The World Bank and IMF are where the world is supposed to agree on what happens to the world’s wealth. All of the world’s monetary gold, gemstones, artworks, bonds worth 2 quadrillion dollars owed by the central bankers were deposited at the World Bank and IMF in a trust called the Global Debt Facility at the end of WWII by José Rizal and Ferdinand Marcos, his lawyer.
