Federal lawsuit to be filed tomorrow against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold for alleged failures in election administration and voter roll maintenance. 💥

Election Watch founder Peter Bernegger announced the suit, building directly on the February 2026 HAVA complaint he filed with Michael Cahoon. That complaint carries serious issues including:

🔴Inadequate voter roll maintenance under HAVA and NVRA standards

🔴Inaccurate or altered vote history records in Colorado’s SCORE system

🔴Problems with ineligible voters and improper ballot handling

The suit comes amid broader Colorado election controversies, including claims of over 14,000 improper ballots cast in the November 2024 election by voters who should not have received them.

It also ties into the Tina Peters case, prosecuted after raising concerns about voting systems & procedures 👈

This action seeks accountability for Colorado’s election processes ahead of future cycles.

Symbolism at its finest👈

So last night I stayed up for the whole fight. I don’t especially like to watch people fight or get mutilated. In fact the whole time Topuria was getting his face bashed in, I was silently praying he’d give up to avoid any further hurt. Ilia Topuria got defeated by Justin Gaethje… and honestly, the symbolism was loud. 🔈

Topuria has a big snake tattoo slithering down his back. While the fight was happening, it hit me, he moved and struck like a snake.

Just like the Deep State cabal: slithering into every part of our lives with corruption, deceit, and evil.

I thought about POTUS’ snake story.

Meanwhile, Gaethje, the American fighter; stood in the gap. Strong, relentless, enduring. Holding the line and refusing to let the snake get the upper hand.

The snake got defeated last night. A little reminder from God that no matter how slick or venomous they are… the good guys can still win when we stand firm. 👊🇺🇸💪
