This Debra Douglas “social worker” person left a message on our phone today saying the court date has been changed to July 26, WEDNESDAY, THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW and we have to travel 5.5 hours by train to get there.  They said in the message we can “participate over the phone” how is that
even possible!? 

Gary was putting in false reports saying we were on drugs, how can we do a drug test to disprove
them over the phone?! How can I turn in my evidence to the court over the phone?! Please someone with experience help me with what this means?

If by chance we participated “over the phone” and got back custody of Yvette, would they
bring Yvette back to us in Arizona like they took her away!? This is very overwhelming.  We need to get Yvette back and I do not know how to handle this abrupt change in schedule. 

I feel like this is a trick and that I definitely need to go to San Bernadino to get Yvette back.  Am I wrong?!

We need to get train tickets asap & I need someone to watch our dog.  Please help, please give me advice! 😦

We need 2 Amtrak train tickets so we can be in
San Bernadino from Kingman AZ before the July 28th
trial to free Yvette Henley from her abductors.

We also need someone around kingman AZ to watch
our sweet 12 year old Schipperke mix dog while
we are in San Bernadino.

We want to return right back to Kingman AZ once Yvette is free.
I hope that is possible, we have our whole lives built here now.

custody of Gary Forester by the state of California.

California social workers never interviewed or met

Yvette or inspected her residence.  Gary Forester is a

stalker, harasser, assaulter and attempted abductor.

We moved out of California due to Garys constant

harassment and got permission from the state of

California to move.  We reported Gary Foresters crimes

to police and state workers but no one helped.  We

established a good life in Arizona, but Gary Forester made

a custody case in California we were completely

unaware of.  We received no mail or telephone calls

notifying us of the court date.  We were told when

Yvette was stolen by CPS workers on July 10th, that

that court automatically sided with Gary for custody

because we did not appear.  We have a second court date

to get back custody on July 28th.  We have extensive

evidence proving all Garys reports as false and

criminal.  We need help. Does the case need to be

transferred to federal court because it occurred in two

different states? Yvette is in immediate danger

residing with Gary Forester.  There are people who have

assaulted Yvette in the past residing in Garys home.

Yvette was to have no contact with these people but

California gave Yvette to these criminal stalkers anyway.

Dragging us back to California by kidnapping our

daughter is criminal.  We have established land,

residence, and work commitments in Arizona.

We have done so  well we were able to get off

all state benefits.  We have NO desire to

return to California but now we must to free Yvette.

We have never been on drugs or all the other

reports Gary has claimed and have all evidence

to prove all his reports are FALSE and CRIMINAL!

We need advice on how to approach this case so

we can free Yvette as quickly as possible.

Wells Fargo accidentally leaked thousands of sensitive documents, but not in the way you think. The bank wasn’t hacked, and its computers didn’t go on the fritz: it just inadvertently sent 1.4 gigabytes of files to a former financial adviser who subpoenaed the company as part of a lawsuit against one of its current employees. While 1.4GB of files doesn’t seem that big, the collection includes at least 50,000 customers’ names, Social Security numbers and sensitive financial info. According to The New York Times, which confirmed the contents of the documents, the affected clients are some of Wells Fargo’s wealthiest, with investment portfolios worth tens of billions of dollars.

The copious amounts of spreadsheets in the collection were apparently handed over to Gary Sinderbrand, the former financial adviser, with no confidentiality agreement. Angela A. Turiano, the lawyer who sent him the files on a CD, explained that what happened was a mistake caused by working with an outside vendor. That vendor was supposed to vet the documents as part of the court’s discovery process and ensure Sinderbrand only received a handful of emails and files related to the case. The plaintiff was also supposed to receive a protective order issued by a judge with the files, but he didn’t get one, as well.

Turiano said she asked Sinderbrand and his lawyer to return the CD. The lack of confidentiality agreement means the former adviser can legally release all the information he got, after all. If he does, it’s Wells Fargo that will be in even more trouble. According to NYT, the vendor error can be classified as a data breach that “potentially violates a bevy of state and federal consumer data privacy laws that limit the release of personally identifiable customer information to outside parties.” Considering the affected clients aren’t your Average Joes, they can more than afford to hit the bank where it hurts.

The events of the past week have been so lovingly prepared for our blessing they are literally stacked too high to see in full view, let alone specify in any silly SITREP.

Just know all is complete. There is nothing left to check off and no fight left in all earthly adversaries of peace and prosperity.

We are going from nothing to everything, overnight. As to serve everyone who has never known the sensation of abundant resources via philanthropic generosity.

Just know once this mercy arrives in your life–after the blessing we pray releases later tonight–Heaven’s grace will never end in anyone’s lifetime or in multiple generations of your family.

Truly I tell you Brothers and Sisters, humanity’s future is limitless; therefore our greatest challenge is to consistently keep our hearts open to receiving this non-stop unconditional love of God, not worry or fret about managing an infinite flow of money per se.
