richman BROKE THE LAW.

Richman took these documents that Comey gave him knowing that they were FBI property. Also, these documents were given to Richman AFTER Comey was fired from his position in the FBI. Richman had to know that this was against the law considering that he is a law professor at one of our countries most prestigious universities. Richman then took these documents that held sensitive communications with the president and handed to them to press.
Shortly after all was revealed, Richman then went into hiding.

Columbia professor Daniel Richman appears to have gone into hiding after it emerged that he had leaked James Comey’s memo on his meeting with Donald Trump.

Comey testified on Thursday that he had asked a friend at Columbia to release the memo, in which he wrote that Trump had asked him to squash the investigation into Mike Flynn’s Russian ties.

Richman, the Paul J Kellner Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, confirmed after the hearing that he was the friend in question – and then vanished, the New York Post reported.

When asked, Comey said the man he asked to leak the memo to the New York Times in May was ‘a good friend of mine who’s a professor at Columbia Law School.’

Richman confirmed to Mic that he was the professor in question, but then fled his home on Henry Street in Brooklyn’s Richmond Heights.

Neighbors refused to answer questions when the New York Post arrived, and a doorman eventually barred their reporter.

Richman is described on the Columbia website as ‘a former federal prosecutor who served as the chief appellate attorney in the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.’

It also says that he served as a consultant to the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury on federal criminal matters.

Perhaps more pertinently, it says ‘He is currently an adviser to FBI Director James B Comey.’

He and Comey worked together when Richman was a federal prosecutor in Manhattan; they also worked together at Columbia in 2013.

Last month the New Yorker called Richman Comey’s ‘close friend’ and ‘unofficial media surrogate’.

Comey testified that he was spurred into asking Richman to leak the memo after Trump fired him and tweeted that he’d ‘better hope there are not tapes.’

This is exactly why our country is in the shape it is today. Comey is the one that brought this all on himself, and then he turns around and behaves like a spurned lover.

Second, Richman running off into hiding proves his guilt and he should step forward and take his punishment like a man.

And third, Comey should be charged as well for leaking documents to Richman and the media. Out of his own mouth, Comey has said that leakers hurt the country, but I guess that is everyone else but him.

Richman needs to be held accountable for these leaks and has no right to hide from those consequences. The country has suffered enough and it is now the time that we heal and get back to the business of making America great again.

The latest politician to put his criminal nature on full display is Ted Lieu, a member of the U.S. House from California. Congressman Lieu has created an official website on how to leak to the press to hurt Trump (via Twitter). He’s literally institutionalizing treason!

Lieu is a staunch Democrat representing California’s 33rd District. He spends his days on Twitter badmouthing President Trump — yet criticizes the president for using the social platform.

In this leftist’s latest grab for attention, he’s created a page that provides instructions for leakers who want to reveal classified information from the Trump administration. Lieu is encouraging people to betray our country!

Congressman Lieu showcases is also being dishonest about his website. Although he says he “created an official website,” it’s not a site at all. Rather, it’s a PAGE on his House of Representatives page.

However, this makes what Lieu is doing even more alarming. Not only is a sitting member of Congress spreading information on how to commit treason, he’s doing it using a government website — a website funded with taxpayer money!

This is beyond SICK! And what makes it even more stomach-churning is the way Lieu paints his pet project. Leftists always sell their subversion as something honorable and ethical. It helps them sleep at night.
For instance, Congressman Lieu claims to help federal employees who “wish to break the Administration’s communications blackout on federal agencies.” What “blackout?” This “blackout” has been around forever. It’s called CLASSIFIED INFORMATION, and it’s classified to protect American lives.

There’s also a section called “Know Your Rights.” Wait? What “rights?” Since when does a federal employee have the “right” to leak information that will put our national security at risk? Since when does someone have the right to commit treason? Here’s a clue, Mr. Lieu: Traitors have no rights. They have the right to go to jail. Maybe that’s where you want to go, too?

This corrupt Democrat acts like he’s providing a public service. What he’s really doing is betraying our country. Does he really think this is good for America? If his beloved President Obama were still in office, would he be teaching federal employees how to leak information? Of course not! He wants to discredit President Trump, but in the process, he’s endangering our country.

We as citizens must be proactive in cracking down on traitors like Ted Lieu. He CANNOT be allowed to promote treason on a government website. What he’s doing is criminal and calls for severe punishment.

Call or write to your Representative and Senator today. Demand the government immediately take down Lieu’s page on House.gov! Then, tell them to use constitutional procedure and PUNISH Congressman Lieu for disorderly conduct.

The New York State Attorney General’s Office said it is investigating the Eric Trump Foundation after questions were raised about the charity in light of a recent media report that it paid high sums to use Trump-owned properties for fundraisers.

That A.G.’s office is the same one that has been investigating the Donald J. Trump Foundation since the fall and that case remains open.

In the latest case, Forbes published an article Tuesday alleging that the Eric Trump Foundation had been using donations — from donors who believed the money was going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital– to pay the Trump Organization hundreds of thousands of dollars for use of Trump properties during fundraisers and re-donating some funds to charities friendly with Trump interests.

“The Attorney General’s office is looking into the issues raised by this report,” communications director Eric Soufer said in a statement.

A spokesperson for Eric Trump said today in a statement, “During the past decade, the Eric Trump Foundation has raised over $16.3 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, including more than $3.6 million to St. Jude and other worthwhile causes just in 2016 alone. The Foundation intends to cooperate fully with the Attorney General’s review, and looks forward to a productive and open dialogue with the Attorney General’s Office to address any questions it may have.”
Forbes reported that the Eric Trump Foundation, which has suspended operations, paid the Trump family business over the past seven years for use of one of the organization’s golf courses, funds which he allegedly said were being donated nearly in full to the children’s cancer charity.

In a statement released shortly after the Forbes article was published, a spokesperson for the president’s son defended the Eric Trump Foundation, which he established to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which focuses on childhood cancer and life-threatening diseases.

“During the past decade, the Eric Trump Foundation has raised over $16.3 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital while maintaining an expense ratio of just 12.3 percent,” the statement reads. “The Eric Trump Foundation was also responsible for building a $20 million dollar ICU which treats the sickest children anywhere in the world suffering from the most catastrophic terminal illnesses.”

Thank goodness Obama is gone. He was making a mockery of our government, even using taxpayer money to fund his favorite leftist pet projects. Thanks to the Trump administration, that gravy train has come to an end!

In a strong move against corruption, Attorney General Jeff Sessions has ended a decades-long DOJ practice that Obama used to funnel HUGE sums of money to radical Democrat groups (via Breitbart).

Under the now-defunct practice, the U.S. Department of Justice would insist that DOJ case defendants, usually corporations, donate money to a “community organization” of the government’s choosing as part of its settlement.

Basically, Obama’s Department of Justice would choose a big corporation facing legal troubles. Thanks to the 2008 financial crisis, there were plenty of banks being sued for inappropriate lending practices.

The DOJ would go to these corporations and offer them a favorable settlement deal — with little or no criminal attachment — in exchange for sending money to a community group. Naturally, they were always community groups that advanced the liberal agenda.

Some of the recipients of money from this practice included Planned Parenthood, The National Council of La Raza, and the National Urban League. Instead of working to fight crime, the DOJ was a fundraiser for causes like abortion and illegal immigration!

This practice had flown under the radar for years. Watchdog organizations, however, note that it was not only unethical, but may also have been illegal. After all, it was giving the DOJ free reign to allocate monies without oversight by the Judiciary or Appropriations Committees in Congress.
Attorney General Sessions eliminated this abuse of government power with a single memo. On Wednesday, Sessions issued the order to Justice Department leaders and attorneys, making clear that his DOJ is very different from that of his predecessors Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch.

The memorandum read:

“Effective immediately, Department attorneys may not enter into any agreement on behalf of the United States in settlement of federal claims or charges … that directs or provides for a payment or loan to any non-governmental person or entity that is not a party to the dispute”.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton applauded the move, stating that Session’s action brings an end to “extortion” by the Justice Department. And he wasn’t the only one cheering. The Heritage Foundation had been expressing outrage over this practice for years. And a group of congressional Republicans had been fighting the abuse since 2015.

Obama’s government was filled with corruption like this. It was a bubbling cesspool of unethical activity. The swamp at its filthiest. Only the media never shined a light on Obama’s misdeeds. They did everything possible to cover-up for him!

Conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh watched the recent testimony by disgraced former FBI Director James Comey, and he was not impressed, both by what Comey said and about the response from disloyal Republicans on Capitol Hill.

Stated Rush, “I have been somewhat disappointed in the squishiness of Republican senators in this hearing today, and then I had to catch myself and realize they don’t like Trump. They have no brief for Trump. Half of them are running around salivating President Pence.”

Limbaugh then ripped into James Comey and his unconvincing portrayal of his role in his conversations with President Donald Trump. Said Limbaugh, “Comey says that Trump invited him to the Valentine’s Day dinner and that Trump said he needed loyalty. We knew that. That’s not new. Comey says he didn’t say anything or even change his expression when Trump said he wanted loyalty. What a great drama queen, Comey saying he was able to maintain his stone face.”
Continued Rush, “He has a told the Democrats and the media just enough for them to continue their narrative that Trump’s scum and a pig and violated the law, and he has given the Republicans enough ammo to take the position Trump didn’t do anything. In other words, nothing is gonna change here. When this is all over, nobody [in the] media is gonna say, ‘You know what? We blew it!’”

He added, “At any rate, this entire thing I think is rooted in the fact that Donald Trump speaks a foreign language from what is spoken in Washington. Trump shows up in Washington, and he speaks the way he speaks. So Trump shows up, he invites Comey into the Oval Office, and Comey starts quaking in his boots … And what does Comey hear? … Comey heard all kinds of things that Trump didn’t say. … Comey is admitting he has to try to read minds here to understand what Trump is saying. So you have an admitted coward and somebody who’s admittedly afraid to be alone in a room with the guy now trying to tell us what Trump really meant.”

Rosie O’Donnell has been promoting the GoFundMe charity page for NSA leaker Reality Winner. Winner was just denied bail for her ties to the Middle East and her radical beliefs. (via Twitter)

Reality Winner was arrested last Saturday after she was identified as the illegal source of classified information given to the left-leaning investigative website The Intercept.

Immediately upon her arrest, hordes of liberals jumped up to offer their support. The 25-year-old blonde beauty from Texas was assumed to be a whistleblower and a hero.

However, in their zeal to support anything that is anti-Trump, liberals such as O’Donnell ended up raising tens of thousands of dollars for a pro-Islamic terrorist.

There is a huge difference between being a patriotic whistleblower and a traitorous leaker. People like Dennis Montgomery and Edward Snowden are on one side and Reality Winner is on the other.

When Dennis Montgomery discovered that the FBI was illegally spying on Americans, he brought his concerns to his supervisors and eventually the U.S. court system. He is now suing James Comey for ignoring evidence of illegal spying and has been granted court protection.
Leakers like Edward Snowden are less cut and dry, but he still revealed to the world that our government was breaking the law and violating the Constitution by spying on its citizens. Snowden broke the law and leaked information to journalists but he was careful not to leak any information that would damage American agents. He is still paying the price for his leak.

Reality Winner, on the other hand, is no hero. She did not leak information revealing government corruption or criminality. Instead, Winner leaked classified information in the hope of damaging President Trump. Unlike other whistleblowers, she was not trying to make America a better place. She only intended destruction. Her motives for destruction have been verified by the federal judge who denied Winner bail yesterday. The young leaker’s diary was discovered by investigators and it revealed her deep-seated hatred for America. In the diary, Winner expressed her desire to burn down the White House and move to the Middle East to join the ranks of Islamic insurgents.

Reality Winner is not a hero. She is a traitor. Winner’s sole intention was to tear our country apart from the inside — not to make us stronger.

Liberals like Rosie O’Donnell reveal their true colors when they support and raise money for a traitor. But the liberals are without shame, and I don’t think they will be retracting their support for Winner anytime soon.

Ever since Trump got into office, there’s been an endless amount of traitors close to him leaking classified information to the liberal media. Earlier this week, anti-Trumper Reality Leigh Winner was the most recently discovered traitor, where she was promptly fired from her job as a government contractor and hauled off to jail. As we’re learning more about this woman’s alarming ties to Muslim terrorists, now authorities have just discovered a sick act of terrorism she was plotting to carry out at the White House, after alarming evidence was just seized from her residence. Now the entire Trump family have are on edge yet again, as this woman’s plans to assassinate our president while under the direct influence Muslim terrorists was just revealed.
Last week after Winner was arrested by the FBI and appeared in a Georgia court to face charges, authorities began to look more closely into her background, where they found the 25-year-old’s sickening ties to Muslim terrorists as they learned she had been working with the Islamic Society of North America for months. But disturbingly, that was only the beginning. While searching Winner’s residence, prosecutors seized evidence that laid out Winner’s highly alarming plot to burn down the White House to kill the president, and travel to Afghanistan to join forces with the Taliban.
Prosecutors immediately brought the evidence before a judge, where they argued that if Winner was released on bail, she would simply flee to be recruited by America’s enemies. WSTV reported:

Based on evidence seized from her home, federal prosecutors detailed Winner’s alleged plans to burn down the White House and travel to Afghanistan, pledging her allegiance to the Taliban.

They said in recorded jailhouse calls, she told her mother how to play her side of the story in the media— as someone who was scared she’d disappear from an interrogation room in her Augusta home after Saturday’s raid.
Channel 2’s Nicole Carr was invited into Winner’s home by her parents to see the interrogation room.

“This is where they held her when they did the search of the house and this is where they interrogated her,” said Winner’s mother, Billie-Winner Davis.

Winner opted to stay in her house for questioning and confessed her intent to release damaging classified material to an online media outlet she “admired,” directing agents to find a screenshot of the mailing drop box for The Intercept on her cellphone. The material is described as top secret, detailing a Russian military intelligence attack on a U.S. voting supplier.

“She has no history of being a threat to this nation. Only an asset,” said Gary Davis, Winner’s stepfather.
Thankfully, her bond was refused by the judge. But what was even more sickening was Winner’s reaction after her terroristic plot was discovered, where she was extremely arrogant, telling her sister on a phone call that she had no fear of being jailed saying, “I’m pretty, white and cute.” She also told her sister she would “braid her hair and cry in court,” in order to garner sympathy from the judge. Zero Hedge, meanwhile, asks a question many have been pondering even prior to the revelation of Winner’s alleged extremist intentions:

“How did this 25-year-old, with a checkered public social network past, which revealed her contempt for the president, end up with a top secret clearance and was unaware her NSA work computer was being monitored, and that her prison conversations were being recorded?”

It revealed her referring to President Trump as “a c*nt” and stating that, should the U.S. go to war with Iran, she would stand with Iran.

If you’ve been following the media coverage of just about anything in Washington lately, you’ve probably noticed the Republican from South Carolina with the thick southern drawl and fiery forthright personality. There may be some injustices that get past Trey Gowdy, but they don’t do it without a fight. Despite his only representing the one district in South Caroline, many conservatives have considered his opinions on issues that happen behind the closed doors of Congress to be the litmus test for their honesty and support of conservative values.

Gowdy purposefully removed himself from the short list as replacement for James Comey as director of the FBI, and while he didn’t give all of his reasons, it’s safe to assume that he saw enough of what Comey was going through after his removal from office to have a good idea of what the job would entail. Still, this made many conservatives disappointed because we would love to see someone with his apparent moral integrity and straightforward nature in a position of more power.

That wish came true today when word got out that Trey Gowdy would indeed be given more power, and possibly become one of the most powerful politicians in the United States House of Representatives.

Republican Representative Trey Gowdy, who is best known for leading a contentious congressional investigation into the 2012 Benghazi terror attack, is poised to become the new chair of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

House Republicans on the GOP Steering Committee tapped Gowdy on Thursday to take over as chairman of the panel, which serves as the primary investigative committee in the House of Representatives.
‘I am grateful to the Steering Committee and the Conference as a whole for this opportunity to serve,’ Gowdy said in a statement. ‘I look forward to working alongside the other Committee members, as well as any members of Congress.’

Gowdy would replace Republican Representative Jason Chaffetz, who announced in May that he would step down from Congress at the end of June. Taking over as chair of the committee will put Gowdy in a familiar role, and back in the spotlight, following his tenure as the chairman of the House Select Committee set up to investigate Benghazi.

Chaffetz has faced fierce criticism from liberal detractors who argue he has neglected the committee’s responsibility to probe the vast potential for conflicts of interest created by President Trump’s sprawling business empire. During a town hall in Utah earlier this year, an angry crowd confronted Chaffetz with chants of “do your job!”

Gowdy will have a chance to shake up the leadership and management of the committee and steer its future direction under the Trump presidency, but may face pressure, or pushback, from members of his own party not to intensify scrutiny of the White House.

Gowdy, a former prosecutor, worked to cast the Benghazi investigation in a non-partisan light. The investigation became the subject of intense controversy and criticism, most notably when House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy suggested in 2015 that the panel had been used to score political points against Hillary Clinton. ‘Everybody thought Hillary Clinton was unbeatable, right?,’ he said during an interview. ‘But we put together a Benghazi special committee, a select committee. What are her numbers today? Her numbers are dropping.’

In announcing his resignation, Chaffetz said little about his next steps, though he has reportedly told other Republicans he expects to join Fox News. The full House Republican conference is expected to confirm the decision to make Gowdy the Oversight Committee chair next week.”
While I’d be the last person to knock the importance of a person who reports the news, I can’t say that most would put it up there as a job with equal importance to law making. I guess though in this case, we should be happy that Chaffetz has decided to follow his bliss and make way for the new, pumped up and ready to serve generation of lawmakers who plan to do their jobs with the zeal that they deserve.

In yesterday’s testimony FBI Director James Comey finally admitted to the whole world that he himself was the one who leaked his conversations with President Donald Trump to the Main Stream Media.

Fired FBI Director James Comey delivered some of the most watched political circus in decades by calling out the ‘lies’ he himself told after President canned him. He actually took to task an administration he claims chose to ‘demean’ him and claimed he felt the president ‘directed’ him to call off an FBI investigation. To only admit moments later that he had leaked the conversations against the president himself.
To make matters worse James Comey said he leaked the information to the media via a friend of his who’s a Law Professor at Columbia University. Now, remember James Comey knows the law and he doesn’t want to purger himself. He didn’t give a name as to who that law professor was but part of me wonders if that Columbia Law Professor isn’t former President Barack Hussein Obama who was a Law Professor at Columbia from 1992 to his election to the US Senate in 2004.

Keep in mind Comey also revealed that Hussein Obama’s own Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who had that famous meeting on the airport tarmac in Phoenix with former President Bill Clinton, gave him the order to never refer to the Hillary Clinton case as an investigation, only as a “Matter.” It all seems very fishy to anyone who has at least a functioning IQ of over 80. This all stinks to high heaven and it needs to be investigated fully.

While the most healthy choice after going through some loss is to find a way to cope and move on, sometimes that’s hard to do when others keep bringing it up. It’s especially hard when you yourself bring it up every single chance you get. I’m talking, of course, about Hillary Clinton’s beautiful loss to Donald Trump last November. We are now over six months into President Trump’s tenure as President, and people are still interviewing Hillary and she’s still talking about all the good reasons she has for losing.

I think conservatives would be willing to just pick up and move on, but if she want’s to keep talking about it, we may as well oblige her. The White House was hers to lose, and she still managed to screw it up. I mean, at one time, it was literally her house, and she’s been seen on Capitol Hill for one reason or another ever since the early 90’s, and then President Trump just came out of nowhere and snatched it right away from her. It’s gotta burn.

Obviously, none of us knew when we woke up on November 8th what the results would be, and the nature of news being what it is, newspapers had to plan accordingly. Because of that, there were quite a few publications that had two different versions of their magazines and papers ready to be distributed, depending on who won the election. Obviously, those print runs with the loser on them had to go somewhere, and there’s at least one conservative that found a good use for one.

This brilliant soul found a copy of Newsweek, declaring Hillary to have won and got Donald Trump to sign it. Like I said, brilliant.

As our readers will no doubt recall, there was a veritable certainty among the mainstream media and the polls that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 election. With that certainty in mind, a third-party company named Topix Media shipped out Newsweek magazines declaring Clinton as president prior to the election, while the Donald Trump magazine covers were still being produced.

According to NBC, the covers that had been shipped prior to the election were recalled once it was clear Trump was going to win, but not before some of the Clinton “Madam President” magazines had already been sold.
Many of those recalled special editions that were never recovered ended up appearing for sale online, with prices varying from as little as $.99 to as much as $9,995 for a magazine that normally would cost $10.99.

According to the Washington Examiner’s chief political correspondent Byron York, one of those commemorative Clinton covers found its way into the hands of an unnamed conservative activist, who decided to have a finishing touch added to the piece of memorabilia.

As shown in a tweet by York, the activist somehow was able to have President Trump autograph the magazine right over “Madam President” Clinton’s face.

This is quintessential — and hilarious — Trump. And is just about as humiliating for ol’ Hillary as it gets.

It makes you wonder how much that special edition of Newsweek would see for now, if the activist ever decided to part with such an incredible and one-of-a-kind keepsake.

I don’t know what kind of day you were having before, but I hope it just got better. Seeing a reminder of Hillary’s loss and America’s gain is something that will never get old. But sadly we can’t just sit back and say that our job is done. Both the beautiful thing and the tiring thing about the four-year terms is that we will have to pick up our armor and put our weary selves back in battle again in 2020 (or tomorrow, or whenever the campaign starts for the next election). Because the liberals are so very pissed off about the changes that President Trump is making, it’s going to be very difficult to defuse their rage and make sure they don’t try any illegal tactics to keep President Trump from getting a second term.

With intelligence communities across the world on high alert for possible terror attacks, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for would-be terrorists to smuggle in the necessary ingredients and equipment to make bombs and suicide vests. ISIS’ new technique as of late has been to utilize vehicles as their tool for terrorism, where they will simply plow into unassuming crowds, massacring as many people as possible with several tons of steel. Now Washington D.C. has been thrown into chaos, after a driver plowed into a crowd late last night. As arrests have been made and investigations ensued, terrorism has still yet to be ruled out, as we anxiously wait to see if ISIS is now here on our shores.
Late last night, two men in Washington D.C. drove through a crowd at the Adams Morgan nightclub area of NW, Washington, hitting two police officers and a transit employee. Now many are beginning to wonder if this could possibly be a terror attack like we’ve seen ravaging Europe in recent months.

The Blaze reported:
D.C. Police Chief Newsham spoke to reporters about an incident where a vehicle struck two police officers and a traffic control aide. Newsham said it occurred at before 9 p.m. ET. All injured were taken to hospitals, one is in critical condition, while the other two are believed to be in non-life threatening, but serious condition.

He said that the truck struck another vehicle, and the driver was arrested by police.

The DC Police official Twitter account reported, “Police Activity: 2400 b/o 18th St NW from Columbia Rd to California St NW No vehicular or Pedestrian Access.”
Fox News 5 reported that two police officers were struck, and the driver was arrested.

A woman claiming to be a witness wrote on Facebook, “While out for ice cream with friends, right in front of us, a guy in that truck drove through a crowd of people, walking, on bikes, and even cops and ended up crashing into a garabage [sic] truck.”
Could this possibly be an ISIS-inspired attack? We will have to wait and see what comes of the investigation. Chillingly, we are only into the first half of Ramadan, and already Muslims around the world have been going nuts with terror attacks, as they believe that they are granted more “rewards” in paradise from Allah if they kill infidels during their “holy month.”

Islam expert and political pundit Robert Spencer explained thoroughly in a recent article just exactly what the month of Ramadan means for Muslims, and why we should be extremely vigilant during this time as a way to keep our families and communities safe for what these Islamists have planned:

Ramadan is upon us, and the Islamic State has called upon Muslims to show their piety during this month by carrying out jihad attacks in the U.S., Europe and Russia. In a new video, Muslims are told to “wait and hide for them,” that is, non-Muslims, “in houses, corners, roads,” and kill them. This is reminiscent of the Qur’an’s exhortation to “kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush” (9:5), and constitutes yet another reminder that Ramadan is quintessentially the month of jihad.

A jihad group explained it back in 2012: “The month of Ramadan is a month of holy war and death for Allah. It is a month for fighting the enemies of Allah and God’s messenger, the Jews and their American facilitators.” Referring to a jihad attack that happened at that time, the message continued: “One of our groups aided by Allah managed to bomb a bus full of Jewish tourists, plunderers of holy lands, after careful tracking. The holy war is not confined to a particular arena and we shall fight the Jews and the Americans until they leave the land of Islam.

During Ramadan, Muslims are exhorted to renew and deepen their devotion to Allah. Hence it is a time when they’re supposed to grow more generous and kind toward their fellow Muslims. However, the Qur’an says: “Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves” (48:29). If the Ramadan imperative is to become more devout, the Muslim who applies himself diligently to the Ramadan observance will simultaneously become more both merciful to his fellow Muslims and more severe against the unbelievers.

President Donald Trump has had a particularly rough week, especially on Thursday as he came under intense and unwarranted scrutiny during James Comey’s testimony. Knowing the stress of the situation and that the liberals were desperately hoping this would lead to her husband’s investigation, First Lady Melania Trump held out on some news she had for Trump, which she planned to surprise him with on his birthday next week.

The 45th President of the United States is turning 71-years-old on Wednesday, celebrating this special day for the first time in the White House. While being the leader of the greatest nation in the world is rewarding, it’s been exceptionally challenging, especially with the number of people constantly plotting his demise. Despite all of this, Trump has managed very well, kept his promises, and worked hard to get the country back on track as he said he would. He’s forged ahead through some of the hardest circumstances and deserves something special on his birthday, for which Melania has planned an unforgettable surprise.

The first lady couldn’t do this on her own and called on the only people who could make her husband’s birthday perfect with the incredible gift idea she had in mind. On the same day that Trump was coming under scrutiny in the Senate, Melania was calling on all of his supporters to do something for him that he would “never forget.”

In an e-mail that went out to his supporters, the first lady asked everyone to sign something for him.

“‘I need your help to make it a birthday my husband will never forget,’ Melania Trump wrote in an email to supporters. Her husband turns 71 on Wednesday.”

“‘Our celebrations always include family and close friends. You have certainly proven yourself to be a loyal friend of my husband through your support of his positive vision to Make America Great Again and your unwavering commitment to the Republican Party,’ the first lady’s email added.”
“‘Friend, Donald will be glad to hear from friends like you who have meant so much to his and our Party’s success’,” her party plea continued.

What’s particularly great about this seemingly simple gift is that the first lady knows that the best thing she can give her husband, is a few short words from his favorite people – Americans who have shown unwavering support for him during and after his campaign, and especially in this time of trial of those seeking his impeachment.

The former president and his wife were more concerned with attention and adoration from celebrities, rappers, and their wives, and living that life, rather than the American people. This was proven in the number of White House parties they had which had exclusive guests lists of Hollywood big wigs. The Trumps couldn’t be more opposite and appropriate to run this country on the values it was built on, favoring family and citizens over celebrities.

The best gift the president could get, along with this thoughtful card, is the vindication he received yesterday during Comey’s testimony. Among a number of admissions that came out during the former FBU director’s testimony yesterday was that Come himself was the White House leaker. He essentially abused him position to work against the president.

“Former FBI Director James Comey admitted Thursday that he leaked information to the press about President Trump, despite saying ‘leaks are always bad’ during his last public testimony in May,” the Daily Caller reported.

Also, this dishonest director was honest for once yesterday when he admitted that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch attempted to reframe the Hillary Clinton investigation. Comey came clean in his testimony that former AG Lynch told him to immediately stop calling the Hillary probe as an “investigation” or a “probe” and start referring to it simply as a “matter,” as to diminish the importance of it.

At the conclusion of this long and stressful day, Trump announced what he’s been wanting to say since the scrutiny into his claims about Comey began. He victoriously took the podium and said, “The failed bitter voices in Washington will do everything in their power to stop us from this righteous cause.” He then took the opportunity to blast his biggest detractors – the Deep State – by saying, “They will lie. They will obstruct. They will spread their hatred and their prejudice, but we will not back down from doing what is right, We are going to fight and win and have an unbelievable future-and it’s going to be together!”

President Donald Trump reacted to fired FBI director James Comey’s testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee where he admitted leaking to a college professor the content of his private discussions with the president.

“Despite so many false statements and lies, total and complete vindication…and WOW, Comey is a leaker!” Trump tweeted on Friday.
Comey said he leaked the memos he kept because he thought Trump might “lie” about the nature of their discussions.

Ryan Nobles, CNN Washington Correspondent, tweeted on Thursday the identity of the law professor that Comey did not name during his questioning before the panel.

“Columbia Law Prof Daniel Richman confirms to @ZCohenCNN that he is the friend that provided excerpts of the Comey memo to reporters,” Nobles tweeted.
Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz also weighed in on Twitter on Thursday on Comey’s admission, saying Congress should “subpoena the memos” from Richman.

“Comey admits that he leaked the internal memo through a Columbia law professor in order to force Special Counsel,” Jonathan Turley, law professor at George Washington University Law School tweeted on Thursday. “Yet, that raises questions.”

James Comey stated during the hearing that President Trump himself was not under investigation. It was true that Comey told the President repeatedly that he was not being investigated personally. However, despite this truth, and despite having seen Comey saying this, CNN still reported that President Trump himself was being investigated.

CNN’s Anderson Cooper and Jeffrey Toobin discussed how Comey felt like he was being forced to end the investigation because President Trump said he “hopes” it goes well.

“Yes. It was an interesting exchange – it was with the senator from Maine, Angus King, who they both – the famous line about Thomas Beckett, “Who will rid me of this meddlesome previous.” You don’t tell someone, but you know you send the message. There is also the point where there is the clearest conflict between Comey and Trump,” said Toobin.
Toobin went on to explain that the President is “under criminal investigation, and that’s a big deal”

CNN purposefully skewed infant-mortality rate statistics that cost a hospital CEO his job — and the judge did not mince words when it comes to the “fake news” being peddled from the network.

This win comes as Judge Orinda Evans outright rejected CNN’s bid to get the case dismissed, which continues the legal process.

Law News reports:

Davide Carbone, former CEO of St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, filed a defamation lawsuit against CNN after they aired what he claims were a “series of false and defamatory news reports” regarding the infant mortality rate at the hospital. CNN’s report said the mortality rate was three times the national average. However, Mr. Carbone contends that CNN “intentionally” manipulated statistics to bolster their report. He also claims that CNN purposely ignored information that would look favorable to the hospital in order to sensationalize the story.

“In our case, we contended that CNN essentially made up its own standard in order to conduct an ‘apples to oranges’ comparison to support its false assertion that St. Mary’s mortality rate was 3 times higher than the national average. Accordingly, the case against CNN certainly fits the description of media-created ‘Fake News.’” said Carbone’s attorney L. Lin Wood, in a statement to LawNewz.com.
Wood says that as a result of CNN’s story Carbone lost his job and it became extremely difficult for him to find new employment in the field of hospital administration.

“False and defamatory accusations against real people have serious consequences. Neither St. Mary’s or Mr. Carbone did anything to deserve being the objects of the heinous accusation that they harmed or put babies and young children at risk for profit,” Wood said.

On Monday, Federal District Judge Orinda Evans ruled that the case could move forward, even ruling that she found that CNN may have acted with “actual malice” with the report — a standard necessary to prove a defamation claim.

“The Court finds these allegations sufficient to establish that CNN was acting recklessly with regard to the accuracy of its report, i.e., with ‘actual malice,” the order reads. CNN had tried to get the case dismissed.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone, but Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is having trouble understanding the Constitution, and in this particular case its prohibition against a religious test for public office.

During a confirmation hearing Wednesday for a Office of Management and Budget nominee, Sanders was clearly trying to impose a religious test on a Trump administration nominee.

About halfway through the Senate Budget Committee hearing of nominee Russell Vought, Sanders asked him directly about his Christian faith. His question related to a line taken from a blog post Vought wrote in January of 2016.
“You wrote, ‘Muslims do not simply have a deficient theology. They do not know God because they have rejected Jesus Christ, His Son, and they stand condemned.’ Do you believe that that statement is Islamophobic?” Sanders asked.

“Absolutely not, senator. I’m a Christian, and I believe in a Christian set of principles based on my faith,” Vought replied. “That post, as I stated in the questionnaire to this committee, was to defend my alma mater, Wheaton College, a Christian school that has a statement of faith that includes the centrality of Jesus Christ for salvation, and …”

“I apologize. Forgive me, we just don’t have a lot of time,” Sanders interrupted. “Do you believe people in the Muslim religion stand condemned? Is that your view?”
As Vought attempted to once again explain that he was a Christian, Sanders cut him off, shouting, “I understand you are a Christian, but this country are made of people who are not just — I understand that Christianity is the majority religion, but there are other people of different religions in this country and around the world. In your judgment, do you think that people who are not Christians are going to be condemned?”

“As a Christian, I believe that all individuals are made in the image of God and are worthy of dignity and respect regardless of their religious beliefs. I believe that as a Christian that’s how I should treat all individuals,” Vought responded.
After Vought once again refused to renounce what he wrote in the blog, Sanders said, “I would simply say, Mr. Chairman, that this nominee is really not someone who this country is supposed to be about,” adding that he would be voting against confirming the nomination.

Essentially, Sanders is insisting that anyone who believes there is only one way to salvation (which includes Muslims, by the way) are not fit to serve in public office. While trying to expose Vought as unsuitable for office, Sanders instead revealed it’s him who has an utter disrespect for our nation’s Constitution.

The fact that Vought holds orthodox Christian beliefs and has written about them publicly has no bearing on whether he is an acceptable nominee to work in the Office of Management and Budget, or any other public office for that matter.

Sanders choice to focus on Vought’s public statements regarding the Christian faith shows his staunch opposition to Christians, and should be concerning to anyone who believes in our Constitution and our nation’s heritage of religious liberty.

And to think this man could have been president.

Joy Behar and her fellow liberals are constantly talking about how “racist” Donald Trump is despite the fact that they are never able to cite any clear evidence of this. However, when proud liberal Bill Maher used the “N-word” last week, Behar made excuses for him as she adamantly continued to claim that Trump’s “racism” is worse.

During The View’s Monday episode, the women discussed the backlash Maher faced after referring to himself as a “house n****r.” The Blaze reported that Behar defended Maher, calling him “one of the good guys” in the “fight” against Trump. Co-host Whoopi Goldberg agreed with Behar, saying that she has “very specific feelings about the word,” and noted that Maher didn’t refer to anyone else but himself when he used the racial epithet.

After co-host Sunny Hostin tried to chastise Maher a little bit, Behar jumped back in to change the subject.

“Bill Maher is one of the good guys in this fight against Trump right now,” Behar began. “Not to deflect from what he said, ’cause he already apologized, but Donald Trump and his people that ran his real estate agent [sic], they actually practiced racism.”
They discriminated against black people in housing,” she continued, not offering any evidence to support this. “To me, that is a much more egregious sin than saying any kind of word. … Let’s not lose perspective about comedians and words and things that comedians are saying, ’cause there seems to be this assault on comedians.”

Had Maher been a conservative Trump supporter, Behar and her liberal friends on The View would have demanded his head on a platter and would not have rested until his career was destroyed. However, since he was a liberal, he is being given a free pass to use the “N-word” as a white person.

We’re at the point where President Donald Trump could say that the sky is blue, and the headline on the New York Times tomorrow would be “Debate Rages Over Color of Sky.” PolitiFact would probably rate the president’s claim “half-true,” noting that while the sky is indeed blue on some days, it is cloudy on others. We bring that up only because it was just last week that Trump was getting ravaged for supposedly saying “screw you” to the planet in pulling out of the Paris Agreement, an agreement that wasn’t binding legally, and would cost the U.S. $100 billion a year to reduce temperatures by a negligible 0.2 degrees Celsius by 2100. Even former NASA scientist James Hansen, the “father of climate change,” concurred that the Paris Agreement was a bum deal. That aside, it’ll be interesting to see the excuses those same environmentalists have for opposing a new environmental twist on Trump’s “big beautiful wall.”

As Fox News reported, President Trump on Tuesday reportedly suggested that solar panels could offset some of the costs to erect a border wall on the U.S.’s southern border. Trump made the pitch on Tuesday during a meeting with congressional Republicans, two lawmakers who attended the meeting told The Wall Street Journal. The details of the plan were still unclear, but the revenue from selling the solar power generated by the panels could help offset some of the construction costs.

Never once did Obama nor any of his administration ever warn State Election Officials of any Russian effort to hack or influence the Electoral System, according to the president of the National Association of Secretaries of State. In the midst of the Comey testimony to the committee currently investigating the supposition that there was Russian interference of our 2016 elections, we are now hearing from many that the previous administration failed to ever warn anyone within the necessary pathways that it was possible that Russia was hacking the system.

Comey is currently trying to clean his own slate for his failures as an Intelligence Agency leader by lying and throwing Trump under the bus in the Committee investigation while the Democrats try their best to turn the attention from the actual issues and lie on national television repeatedly. Now, it is coming out that there was never ANY evidence to even assume that Russia was trying to interfere!

“We did ask,” Denise Merrill, Connecticut Secretary of state and the association’s top official, told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group Wednesday. “And over-and-over again, they did say there was no credible threat that they had found. And they said that right through the election, and the next administration reiterated that. Over and over again when we asked, we were told there was no actual threat that they knew of,” Merrill said.

Asked if there were any private briefings for state election officials on possible Russian interference prior to the November 2016 voting, Merrill said, “No. We were not briefed on any of that. We were not told in advance.” Merrill also claimed the administration failed to take state officials aside about a potential or real Russian threat to election machinery. “That’s right because I don’t really think there was one,” she said.
Not only is there no actual evidence of the Russians ‘hacking’ the 2016 Presidential election, former DNI James Clapper said AGAIN in an interview with NBC’s Chuck Todd recently that he saw no “smoking gun” evidence of collusion between the Trump camp and Russian state actors. The Trump-Russia hoax is an embarrassment to the U.S. The Democrats just won’t accept that Hillary Clinton was a big fat failure so they created a scandal out of thin air. The Russia hoax is also being used to distract from the unmasking of Trump and his private associates by the Obama administration.

Is it any shock for the average American to hear that the previous administration itself didn’t even find any possibility of hacking the elections from day one all the way through the campaign and even now? Not at all actually. It has been reiterated numerous times that there is no evidence and never has been yet the Democrats are still spouting it as fact literally to this day. Sore losers make for dirty bed-fellows!

Dearborn, Michigan was once an all-American town, where American businesses thrived and the residents were all peace loving Americans. That has all changed in recent years thanks to the influx of Muslims that settled in the area. Thanks to Obama’s terrible policies over the last 8 years the city is being dubbed “little Baghdad”. Recently the Muslim community in the area has found a new method to bring misery to the American people. Their actions prove they have no intention of assimilating with us. Their goals should be crystal clear by now.

Immigrants from the Middle-East are entering the country in record number, with numbers in Dearborn doubling in the past five years. They are not only preparing for the takeover of America but while doing so are putting a massive strain on the economy by leeching off of welfare with bogus claims that ensure they get the most money from the government as possible. Now, these Muslims have been busted in a major welfare-fraud ring and what they have taken from the American people will make your blood boil.

Recently a Muslim food stamp crime ring was broken up in Grand Rapids, MI. Three brothers Emad Khalil Karaein, Jawad Khalil-Ahmad Karaein, and Khader Khalil Karaein have pleaded guilty to welfare fraud. The brothers ran the Middle Eastern Market where they not only sold food but also ran their crime ring. They plead guilty to fraud as a way to protect two other brothers that were also suspected of being involved with the scam that cost taxpayers $736,000 from EBT and $544,000 from WIC over the course of nine years.

Food stamps only allow recipients to purchase certain items with the cards. The brothers offered food stamp holders a lesser amount of cash than the food stamps were worth. They would, in turn, use the food stamps to buy the allowed items. The in effect stole over $1.2 million by doing this.

Michigan has made it easy for people to gain access to their welfare programs, especially Muslims. They were the first state to offer their welfare forms in Arabic. Another kicker to the Michigan welfare system is that they allow Muslim men to claim up to four wives when filing for welfare. All they have to do is list them as extended family on the form. This makes it less important for Muslim immigrants to assimilate, instead, they can keep living their lives as a separate society when they move to places like Michigan. This raises two issues: welfare abuse and trying to fundamentally change a nation. How long until Michigan also allows Muslim immigrants to set up their own Shariah courts?

One man recently did a documentary on Dearborn, Michigan and was appalled by what he learned during the filming. Many of the women were decked out in designer clothes while flaunting their expensive cars all while living off the tax payer’s dime:
“When we’re going grocery shopping you see these young Arab ladies and girls with their kids getting out of Range Rovers using their EBT cards to get their groceries…they’re in designer clothes carrying Prada purses and pulling out their Medicaid cards for their healthcare…they’re driving around $60,000-$70,000 vehicles and living in $250,000-$300,000 homes,” He said.

Ramadan is in full swing now, and since it started there have been multiple attacks across the globe proving that the so-called “religion of peace” is anything but that. People simply going about their business are being attacked and stabbed for simply living a normal life and not adhering to the barbaric Sharia Law. Texas, however, is not having any of it and decided to take a stand. What they decided is leaving Muslims in a tizzy.

Texans have long held their own beliefs and are no stranger to standing up to what is wrong. Texas is a shining example for the rest of the country and always has been. Just in time for Ramadan, they recently passed a law to eliminate Sharia Law from being practiced in the state. One Sheriff in the lone-star state gave a dire warning to Muslims that is sure to piss them off to no ends. The other 49 states, take note!

Sheriff Tracy Murphree believes the best policy to fight off Islamic terrorism is an armed populace. He is taking his message to the streets trying to inform people of the dangers of open border policies and people are starting to listen. He recently went on record to say this.

“This [terrorism] is what happens when you disarm your citizens. When you open your borders without the proper vetting. When you allow political correctness to dictate how you respond to an enemy that wants to kill you. When you allow these radicals to travel to Afghanistan and Iran and simply let them back in.”

While many praised the Sheriff for his efforts, others went on to blast him for being “Islamaphobic”. He has received numerous threats but being the man he is, will not back down from these threats and continues to spread awareness.

When you give up your city’s and your neighborhoods to a religious ideology that says you must convert or die. The left wants to cater to the very group that would kill every group they claim to support. Folks this is an enemy hell bent on killing you. Committed to forcing you to convert or die. This enemy will strap bombs to their own body and blow themselves up killing children. I’m sick of it. You better wake up America. While you are distracted by the media and the crying of the left, Islamic Jihadist are among us and want to kill you.

What will it take? This happening at a concert in Dallas or a school in Denton County? If we don’t do something quick this country will die of political correctness and the fear that someone’s feelings may be hurt. It may very well be too late for Europe.”

Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson has uncovered billions of dollars of fraud and waste. Perhaps we need a contest to see which Trump official can find the the most. Our bet would be the Defense Department would win, but then again perhaps Social Security would come in near the top. Such is the state of affairs that have been left by the derelict Obama administration, and to be fair, some of its predecessors.

Social Security is a particularly sensitive issue because it directly impacts those who are considered less likely to be able to earn a livable wage, either due to advancing years, being orphaned, or afflicted with a disability. Unlike other benefit programs, employees and their employers actually pay into this fund from our wages, as we all painfully know, with the idea that benefits will be there if and when needed.

Hence, when fraud exists in Social Security, money has been stolen from those workers who have paid into the fund. And it just happened in a big way as Attorney Eric Conn, who pleaded guilty to stealing almost $600 million from Social Security, has now disappeared and perhaps is in Cuba.

“Former disability lawyer Eric Conn slipped his ankle monitor and disappeared Saturday, two months after pleading guilty to a $600 million Social Security fraud scheme that brought down a psychologist and a judge.

“Conn, who made a name for himself promising to get his Floyd County, Ky., clients the best disability and social security payments, pleaded guilty March 24 to defrauding the Social Security Administration of $550 million. He was released on bond to await sentencing July 14, according to the Department of Justice.
“Conn’s ‘whereabouts are currently unknown’ according to David Habich, general counsel for FBI’s Louisville, Ky., office, The Washington Post reports.

“Employees at Conn’s office told the FBI the fugitive may have fled to Cuba, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.”

He’s a slippery character, isn’t he? First, he defrauded the SSA out of $550 million, then he disappeared, possibly with some of his ill gotten gains. Possibly to some nation that does not have an extradition treaty with the US.

Who let this guy out on bail? It’s not funny, but there was even a betting pool over when he’d skip the country. Somebody knew something that clearly eluded the judge who turned him loose pending sentencing.

“‘It was totally predictable that he would flee’ said attorney Ned Pillersdorf, who represents some of Conn’s former clients. ‘I was always shocked that, when he was arrested, he was actually allowed out on bond. And there has been a betting pool going on in Prestonsburg [Kentucky] on not if he would flee, but when.’”

The tragedy here is that people, some of whom are truly disabled and have valid claims for disability insurance benefits, are suffering. It’s not like someone gets rich on what a disability settlement pays.
