1. Relaxe sua mente e corpo, observando sua respiração por alguns minutos.
2. Visualize um pilar de Luz rosa emanando do Sol Central Galático, passando por seu corpo até o centro da Terra. Mantenha este pilar de Luz ativo por alguns minutos. Então, visualize uma presença feminina amorosa na forma de uma linda Deusa, descendo do céu e entrando no seu corpo físico. Esta presença harmonizará sua mulher interna e lhe fará mais amoroso(a). Permaneça unido com essa presença por um tempo.
3. Visualize novo e brilhante futuro espiritual para a humanidade, com homens e mulheres em perfeito entendimento, com nossa sociedade crescendo para além da necessidade de guerras e conflitos, uma vez que todas as entidades escuras, físicas e não físicas, foram removidas do planeta. Visualize todas as feridas da humanidade sendo curadas, toda a humanidade sendo inspirada e guiada, com todos tendo sua própria conexão com sua própria Alma e com a Fonte, em perfeito equilíbrio dos seus aspectos masculino e feminino.
4. Erga suas mãos acima de sua cabeça e comece a girar seu corpo no sentido horário
5. Enquanto faz isso, cante o mantra iiii de forma que ele vibre por todo o seu corpo, e visualize seu corpo tornando-se um pilar brilhante de Luz, com milhões de estrelas com as cores do arco-íris espalhadas por esse pilar de Luz
6. Continue cantando o mantra e girando. Depois de alguns minutos, abaixe suas mãos para próximo de seu corpo e continue a girar no sentido horário
7. Enquanto faz isso, comece a cantar o mantra eeeaaa, de forma que ele vibre por todo o seu corpo, e visualize um vórtice arco-íris de Luz se expandindo do seu coração, para fora em todo o planeta. Chame a presença dos seus guias espirituais, Mestres Ascensionados, Pleiadianos, anjos, almas gêmeas, famílias de alma e outros seres de Luz.
8. Continue cantando o mantra e girando, e permaneça na presença de todos esses seres de Luz por um tempo.
