Police body cam footage captures the moment a father is fatally shot by a law enforcement officer in front of his 12-year-old daughter in Oregon. The incident occurred on Cascade Middle School grounds. The man, who was in the middle of a child custody battle, was refusing a police request to leave the school, before officers escorted him out of the building and pinned him against a wall. The father then pulled out a gun and fired two shots in the direction of an officer. He returned fire, hitting the father in the head. The local district attorney said law enforcement was justified in using force.
