According to Anisimov, psychotropic weapons are those that act to “take away a part of the information which is stored in a man’s brain. It is sent to a computer, which reworks it to the level needed for those who need to control the man, and the modified information is then reinserted into the brain.”

These weapons are used against the mind to induce hallucinations, sickness, mutations in human cells, “zombification,” (such as feelings of being TRANSGENDER or that you are black when you were born white)… or even death.

Included in the arsenal are VHF generators, X-rays, ultrasound, and radio waves. Russian army Major I. Chernishev, writing in the military journal Orienteer in February 1997, asserted that “psy” weapons are under development all over the globe.
That is only some of the weapons they have been using in the last 50 years. Now they are literally downloading vast amounts of confusion and insanity, directly into the human Brain Cortex, by way of the internet and Satellite machines, all over the globe.
They are literally sucking out our humanity by way of the phones and computers we use. Just as TV slowly demoralized the masses and gave us propaganda.

Now they are quickly erasing all rational beliefs and Ideas and replacing this with hate and lust, and the desire to destroy the human race in a world war, that we will carry out against each other, to an utter extinction of all human life on earth.
