(Video) Could this be How we Address the Problem of Freshwater Shortages? 8/31/2017
Water covers around 70% of the earth’s surface and makes up the majority of our physical body, yet how much do we actually know about water? It appears not as much as we would think, and in this talk Marcia Barbosa discusses the many anomalies of water.
Towards the end of the video Marcia dives into a potential solution for freshwater shortages and how we can use the laws of physics to manipulate salt water with nano-tubes to create fresh, clean drinking water.
Marcia Barbosa has a PhD in physics from Brazil’s Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, where she is now the director of its Physics Institute. She studies the complex structure of the water molecule, and has developed a series of models of its properties which may contribute to our understanding of how earthquakes occur, how proteins fold, and could play an important role in generating cleaner energy and treating diseases. She is actively involved in promoting Women in Physics and was named the 2013 L’Oreal-UNESCO for Women in Science Awards Laureate for Latin America.

“When you see this, it has begun.” August 30, By James Bailey
Exactly eight years ago today, on August 30 2009, Brother Billy Nelson had a prophetic dream in which he saw great destruction in Houston TX, which he describes as follows:
“I looked out over the water and saw massive amounts of debris coming into the waterway. I saw pieces of rooftops, houses, and all manner of trash floating in the water. It was the leading edge of incredible amounts of fragments of what used to be homes and businesses. I didn’t understand where all this debris could possibly be coming from or what could cause such a mega-disaster. The cruise ship certainly would not escape being trapped in the rubble, the debris was so thick, I knew I could walk on top of it all the way back to Houston.
I heard a His voice say, ‘When you see this, it has begun.’
I looked forward towards the bow of the cruise ship and saw two tanker ships directly in front of us, a couple of hundred yards ahead of our ship, sailing side by side, cutting a path through the thick debris field for us. The tankers were stoutly built and could withstand the beating from all the trash in the water. As the tankers cut through the rubble, they left a clear watery path, making smooth sailing for us, even in the middle of this catastrophe. We had no choice but to follow them to get back to port.
When we got near the dock, I simply opened the two side doors of the ship, waited for the dock hands to secure the ship and stepped safely down onto the dock. It was such relief to be safe back in port.” (see the complete post)
I believe it is significant that exactly eight years passed between the day he received the dream and today because the number eight represents new beginnings and this dream revealed the start of something new. He heard the Lord say, “When you see this, it has begun.”
What has begun? Billy understood it was a confirmation of many other prophetic warnings God had already given him regarding judgment coming to the United States. He wrote, “I believe this dream goes along with what the Father has been saying to me about more and more intense judgments are coming to America.”
His description of the judgments as “more and more intense” confirms what Jesus said would happen in the days prior to His return. He described it as being like birth pangs because the pain gets greater and more frequent as the time of delivery draws near. (Matthew 24:8)
Amazingly, my friend Lyn Leahz emailed me today to tell me what Brother Billy saw in his dream is happening today as he is currently on a cruise ship near Houston, stranded with 20,000 other passengers, as Galveston police explained:
According to local police in Galveston, Texas, officials hope the ships are not able to make port while there is still significant flooding because roadways out of Galveston are blocked and people getting off the cruises would be unable to leave the island. Many of the passengers’ cars that are parked in the cruise terminal lots are stuck there because of flooded access roads. (Source: Fox News)
I believe the events happening in Houston can only be understood in the larger context of where we are in God’s prophetic timeline. Contrary to the false prophets proclaiming all is well, trouble must come because prophecies recorded thousands of years ago in the scriptures must be fulfilled before the Lord returns. I believe we are fast approaching what the angel Gabriel described as “a time of anguish, such as has never occurred since nations first came into existence.” But the good news is Gabriel also said, “At that time your people shall be delivered, everyone who is found written in the book.” (Daniel 12:1)
Prophetic warnings indicate another event could be coming soon. In 2016, Pamela Banda saw great destruction coming to Houston through flood waters. The Holy Spirit told her, “The water represents judgment. Judgment is coming to Houston and it will be destroyed, desolate, and uninhabitable.”
Her vision revealed two floods and two storms in Houston. She wrote, “Then the water retracted, but then it came back again with force and strong winds. The water was destroying everything in sight. Cars were being flipped over and everything was catching on fire.” (see the complete post)

Relative Truth and Awakening — Don’t Throw the Baby out with the Bath Water!!
Awakening is the process of expanding our consciousness to become aware of more of the truth. But since the truth is an infinite singularity, and we are finite beings, the best we can hope for are relative truths—pieces of knowledge that reflect or describe the whole truth.
In practice, we open ourselves up to new experiences and as a result, our consciousness expands. The more receptive we are to experience the more powerfully we can awaken to new things. What happens when what we thought was true, turns out to be untrue or only a half truth?
This is a question we will need to come to terms with as we grow and learn because we often have insights that came from an imperfect source. But does that mean the information is bad or useless? No. In fact, the origin of the idea isn’t as important as what we do with it, once it is in our possession.
A fable, myth, or fictional story might not be “real” in the sense that it depicts real events, but that doesn’t mean it can’t teach us something. Fictional stories and myths are often excellent places to discover essential truths about the human experience.
Similarly, all experience produces, interpretations, insights, and theories that spring forth from the inner fount of observation—the dynamic interplay between what is recorded as knowledge and what is being received in the now. Anytime we observe something, the generative property of consciousness produces new ideas, emotions, and insights. And even if we didn’t properly comprehend what we saw at the time, these insights still have value.
For example, you might look out into the world as a child, and notice that it appears to be flat. Even though this conclusion isn’t true, the idea itself is still useful. Architects and draftspersons, despite knowing the Earth is spherical, model their designs on a flat framework—they act under the premise that the Earth is flat while drawing their plans.
Ultimately, all information is useful. The challenge is to accurately discern where and how information holds true, using a specific or conscious process of analysis.
It’s all too easy to dismiss some body of information, because “it doesn’t resonate,” it came from a “bad source,” or it doesn’t agree with expert opinion. But in a grand sense, in a cosmic evolution sense, all ideas and insights are points of reception between the creature and the Creator. All information, even if it came from an untrue source, can be contemplated and distilled in the cosmic alchemy that is awakening. By assuming all information has some value, we can begin to see the one truth in all things, while also gaining greater skills of discernment through eclectic knowledge and wisdom.
We should strive to discern things properly; we should strive to ensure we know, precisely, how and why a body of information describes reality. And we should also recognize that even if our interpretations, observations, and insights might not be accurate in one area, it doesn’t mean that they won’t be useful elsewhere.
We are miraculous beings in the sense that we move, breathe, and have our being within objective reality, and yet our mind’s can imagine and envision—even feel—unreal things. And the dynamic between what is real and what we perceive seems to be an essential part of personal growth. We grow through synthesis, where even the seemingly most invalid experience can still provide incredible insights. In the act of looking at experience in this way, in an inclusive and discerning way, we can enhance the skills and faculties needed to receive more of the one truth—growing tall in cosmic attainment in the process.
All our experience is valuable, nothing is wasted and nothing is lost, if we can expand the mind beyond the material, into the cosmic and spiritual.
