It is important to stay balanced at this stage of our evolution, and there are some viable tools that help with this journey, as well as a healthy understanding of the process.
HEALING, ADDRESSING, AND RELEASING EMOTIONS IN REAL-TIME GROUP SESSION: In our everyday lives, we face many obstacles, and triggers, that may bring a multitude of emotions to the surface. If we do not diffuse, learn from, and release these, they can lead to different tangents of fear or anger that may last longer than necessary. Through this exercise, we face our individual triggers together and learn how to separate ourselves from these states of mind, understand what they are here to teach us, and release them completely. We all need tangible, practical, and uncomplicated tools to make our lives easier, especially as more is being asked of us by Guidance, towards our creation. We look forward to having your present.
