6. The GCR was about the United Nations, IMF, World Bank, Brexit and a massive Civil War going on in the U.S. for power, control & wealth. It was about bringing more balance worldwide and this was only a start.
7. All threats must be neutralized prior to bringing in the new financial system (RV/GCR) and beginning the transition event. The Alliance was racing against time as the window of opportunity to begin the transition event this month of Feb. 2018 was fast closing.
8. Alliance Ghost Operatives uncovered documents for prototype weapons from the Cabal-MIC D.U.M.B. located near Sawtooth Range before destroying it around 12:39 pm EST Feb. 19. 9. The long range weapon amplified and re-routed HAARP signals and was being constructed at a hidden underground outpost located under Gannett Peak, Wyoming. This was a major concern for the Alliance due to the fact that Gannett Peak was close to the Yellowstone Caldera.
10. Was the Cabal trying to cause this supervolcano beneath Yellowstone National Park to erupt? Starting on Feb. 8 the volcano started a huge ‘earthquake swarm’ that caused 200 tremors in just 10 days.

Eventually the ash would be floating in the skies and blocking the Sun, across the globe. So did actions of the Alliance just avoid an international disaster? The Chinese were ready for a financial war once they returned from their lunar new year’s holiday this week and next.
12. The London financial district – 2.4 billion-member British Commonwealth was looking to join the Russians and Chinese in ditching the U.S. dollar. If these and other countries move away from the SWIFT system to the CIPS system and the GCR does not go into effect, the U.S. dollar would die and we would see huge inflation.

1. Bankers have said that we wouldn’t get out of this week without the GCR/RV.
2. We are getting two 800 numbers for the US (one for East of the Mississippi and one for West of the Mississippi), plus one 800 number for Canada.
3. If you have Zim bonds to redeem calling the 800 number will connect you to the Zim redemption center in your area based on your zip code. That call will then connect you to a person at the redemption center who will be directly working with you on your exchange.
4. Although some banks will be redeeming Zim and other currencies (at the bank screen rate), the redemption centers would give you higher rates than the banks would give you.
5. At the redemption center you would have the ability to negotiate your exchange rate.
6. Employment will be an important point for negotiating your rate. You need to tell them how many people you plan to employ in your first, second, etc. years.
7. Longevity – how long you plan to leave your money at the bank, how long your humanitarian project has been planned for – will be another important point in negotiating higher rates.
8. Restoring the planet – soil remediation, cleaning the water, etc. – would be another point in negotiating for higher rates.
9. In redemption centers no zeros were coming off your currency and there would be no cap on the amount you could exchange, even on the Zim.
10. You could leave your exchange with $10,000 in cash.
11. On a structured payout you won’t get an interest payment for 90 days. You need to decide how much money you want to have access to in that first 90 days (both for yourself and for your humanitarian project).
12. Decide how much monies you want to transfer to other banks at the time of your exchange.
13. In 24-48 hours after your exchange you would be able to wire higher money amounts to other banks.
