Management is a process that consists of making decisons involving an internationally recognized individual as well as all the other employees or participants in the organization.
Good managers plan the future of the world situation that needs to be improved. Every decision determines where the company is going and it may be success or failure.
The decisions and choices define the future influence that guides the direction, conditions, wealth, happiness and the destiny of the world that we live in locally and even on a world wide basis that depends on the decisions made and how that influence effects the world poulation.
Every event of the past, present and future all begin with a thought or idea that can grow into failure or mission accomplished. All depending upon some decisons that were made by the managers.
Wisdom is a gift from God and is the ability to make the right decisions and choices then take the company into success or failure.
Gods blue print for humanity in the Kingdom of God is for man to have perfect fellowship with God and knowing and following Gods will in every decision or choice. God blue print is the Plumb Line or blue print how to establish management of Gods Kingdom.
Seven eyes represent seven prophetic see’ers who have a constant communication with God, who fully submit their will to Gods will. This allows God to be the one directing the company as the managers after making the plans getting ready to move forward. Is this the right time to start such a project? Where whould this begin to impact the wold and help the most people.
God knows all things from beginning to end and he only leads when we ask him to lead. He will never interfere with mans self will. We must submit our wills to Gods will in leadership.
We will be establishing the honored positions of many overseers in all areas of management and will be asking seven prophetic people sensitve to hearing Gods voice, to help decide the important decisions involved establishing the Company to be a building stone to be placed into the Kingdom of God in the generation we are living in.
