Today we live in an age where we have had been forced to begrudgingly accept atrocious crimes committed on a daily basis by migrants. What makes these crimes even worse is that our current justice system allows these criminals to get away with it. Thanks to Barack Obama’s insane policies over the past several years, we have seen a rise in illegal immigrant and migrant crime in America. Now, migrants and illegals have concocted a new defense for their inhumane actions, and sadly it was handed to them by the very same people within our legal system.

Augustin Bahati is a refugee from the Congo. He recently had six domestic-violence related charges dropped after a prosecutor agreed that he “lacked the cultural competency to participate in the American justice system.” In case warning bells aren’t screaming yet, this is an incredibly dangerous defense. Since the inception of competency hearings, defendants have attempted to manipulate the system and use insanity as a reason for their crimes.

Culture competency is a new ploy and if the New Hampshire ruling is not overturned, it could catch on quickly. The discovery of the use of this defense by state Attorney General Gordon MacDonald led to the resignation of lawyer and the investigation of many others. Bahati appears to not be the only one to have used this defense. The excuse amounts to little more than saying that because Bahati is not American, he did not understand that is was illegal to “strike, push, grab, kick and pull out the hair of a woman who was 27 weeks pregnant at the time.”

Augustin Bahati got away with six charges of domestic violence. Perhaps she did not cover herself properly and needed to be punished? This may be perfectly acceptable under Sharia law but when did it become permissible in America. Critics of the decision to dismiss the charges point out that while under New Hampshire law it is allowable “for charges to be dismissed when an expert determines that a mental illness or mental disability has rendered a defendant incompetent to understand the charges against him and assist in his defense,” there are no similar provisions for “cultural incompetence.” Nor should there be.

Once again, the demagogue Obama is trying to come back onto the scene in any desperate manner he can to try and stay relevant enough to take down the Republican party and the true values of this country. As if his hefty speaking fees and his jet-setting to meet with world leaders, (acting as if he were still the President) isn’t offensive enough to those of us who are smart enough to see his agenda, now he is back to play a role as a political fundraiser.

Since he left office, Obama has impressed few with his money-grubbing $400,000 speaking fees and lavish lifestyle, Even Dems have been critical of their former hero for some of his choices lately. That has not stopped them from opening the doors and inviting him back into the folds.

He will be the main attraction at a fundraiser later this week for the National Democratic Redistricting Committee. Joining him will be NDRC chair and former attorney general Eric Holder along with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. This group was created to challenge Republican success in their redistricting efforts.

Redistricting is the process of creating new boundaries to political districts. Many say it is done to make areas more favorable to one party or another, giving certain candidates an advantage. Republicans have managed to use it to win for several election cycles and that has Democrats upset and ready to fight.

The old team will be getting back together again. Holder has announced that “The National Democratic Redistricting Committee is proud to have the support of President Obama as we work to undo gerrymandering and create fairer representation in our democracy.” Of course, the term fair is open for interpretation to liberals.

This fundraiser will likely be the beginning of the former leader’s return to the political scene. We can expect more expensive speeches and support for upcoming elections. Obama is already expected to campaign for Ralph Northam, a Virginia candidate for governor. It remains to be seen who else he will decide to try and help. Naturally, many liberals still remain loyal to the man. He was their hero for eight years.

However, as more details come out about his presidency, his popularity has declined. The American public seems to not approve of how he spied on citizens and dealt with foreign countries with complete disregard for U.S. interests. It should be interesting to see if his return will help or hurt the desperately floundering Democratic Party.

When will this man realize that his presence is only going to HURT the very party he claims to want to help? He will only help conservatives in the long run by showing more and more of the corruption that is the left, and as irritating as it is to see him on any public platform, one can’t help but see it as another way of winning for us again!

It should come as no surprise that law enforcement officials in New York City are no fans of Mayor Bill de Blasio. For years, there has been tension between City Hall and the police officers who protect and serve their communities. You would think that de Blasio would do whatever he could to ease those tensions, but that would require him to actually care. Those tensions have now only escalated following the murder of New York Police Department Officer Miosotis Familia.

Last week, after Officer Familia was gunned down in New York, de Blasio chose to fly to Germany in order to protest President Trump’s arrival at the G20 Summit. Now, Mayor de Blasio just received his payback for his disrespect, and it was all caught on camera.
Officer Miosotis Familia was murdered on July 5th when she was shot in the head through her vehicle’s window. Two other officers rushed to the scene and they were able to shoot and kill the suspect, Alexander Bonds. Shortly, after Familia was rushed to the hospital she succumbed to her injuries.

After the brutal murder, NYPD Police Commissioner James O’Neill said, “It is clear that this was an unprovoked direct attack on police officers who were assigned to keep the people of this city safe.”

Soon after, Mayor de Blasio held a press conference to talk about the tragic death of the murdered officer. De Blasio said, “She was on duty, serving this city, protecting people, doing what she believed in and doing the job she loved. After this sudden and shocking attack, her fellow officers came to her aid immediately.”
However, soon after making that short speech, de Blasio hopped a plane and headed over to Germany to protest President Trump, instead of staying behind for Officer Familia’s vigil.

Today was Officer Miosotis Familia funeral where hundreds of police officers, friends and family paid their final respects. However, when Mayor de Blasio rose to the podium to speak to the crowd several hundred cops turned away in protest.

Scores of officers who assembled outside the World Changers Church in The Bronx for assassinated police officer Miosotis Familia on Tuesday protested the mayor by showing the building their backs as speakers broadcast Hizzoner’s eulogy from inside. The move was reminiscent of the funeral for slain officer Wenjian Liu in 2015, who was also executed by a cop-hating madman.

The officers chatted with one another or swiped through their phones during the mayoral snub.
The protest comes after de Blasio skipped town to participate in G-20 Summit protests in Germany on Thursday — the day after Familia, a 12-year department veteran and mother of three, was killed by maniac gunman Alexander Bonds.

“Mr. Mayor, you didn’t have to travel to Germany for a protest — all you had to do is speak in front of the men and women of the NYPD,” Sergeants Benevolent Association president Ed Mullins said.
