Horrific incident happened during the military Combat Steel Festival in St. Petersburg. Organizers gave people opportunity to climb on military vehicles and ride the T-60 tank. Reportedly, seven people sat on top of the vehicle. Three of them, including two children, fell down and got injured as the tank was travelling over an embankment.
