Vish came to the Niagara Falls Advanced Week Long Retreat with severe back pain resulting from prolapsed disc issues, aggravated by long flights to get to the retreat. Towards the end of a long meditation on day 3, Dr. Joe asked participants to focus healing energy on a part of the body they’d like to heal. The result for Vish was not only a pain-free back, but also a sudden realization that there was an underlying attitude causing the pain.
