Hillary Clinton clearly broke the law. Regardless of whether it was a result of her failure to deal with her email system appropriately, it doesn’t make a difference – she should’ve been charged. In any case, James Comey, our previous FBI chief felt that it would be better given her a chance to get away with it. Additionally, Comey had started composing his letter where he exonerates Hillary Clinton before he even had a meeting with her.
THE FBI RELEASED DOCUMENTS MONDAY PROVING FORMER FBI DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY BEGAN DRAFTING A LETTER REGARDING HILLARY CLINTON’S EMAIL INVESTIGATION MONTHS BEFORE CONDUCTING SEVERAL KEY INTERVIEWS, INCLUDING SPEAKING TO CLINTON HERSELF.
THE DOCUMENT RELEASE WAS TITLED “DRAFTS OF DIRECTOR COMEY’S JULY 5, 2016 STATEMENT REGARDING EMAIL SERVER INVESTIGATION PART 01 OF 01.”
Illegal immigration is a concern for many Americans. And the Trump administration has made it there mission to stamp it out as much as possible and crackdown on criminals. One story that recently surfaced in the conservative media is something that everyone should be worried about.
During a sting operation to try and reign in a plethora of illegal aliens, over 475 gang members were arrested by law enforcement agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). 65 were released by an American immigration judge while merely four were actually maintained on arrest for criminal charges.
A recent report indicates that 99 MS-13 gang members who came to the United States illegally were unaccompanied minors. Sadly, over 64 of them, the majority, were granted the status of Special Immigrant Juvenile. This special designation is a quasi-amnesty program for those who crossed the America-Mexican border illegally.

“Nearly 100 recently arrested MS-13 gang members arrived in the United States by crossing through the U.S.-Mexico border as “unaccompanied minors” and then getting resettled throughout the country by the federal government.
Sessions sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC), and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), informing them that Huber is conducting a full-fledged criminal investigation into all the matters Republicans are calling for a special counsel to investigate. Huber has been investigating these possible crimes for five months, since November 13, 2017.
During an interview on Lou Dobbs’s Fox Business Network show, Turley explained to guest host Stuart Varney that the media are wrongly reporting that Sessions will not appoint a second special counsel. “He did not foreclose the possibility of a special counsel,” he insisted.
Instead, Turley explained that Sessions has ordered Huber to “team up with the inspector general (IG) within the Justice Department to investigate these matters.”
Sessions informed Congress in his letter that all the matters recommended for investigation by Goodlatte, Gowdy, and Grassley are “fully within the scope of [Huber’s] existing mandate.” He also informed the chairmen that Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who is working with Huber, has a staff of 470 investigators, giving Huber access to enormous investigative firepower that far exceeds the staff of any special counsel.
California Senate Bill 54 is the bill which restricts local law enforcement’s cooperation with ICE agents and Border Patrol. A law which both Barnes and Sheriff Sandra Hutchens of Orange County vocally fought against.
This name release, which is online for all the public to see, comes after multiple municipalities in Orange County have voiced opposition to SB 54 which legitimized the state’s sanctuary movement. Although most elected officials in California do support this bill, the city of Los Alamitos last week voted to exempt its city from this asinine bill.
Although most of those released were arrested for domestic violence, theft, criminal threats and multiple DUIs, during that same period of time 168 other inmates with more serious convictions did meet the requirements and were turned over to immigration agents as SB 54 allows.
Orange County officials did not confer with ICE before making the change, he said.
ICE spokeswoman Lori Haley wrote in an email late Monday that she would not comment “beyond what the Sheriff has said.”
The new state law, dubbed the California Values Act, has recently seen a backlash from some Orange County communities. The City Council in Los Alamitos voted last week on an ordinance to exempt the city in northern Orange County from the state law.
A few other Orange County cities are considering resolutions and other moves to voice their opposition to the law. The Yorba Linda City Council, for example, agreed to file an amicus brief to a lawsuit filed by the Trump administration against California and immigration-related laws the federal government alleges are unconstitutional. And on Tuesday, March 27, the Orange County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to consider a range of possible actions: from a resolution to pursuing litigation against the state.
Annie Lai, co-director of the Immigrant Rights Clinic at UC Irvine, said the sheriff’s new policy is part of a movement in Orange County “to either undermine or get around the spirit of SB-54.”
The California Values Act already allows communication between local and federal agencies about release dates of those convicted of enumerated crimes who may be eligible for deportation, Lai noted.
“This change in policy is basically affecting everybody else who doesn’t have a serious criminal history under SB-54,” she said. Sheriff’s deputies, however, will still not be able to assist in an actual transfer to ICE agents under state law.

From the inception of the Trump Administration, they’ve been plagued by leaks. Security officials have been determined to find and stop the leaks, but up until now, it’s been stopping one leak only to find another in its place. The general theory has been that the Obama era holdovers were responsible for making sure that the Trump Administration was neutralized by their information going out to adversarial media outlets, almost in real time.
While several of the leaks have been found to be very close to the President, there have been others popping up along the way as well. However, information provided by both the Daily Wire and Fox News points to a criminal information leak coming out of the Justice Department. More specifically, the FBI. Ironically, the investigation that disgruntled Democrats insisted on, following the 2016 win of President Trump, has been what uncovered the corruption on the part of federal employees who sympathize with the leftist agenda.
According to Daily Wire, the most recent source of the leaks is an FBI agent with short ties to former FBI Director James Comey:
“This week, the Justice Department’s National Security Division charged an FBI agent based in Minneapolis with leaking classified information to the media in a move similar to other recent alleged leaks, including by former FBI Director James Comey.
Terry James Albury, who worked in counterterrorism, was charged with ‘one count of ‘knowingly and willfully’ transmitting documents and information relating to national defense to a reporter for a national news organization,’ Minnesota Public Radio reported. Albury faces another criminal charge for refusing to hand over documents to the government.
President Trump is about to end the longstanding abuse of the American welfare system and ban migrants from getting free money and handouts for five years. The immigration rules will prohibit migrants from coming to the country and taking advantage of free American welfare money right away. It will slow down, or stop, chain migration while protecting American workers and potentially saving taxpayers money.
What used to happen is that people would migrate to America and just live on the free money they received. That’s called welfare abuse. America is open to migrants, but perhaps we don’t want migrants who can’t fend for themselves. Maybe it’s better if people who are self-sufficient migrate to the country so that we can reduce the amount of citizens living off the system.
President Trump wants to introduce a merit-based Green card system in which migrants compete for Visas. Migrants can earn points for themselves by learning to speak English, gaining job training or job offers, or doing something else that is considered a benefit to the America. The idea seems to be that in order for America to grant Visas or citizenship, the migrant has to give something back to the country. It’s as though the government wants to stop people coming to America and living off the system and would prefer people coming to the country to be contributors. Do something for America and America will do something for you.
Migrants to those countries must compete for a limited number of visas by gaining points for English proficiency, competitive training, a job offer or another major achievement that benefits the host country.
The concept, which is modeled after similar programs from Australia and Canada, is taking harsh criticism from activists. It’s like they want an open border policy where everyone gets free welfare money, but that would just be the downfall of America. If we observe what’s happening in Germany, with Merkel’s “come on in” policy, then we see a mass increase in horrible crimes like gang rape. Do we want mass amounts of migrant gang rape in America? There’s already enough trouble with crime in sanctuary cities that protect illegal immigrant criminals. Those folks should be deported because of their bad behavior and often violent crimes they commit on American people and even other immigrants.
