Suspicious! US Army Just Ordered ALL Soldiers to STOP Using China’s DJI Drones

The U.S. Army has ordered troops to stop using consumer drones made by Chinese manufacturer DJI, according to an Aug. 2 memo seen by Defense One and confirmed by two Army officials.

“Cease all use, uninstall all DJI applications, remove all batteries/storage media from devices, and secure equipment for follow on direction,” reads the memo from Lt. Gen. Joseph H. Anderson, the Army’s deputy chief of staff for plans and operations.

Why? The memo cited “increased awareness of cyber vulnerabilities associated with DJI products.” Service officials declined to elaborate.

Said one Army soldier about the decision, “I wonder how DJI camera stabilizers (which have no memory) can send information back to mainland China.”

DJI drones “are the most widely used non-program of record commercial off-the-shelf UAS employed by the Army,” the memo says.

India is creating infrastructure and deploying a large number of troops on its side of the border at the disputed area in the Himalayas, China’s foreign ministry has said, adding, that New Delhi’s actions indicate it’s not interested in a peaceful resolution of the standoff.
The impasse between the neighbors and BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) partners began on June 18, when Indian troops were sent to the strategic Doklam valley, which separates India from Bhutan. New Delhi said the move was necessary to curb Chinese road construction on the Himalayan plateau, which, according to the India, violates the status quo.

When an earthquake strikes, you will hear a rumble, ding, and a bell toll. The bell will toll the number of times = to the earthquake which occurs. (example : M4.0 will ring 4 times).

The most recent earthquake has a green placemark / flag on it.

Blue flag / placemark = the last earthquake which was looked up
