Stelle dir vor, wie dieses Licht alle verbliebene Dunkelheit dieses Universums verwandelt, bis nur noch Licht übrig ist.
Stelle dir vor, wie ein neuer, grossartiger kosmischer Zyklus beginnt, der allen Wesen im gesamten Universum reines Licht, Liebe und Glückseligkeit bringt.
Hebe deine Hände über deinen Kopf und beginne, deinen Körper im Uhrzeigersinn zu drehen.

Visualiseer vervolgens dat dit Licht binnenkomt via de Galactische Centrale Zon, door de Alcyone Pleiadische sterrenpoort gaat, dan door de Sirius sterrenpoort, ons zonnestelsel binnenkomt en door alle wezens van Licht binnen ons zonnestelsel gaat, en dan door alle wezens op de planeet Aarde en ook door jouw lichaam naar het centrum van de Aarde.
4.Visualiseer dat dit Licht alle overgebleven duister in dit universum transmuteert totdat er alleen Licht is overgebleven. Visualiseer dat een nieuwe grote kosmische cyclus begint die puur Licht, Liefde en Geluk brengt naar alle wezens in het gehele universum.
5.Strek je handen boven je hoofd en ga jouw lichaam met de klok mee ronddraaien.

8.Terwijl je dat doet begin je de mantra eeeeaaaa te zingen zodat het door jouw lichaam vibreert en je visualiseert een regenboog draaikolk van Licht die zich vanuit jouw hart naar buiten door de gehele planeet uitbreidt.
Deze regenboog draaikolk roept de aanwezigheid op van jouw tweelingzielen, zielsverwanten, zielfamilies, spirituele gidsen, opgestegen meesters, Pleiadians, engelen, dolfijnen en andere wezens van Licht. Visualiseer dat jouw tweelingzielen, zielsverwanten en zielfamilies ontwaken en met jou samensmelten in Eén Wezen in een mandala van Licht.

Navodila:
1. Uporabite svojo tehniko za dosego sproščenega stanja zavesti.
2. Navedite svoj namen uporabe te meditacije kot orodja za prinašanje Svetlobe na površje
planeta.
3. Predstavljajte si izžarevanje stebra briljantne bele Svetlobe iz Kozmičnega Centralnega
Sonca, ki se porazdeli in potuje do vseh Centralnih Sonc vseh galaksij tega vesolja. Nato si
predstavljajte, kako Svetloba vztopa skozi naše Galaktično Centralno Sonce ter potuje skozi
plejadska zvezdna vrata v zvezdi Alkijone ter nato skozi sirijska zvezdna vrata, zatem pa
vstopi v naše Osončje ter potuje skozi vsa bitja Luči našega Sončnega sistema, nato pa potuje
skozi vsa bitja na planetu Zemlji ter tudi preko vašega telesa do središča Zemlje.
4. Predstavljajte si, kako ta Svetloba pretvarja vso preostalo temo tega vesolja, dokler ne
ostane samo še Svetloba. Predstavljajte si začetek novega velikega kozmičnega cikla, ki bo
vsem bitjem celotnega vesolja prinesel čisto Svetlobo, Ljubezen in Srečo.
5. Dvignite svoje roke nad glavo in se začnite vrteti v smeri urinega kazalca.
6. Med vrtenjem pojte mantro iiii (i kot v besedi “mir”) tako, da vibrira skozi vaše celotno telo
in si predstavljajte, kako se vaše telo spremeni v briljanten steber Svetlobe z milijoni
mavrično obarvanih zvezdic razpršenih znotraj tega stebra Svetlobe.
7. Še naprej pojte mantro in se vrtite. Po nekaj minutah spustite svoje roke ob telo in se še
naprej vrtite v smeri urinega kazalca.
8. Medtem začnite peti mantro eeeaaa (e kot v besedi “letalo” in ne kot e v besedi ''med'')
tako, da vibrira skozi vaše celotno telo in si predstavljajte, kako se mavrični vrtinec Svetlobe
širi iz vašega srca navzven po celotnem planetu.
Ta mavrični vrtinec kliče prisotnost vaše duše dvojčice, vaših sorodnih duš, dušnih družin,
vaših duhovnih vodnikov, Mojstrov Modrosti, Plejadčanov, angelov, delfinov, ter ostalih bitij
Luči. Predstavljajte si, kako se vaša duša dvojčica, vaše sorodne duše in dušne družine
prebudijo in združijo z vami v Eno bitje v mandali Svetlobe.
