Russia leaves the Dollar based monetary system and adopts a system of Sovereign Currency.

The implications are phenomenal!!!

“In 1990 the first priority of Washington and the IMF was to pressure Yeltsin and the Duma to “privatize” the State Bank of Russia, under a Constitutional amendment that mandated the new Central Bank of Russia, like the Federal Reserve or European Central Bank, be a purely monetarist entity whose only mandate is to control inflation and stabilize the Ruble. In effect, money creation in Russia was removed from state sovereignty and tied to the US dollar.”

2016: “The Stolypin club report advises to increase the investment, pumping up the economy with money from the state budget and by the issue of the Bank of Russia”. Putin decided to follow the Stolypin club advice as the new monetary policy of the country.

Russia escapes the Federal Reserve prison! Bravo Russia!

Hillary seems to be suffering from the results of a Blood Clot in her brain behind her right ear, which is why she apparently has double vision and wears Prism Glasses.

In reality the chips in her head are breaking down – her and all 3 of her doubles. This may explain why the Secret Service secured 3 hospitals two days ago and why she has cancelled all speaking engagements.

Hillary, and her 3 doubles, must be simultaneously worked on in the 11/22 Artificial Intelligence Computing Systems in her brain.

In 2011, Putin alluded to creating a parallel financial system, based on the ruble, that will rival that of the dollar. This may mean that the US will no longer be able to live in debt and create perpetual war, given it will have less buyers of its treasury bonds. The US government holds the largest amount of debt in the world; at $19 trillion, it is guaranteed by nothing more than fiat money.

By contrast, Russia is the top buyer of gold in the world today, and has been steadily increasing its reserves over the past 15 years. This is being done, presumably, to disengage from the dollar system, using a gold-backed ruble system. Could this not be one of the core reason that Putin is the enemy of Western elites?
