A grave new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that President Putin this morning signed a decree authorizing theMinistry of Defense (MoD) to beginimplementing their wartime state management system that gives full power to the Russian military of the entire nation, and has further ordered that all Russian children presently overseas be brought home immediatelybefore the “outbreak of total war”. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

 

 

According to this report, President Putin’s signing of this decree, and ordering all Russian children to come home, was unanimously approved by the Security Council in “direct response” to the Council Of The Federation(Russian upper house of parliament) just hours ago approving by a vote of 158, to one abstention, an agreement on the Russian air task force’s indefinite deployment in Syria, and that on 7 October, The State Duma (Russian lower house of parliament), likewise, approved by a vote of 446 to 0.

With Russian military forces in Syria now under the “full protection of Federation law”, this report explains, any attack on them by the Obama regime, or any US ally, will now be regarded as an attack on Russia itself—and whose response by the Federation will “be nothing less than all-out war”.

Clearing of the Chimera group continues. After the Chimera has opened the war front inside our Solar System, the Light forces have lost a lot of territory on the plasma plane throughout the Solar System and the Pleiadian fleet had to retreat almost completely.
Some of that territory has been regained in the last few days and the Pleiadians are returning.
What has not been known previously to the Resistance is the fact that the physical biochips have not been cleared completely. There is a certain part of the biochips that has escaped all advanced detection and removal technologies of the Resistance and unfortunately every human being still has at least three of those biochips. These three biochips are the physical anchor point for the three main plasma implants, located in the frontal lobe and above the navel.
The frontal lobe biochips are attached to the optical nerve of both eyes and connected to the auditory cortex of the brain with artificial synapses. They send a constant audio video stream of whatever you see and hear into the mainframe computer of the Chimera group. First: The Big H death toll has just risen by 1.

Apparently the Big H collapsed once again on June 30th of this year – blacking out during a plane ride.

For decades now the US States Department has been starting war after war after war.

I have a neighbor who was in the navy who was shooting “Terrorists” in Lebanon 30  years ago. No – we had no soldiers there – just troops form the US Navy fighting an Undeclared War 8,000 miles away from his home in Seattle. The world has had enough.

Just the City of Aleppo Alone in Syria – it used to have a population of 2.5 Million and now – thanks to US bombing after bombing – has a population of around 50,000 people.
