Buddhic Kolommen Meditatie (geleide meditatie) / Buddhic Column (Dutch)
1.Gebruik jouw eigen techniek om jezelf in een ontspannen staat te brengen. Adem diep briljant wit Licht in. Adem alles uit wat jou niet langer dient. Herhaal deze ademhaling gedurende een aantal minuten. Zeg dan deze mantra, of iets soortgelijks, stil of hardop, wat je wilt:
“Ik Ben de Ziel
Ik Ben Goddelijk Licht
Ik ben Goddelijke Wil
Ik ben Goddelijke Liefde
Ik ben een vast ontwerp door mij, de Ziel”
2.Visualiseer dat jouw ster chakra oplicht met briljant wit Licht. Visualiseer dit Licht in de vorm van een maalstroom die naar beneden spiraalt en jouw energieveld schoont.
3.Visualiseer een vijfpuntige ster die hoog in de lucht is geplaatst, zo’n 14,5 km. (9 mijl) boven de gekozen locatie. Zie deze ster glinsteren hoog boven de gekozen locatie, een briljant wit Licht schijnend.
4.Visualiseer nu het Witte Vuur van AN dat komt van de Galactische Centrale Zon, dat door alle punten van Licht binnen ons zonnestelsel gaat, dan door de vijfpuntige ster en door de gekozen locatie, en vervolgens diep naar binnen naar het centrum van de Aarde. Blijf dit gedurende een paar minuten visualiseren.
