An intriguing Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that President Putin became so enraged with an American television news report mocking the Federation Embassy in Washington D.C., and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, that he issued an order to the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) to cease all “intelligence based” entertainment activities in the United States—adding that: “The Democratic Party is just too expensive.”
According to this report, yesterday (3 March) the radical leftist MSNBC television news channel brutally demeaned the reputation of the Federation by stating: “At Russia’s fortress-like Embassy on Wisconsin Avenue, north of Washington’s Georgetown neighborhood, Kislyak also hosts parties for fellow diplomats, Russia specialists and other Washingtonians with personal or business ties to Russia. Though elegant, those functions may also reveal hints of Russia’s economic malaise: At one recent event, bartenders served Kirkland vodka—the brand sold by the bulk-discount retailer Costco.”…
