An intriguing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today discussing rapidly changing events occurring in the “Coronavirus Pandemic War”, says most notable to document is Communist Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi having just stated: “It has come to our attention that some political forces in the US are taking China-US relations hostage and pushing our two countries to the brink of a new Cold War”—and even though Foreign Minister Wang did not identify what “forces” he was referring to, his statement provoked North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to immediately urge his army’s top brass to boost the country’s “strategic forces” and put them on high alert—all of which was caused by an agreement made this past week between the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM)—an agreement that permitted a US Air Force nuclear weapons and mine laying capable B-1 Heavy Bomber to make a “bold flight” on 21 May from Anderson Air Base-Guam into the of Sea Of Okhotsk that’s surrounded by Russian Federation territory—a test flight that saw this B-1 Heavy Bomber, designated as “DODGE01”, being advised on open airwaves by Tokyo Radio to change to VFR (visual flight rules) due to its not being able to enter Russia by IFR (instrument flight rules) flight—critical advice needed as the international airspace this B-1 Heavy Bomber was navigating is just 22.1 kilometers (13.7 miles) wide—but even within this small area placed it in range of the MoD’s powerful long-range S-400 Missile System—the same S-400 Missile System the MoD completed the delivery of two brigades worth to Communist China in February—and whose close range electronic targeting characteristics of this B-1 Heavy Bomber has no doubt accumulated valuable information about

Victorian Shadow Attorney-General Edward O’Donohue said the public has a right to know about the security details surrounding China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
Victoria has confirmed it will push ahead with its plan to sign up to China’s US$1.4 trillion infrastructure program.
The Belt and Road Initiative is designed to link China with Asia, Europe and Africa via a massive infrastructure investment that will see the widespread construction of railways, motorways and ports.
China claims the deal will be mutually beneficial, but the federal government has criticised Victoria for signing up for the deal citing possible security implications.
Mr O’Donohue said despite frequent requests, the Andrews government has not released its national security advice about the deal.
He told Sky News it would be wiser for the Victorian government should be looking to diversify its trading markets rather than “putting all its eggs in the basket of Communist China.”
