A new Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin says Federation diplomats were “shocked/stunned” yesterday after their receiving from the US State Department’s Office of the Chief of Protocol an official invitation document to attend, on 20 January 2017, The 58th Presidential Inauguration ceremony of Hillary Clinton being sworn in as the 45th President of the United States.
