These are the kind of breadcrumbs that show the military is working to restore Constitutional Law. They are masking these changes as “Supreme Court Decisions,” but anyone that understands Devolution and Continuity of Government under war powers knows the Supreme Court has no power right now.

The EPA was ALWAYS a massively Unconstitutional entity. Tens of millions have had their property rights usurped by these bureaucrats for over 50 years.

Now, they are headed into oblivion and this is a MAJOR step.

YES, the environment can and will be protected. However, as per the 10th Amendment:

“any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to those respective states, or to the people at large”

Simply put, the Constitution does NOT grant the Federal Government any powers to regulate in the manner that the EPA did.
