Police declared a ‘major incident’ following reports of a blast at a building on Hinkley Road in Leicester on Sunday evening.
Police and emergency crews, including six fire engines, were deployed after a multiple number of calls reporting the explosion were received.
The cause of the blast is yet to be determined.
