1. Uporabite svojo tehniko za dosego sproščenega stanja zavesti. Globoko vdihnite briljantno
belo svetlobo. Izdihnite vse, kar vam ne služi več. To nekajkrat ponovite. Nato izrecite
sledečo ali pa podobno mantro, naglas ali pa po tihem, kakor ste vodeni:
"Jaz sem Duša,
Jaz sem Božanska Svetloba,
Jaz sem Božanska Volja,
Jaz sem Božanska Ljubezen,
Jaz sem fiksen načrt sebe, Duše."
2. Predstavljajte si, kako vaša čakra zvezde duše 1 zažari z briljantno belo svetlobo.
Predstavljajte si, kako se ta svetloba v obliki vrtinca spiralno spušča navzdol ter čisti vaše
energijsko polje.
