Anleitung:

Verwende deine eigene Technik, um dich in einen entspannten Bewusstseinszustand zu bringen.
Bringe deine Absicht zum Ausdruck, diese Meditation als Werkzeug zu verwenden, um das Licht zur Oberfläche des Planeten zu bringen.
Stelle dir eine Säule aus strahlend weissem Licht vor, die von der Kosmischen Zentralsonne ausgeht und dann an die Zentralsonnen aller Galaxien in diesem Universum verteilt wird.
Dann stelle dir vor, wie dieses Licht durch die Galaktische Zentralsonne eintritt, dann durch das Plejadische Sternentor Alkione geht, dann durch das Sirius-Sternentor geht, dann in unser Sonnensystem eintritt und durch alle Lichtwesen in unserem Sonnensystem hindurchgeht und dann durch alle Wesen auf dem Planeten Erde und auch durch deinen Körper zum Mittelpunkt der Erde geht.
Stelle dir vor, wie dieses Licht alle verbliebene Dunkelheit dieses Universums verwandelt, bis nur noch Licht übrig ist.
Stelle dir vor, wie ein neuer, grossartiger kosmischer Zyklus beginnt, der allen Wesen im gesamten Universum reines Licht, Liebe und Glückseligkeit bringt.
Hebe deine Hände über deinen Kopf und beginne, deinen Körper im Uhrzeigersinn zu drehen.
Während du das tust, singe das Mantra iiii (ausgesprochen ii-ii), so dass es in deinem ganzen Körper vibriert und stelle dir vor, wie sich dein Körper in eine strahlende Lichtsäule verwandelt, mit Millionen von regenbogenfarbenen Sternen, die in dieser Säule des Lichts verteilt sind.
Fahre fort, das Mantra zu singen und zu rotieren.
Bringe nach ein einigen Minuten deine Hände nahe an deinen Körper und drehe dich weiter im Uhrzeigersinn.

Dieser Regenbogenwirbel ruft die Gegenwart deiner Zwillingsseele, Seelenverwandten, Seelenfamilie, deiner spirituellen Führer, der aufgestiegenen Meister, Plejadier, Engel, Delfine und anderer Wesen des Lichts hervor.
Stelle dir vor, wie deine Zwillingsseele, deine Seelenverwandten und deine Seelenfamilie erwachen und mit dir zu einem einzigen Wesen in einem Mandala aus Licht verschmelzen.

4. Visualisez cette Lumière transmutant toute l’obscurité restant dans cet Univers jusqu’à ce qu’il ne reste que la Lumière. Visualisez le début d’un nouveau grand cycle cosmique, apportant la Lumière pure, l’Amour et le Bonheur à tous les êtres dans l’Univers entier.

5. Levez-vous, levez les mains au-dessus de votre tête et commencez à tourner votre corps dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

6. Tout en faisant cela, chantez le mantra « iiii » afin qu’il vibre à travers votre corps et visualisez votre corps se transformer en un pilier de Lumière brillante, avec des millions d’étoiles de couleur arc-en-ciel éparpillées au sein de ce pilier de Lumière.

7. Continuez à chanter le mantra « iiii » et à tourner. Après quelques minutes, déposez vos mains près de votre corps et continuez à tourner dans le sens horaire.

8. Tout en faisant cela, commencez à chanter le mantra « ééé-aaa » afin qu’il vibre à travers votre corps et visualisez un vortex de Lumière arc-en-ciel en expansion à partir de votre cœur vers l’extérieur à travers la planète entière.

1. 用自己習慣的方式放鬆身心靈。

2. 用意念宣告:我要用這次的冥想讓聖光回歸地表世界。

3. 觀想宇宙中央太陽發出一道潔白明亮的光柱。觀想光柱發射到四面八方，連結宇宙內所有銀河系的銀河中央太陽。觀想光柱穿過昴宿六星門，穿過天狼星星門然後進入太陽系。觀想潔白明亮的聖光連結太陽系內所有的光之存有，穿過地球上所有的眾生，穿過自己的身體然後進入地球的中心。

4. 觀想聖光轉化和清理宇宙內所有殘存的黑暗。觀想宇宙進入新一輪的大循環週期，讓宇宙內所有的眾生得到純淨的聖光、大愛和幸福。

5. 雙手高舉過頭，開始順時針旋轉

6. 旋轉的同時唱誦咒音11111….讓咒音的震動傳遍全身。觀想自己的身體成為一道潔白明亮的光柱。光柱裡面持續散發著數百萬顆七彩繽紛的星光。

7. 花幾分鐘持續旋轉並且同時唱誦咒音，然後放下雙手繼續順時針旋轉。
