Just a day after the Security Council (SC) reported that President Putin had ordered the convening of the “Holy War Council” in response to the Obama regime threat to launch terror attacks on Federation soil if Russia didn’t stop fighting Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) terrorists in the Levant War Zone, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) is now reporting that all “Level B” ministries (Moscow local) are now being evacuated to their assigned nuclear protected bunkers in the “secure renovated” Tagansky Protected Command Point (Bunker 42)  after US Secretary of State John Kerry issued a new threat to break off all diplomatic contact with the Kremlin—and that is considered as an act of war. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

Important to note is that on 26 August all top Federation federal ministries were evacuated to their nuclear protected bunkers in anticipation of this war, but the adding of “Level B” ministries (local governments/police and fire resources, etc.) today shows that preparations for an immediate attack are now fully underway.

Fueling this grave move, this report explains, is the Obama regime, and its NATO allies, “unpredictable/unstable” response to the Syrian militaries planned assault on the city of Aleppo against the Western supported al-Qaeda and Islamic State terrorists who over the past week have killed hundreds of innocent civilians.

A grim new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today provides yet another example of how close World War III is after the Strategic Missile Forces (SMF) were ordered to immediately deploy nuclear armed ICBM’s to the Federations border with the European Unionin response to recordings that proved the Pentagon coordinated an unprovoked attacked upon Syrian Arab Army (SAA) forces with Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) terrorists. According to this report, on 13 September a ceasefire agreement reached between the Federation and the Obama regime to lesson the raging conflict in Syria came into effect—but 4 days later, on 17 September, was shattered when the Americans began an hours long bombing assault against Syrian Arab Army forces that killed at least 62 of these soldiers and wounded over 100 more.

The turning point was the Obama and Putin discussion in Hangzhou.

The recent Syria agreement signed in Geneva by Kerry and Lavrov (probably it will be remembered as “Pizza and Vodka deal”, as the journalists have been served these delicacies by the negotiating teams during the time they had to wait for the results) beside the points disclosed by the foreign ministers included five documents. The US insisted on keeping the content secret, despite Russian insistence to make them known. Here is what we learned about the contents of the secret documents and the negotiation process from our usually reliable Arab and Israeli sources.

The secret documents describe what should happen in Syria after the cease-fire will come into effect. The first day of cease-fire is called Day D. The Russians wanted it to begin at noon, while the Americans preferred sunset on Monday September 12, 2016. The American view prevailed. After first two days, at D+2, if cease-fire holds, the Russians and the Americans will extend it for a longer time. This actually happened on September 14, in a telephone conversation between Lavrov and Kerry. They extended it for another 48 hours. If it will hold for a week, hopefully the sides will extend it indefinitely and proceed to the next stage.

In a few days it will be the 15th anniversary of 9/11, and this November 13 will be the 53rd anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas. These two state crimes against democracy destroyed American democracy, accountable government, and the Constitution’s protections of civil liberty.

Years after the damage done by these events the American people no longer believe the official stories. Neither does the government, but the government will never validate the distrust that Americans now share of “their” government by acknowledging the truth.

The official explanation of the assassination of President Kennedy never made any sense. Videos of the assassination contradicted the official story, as did witnesses, and many credible people challenged the government’s story. The CIA was faced with the official explanation becoming unglued and launched its media program stigmatizing doubters as “conspiracy theorists.”

The CIA’s psych warfare against the public succeeded at the time and for a number of years during which witnesses had mysterious deaths and the trail grew cold. But by the late 1970s there was so much public skepticism of the official story that the US Congress took the risk of being labeled “conspiracy kooks.” The House Select Committee on Assassinations reopened the inquiry into JFK’s murder. The House Committee concluded that the Warren Commission’s investigation was seriously flawed, that there was more than one person firing at President Kennedy and that there was a conspiracy to assassinate JFK. It was late on Friday night at the President Wilson Hotel in Geneva, and tired, hungry journalists were waiting in the hotel’s windowless basement ballroom for word from either US SecState John Kerry or his Russian colleague, foreign minister Sergei Lavrov, that (yet another) deal over Syria had been reached, or alternatively, none was coming. The process was being held back by Kerry, according to Reuters, as US negotiators were engaged in back and forth consultations with officials in Washington. Lavrov confirmed as much when he told reporters to blame the American, expressing disbelief that things were taking so long.

“I hope before Washington goes to sleep we can get some news,” he said.

An hour or so later, he fed the press corps another tidbit, literally. Lavrov, accompanied by a posse of officials, including one bearing a tall stack of pizza boxes, announced that they
were a gift “from the U.S. delegation”. But while the pizza was from the Americans, the booze came from Russia: as reporters were eating the pizza, Lavrov came again, this time to hand over two bottles of Russian vodka.

Reading between the lines in today’s Pentagon press briefing, a bombshell US policy shift is becoming more apparent: Syrian forces and their Russian partners are being told that conducting military operations in some parts of Syrian airspace opens them up to being shot down by the US military.

Pentagon Spokesman Peter Cook was asked numerous times in numerous ways whether this amounts to a US “no fly zone” over parts of Syria. His first response was vague but threatening:
We will use our air power as needed to protect coalition forces and our partnered operations. …We advise the Syrian regime to steer clear of [certain] areas.

Retired army major general Robert H. Scales: Russia has better weapons and better men to fight the ideological war than the US does.

Leonid Bershidsky of Bloomberg has lamented just a few days ago that Russia is actually winning the war in Syria by a landslide. “With Russian air support,” he said, “the regime forces [the Assad government] and their Iranian and Lebanese allies are pushing back and holding the siege, which cuts the rebels off from Turkey.”[1]

Bershidsky is frustrated because the US is obviously losing the war in the region. Bershidsky wants US “victory” at any cost. He wants Assad to go. He wants more bloodshed and misery in the region. In fact, terrorist groups do not bother Bershidsky at all. Listen to him very carefully here:

The Saudi Foreign Ministry was forced to go on a non-denial denial overdrive about a visit to Israel on July 22 by a delegation led by retired Gen. Anwar Eshki.

Eshki happens to be close to Saudi intel superstar and one time close Osama bin Laden pal Prince Turki bin Faisal, who recently met in the open with former Israel Defense Forces (IDF) generals Yaakov Amidror and Amos Yadlin. While in Israel, Eshki met with Foreign Ministry Director-General Dore Gold, and Maj. Gen. Yoav Mordechai, the top IDF honcho in the West Bank.

There’s absolutely no way the House of Saud would not have given a green light for such a visit – and such high-level meetings. By the way, the Interior Ministry in Saudi Arabia bans all travel to Israel – as well as Iran and Iraq.

A top U.S. professor has said that the CIA and Mossad were directly responsible for the organisation of the 9/11 attacks.

James Henry Fester, founder for the Scholars for 9/11 Truth and a retired professor from Wisconsin, says he believes U.S. intelligence and Israeli intelligence orchestrated the attacks in order to further American foreign policy.

“9/11 was in fact an orchestrated event that was brought to us compliments of the CIA, the neocons (neoconservatives) in the Department of Defense and Mossad,” he told Press TV.
