I am connected to the largest “whale” in North America and he has not be called to exchange as of today June 5, 2019. HSBC has this whale on speed dial when the time comes. I am also connected with the 180 groups the Admiral is to facilitate exchange funding, and he has not been called to exchange as of today. Rumors to the contrary are rumors by people not connected to the larger players.
