A mind-blowing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin revealing that Russian-made coronavirus test systems have been supplied to over 30 countries, says this type of humanitarian pandemic aid assistance has been placed on hold with the European Union after its top science funding agency European Research Council (ERC) saw its doctor-scientist President Mauro Ferrari just make a stunning and abrupt resignation from his position—a stunning resignation ERC President Ferrari explained in his “damning indictment resignation letter” wherein he slammed the globalist-socialist leaders of the EU with the words: “I thought that at times like these, the very best should pick up their best weapons, and go to the frontier, to the front-lines, to defeat this formidable enemy…I argued that this was not the time for scientific governance to worry excessively about the subtleties of the distinctions between Bottom-Up versus Top-Down research”—and after doing so, then told these godless socialists that he was setting out on his own to help defeat the coronavirus by his stating: “Now it is time for me to return to the frontier, to the frontlines of the fight against Covid-19, with real resources and responsibilities, away from offices in Brussels, where my political skills are clearly inadequate, and again at the true service of those who need new medical solutions”.

“New medical solutions” for the coronavirus now former ERC President Ferrari knows includes a drug used to treat the diseases Malaria and Lupus called Hydroxychloroquine that many EU socialist leaders are desperately trying to keep their citizens from knowing about, much less taking—and who are alarmingly being supported in this despicable effort by American doctor-scientist Anthony Fauci, who has led the United States National Institute of Health Infectious Disease bureau since 1984—is the same Dr. Fauci that in January said the coronavirus “is not a major threat to the people of the United States”, but is now warning that “the world may never get back to normal” because of this pandemic—and who, also, is currently involved in what’s being described as an “Epic White House Fight Over Hydroxychloroquine”—an epic fight over this proven lifesaving drug about which Dr. Fauci has staked out his position on by declaring: “We’ve got to be careful that we don’t make that majestic leap to assume that this is a knockout drug…We still need to do the kinds of studies that definitely prove whether any intervention is truly safe and effective”—specifically what are known as “double-blind studies”  in which neither the participants nor the experimenters know who is receiving a particular treatment.

The beyond shocking implications of which means that Dr. Fauci has now declared to all of humanity that they must immediately stop taking disease cures that have never been scientifically proven to be effective by double-blind studies—unproven by double-blind studies found to be effective cures like the Tetanus Toxoid Vaccine created to fight one of humanity’s deadliest diseases known as Tetanus—a disease so virulent and deadly every human being in the world needs a booster vaccination to protect themselves against it every 10-years—and because of, in the United States alone deaths from the Tetanus disease have dropped a staggering 99% since 1947—millions of American lives saved by the Tetanus Toxoid Vaccine invented in 1924 by French veterinarians Gaston Ramon and P. Descombey—neither of whom even thought of conducting a “randomized double-blind study” of their vaccine, most particularly because they immediately saw it curing the Tetanus disease…
