Massive Grass Fire Threatens Homes Forces Evacuations West of Fort Worth, Texas

Updated at 2:30 p.m.: Revised to include that I-20 and I-30 are shut down.

The Flower Mound Fire Department was working Monday afternoon to extinguish a large grass fire at the northeast corner of FM1171 and U.S. Highway 377.

Meanwhile, a separate fire in Parker County forced residents to evacuate their homes and just down Interstates 20 and 30.
