An ominous Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today has included in its order for the massive air defense exercise at the Erebuni military airbase in Armenia a warning to top commanders telling them to “prepare for war” and noting that it appears President Obama is no longer in charge of either his own, or North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) troops who currently continue to mass by the tens-of-thousands on the Western Front.

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that the Obama regime is preparing for total war against the Federation in its bid to protect Hillary Clinton’s secret emails from being released, and that if successful would lead to a nuclear exchange with NATO forces and nations—or, in other words, World War III.

The last “puzzle piece” to be put into place by the Obama regime for this war beginning, this report says, was accomplished Tuesday (14 June) when NATO announced for the first time in its history that computer cyber operations (hacking/intrusion) were now part of its war domain, along with air, sea and land operations—and whose exact intention was stated two hours later by NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg who warned that major cyber attacks against this alliances member nations might now be classified as a “case for the alliance” which NATO as a whole would respond to militarily with conventional warfare.
