Moments ago the Common Wealth of Puerto Rico filed for a Quasi-Bankruptcy Protection by US Courts over it’s $70 Billion Dollars in Debt created by both the Mandatory Health Care costs and Mandatory Welfare.
Puerto Rico – however – is not an Incorporated Territory like the Detroit, the Philippines or the Washington State Secretary of State’s Office.
Puerto Rico is part of the United States Corporation.
Puerto Rico uses the US Dollar as a base and it’s President is appointed by the United States Corporate President.
When Detroit filed for Bankruptcy Protection the courts just let it ride because it is a Private corporation, governed by laws set forth in the State of Michigan Corporation. It is the Michigan Department of Treasury Corporation that oversees the Corporation of Detroit.
It’s an Incorporated City – the Corporation of Detroit.
When Puerto Rico files for Bankruptcy it files as part of the United States Corporation – however – under executive order 12803 the United States is completely privatized and may in fact have only a few employees.
Common Wealth Territory or not – Puerto Rican Bonds are issued from the United States.

MARK’S STORY
Mark McCandlish: My electronics aptitude was so high right out of high school that the Air Force was really enthusiastic about getting me to work on something like a weapons control system on aircraft. So that’s where I wound up going.
After I got out of the Air Force, I used the GI Bill to go to Brigham Young University, studying design illustration. And then I went to Art Center College of Design as an automotive design major and eventually changed my major to just straight illustration when I began to see that the bottom was about to fall out of the automotive industry, and they weren’t going to be hiring any designers in the late ’70s, early ’80s.
And that’s when I went to work for the defense industry.
I had been approached by the Calabasas Division of Lockheed, and I think this was right at or right before the time that Lockheed joined with Martin Marietta and became Lockheed Martin.
And the gentleman that had asked me to prepare this illustration said that, “We can’t tell you what it looks like. We can’t tell you anything about the aircraft, only that it’s the second generation in an existing family of extremely high speed, high altitude aircraft.
And so we need you to draw a picture of something that looks really fast.
So I looked around, and the two fastest aircraft that I was aware of at the time was, of course, the SR-71 Blackbird, which is Mach 3 , and then the prototype XB-70 Valkyrie that was built by Rockwell International’s North American Aircraft Division…

Corey Goode Responds to Claims Made by Bill Ryan
Bill Ryan wrote an article last week entitled, The Truth About Corey Goode, wherein he asserted that the Secret Space Program whistleblower was compromised and inauthentic. Days later, Stillness in the Storm produced an analysis of that article, concluding that what Ryan asserted and presented as evidence was not conclusive and the claims were unsupportable. 7 states abstained from voting Saudi Arabia into UN women’s rights commission — RT News
Seven countries abstained from voting to appoint Saudi Arabia to the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), with the absence of a ‘no’ option, the Swedish Foreign Ministry has revealed.
The vote for membership in the CSW was held on April 19, leading to Saudi Arabia joining the 45-member body. Seven states abstained while another 47 voted ‘yes’ at the UN’s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the Swedish Foreign Ministry told local media.
Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom noted, however, that the delegation could not vote against Saudi Arabia, as there was no such option. She also said that the procedure was held by secret ballot so the diplomats would not be under any pressure.

“They Know Something That We Don’t” – Corporate Insiders Are Unloading Their Stocks Like There’s No Tomorrow
There aren’t any surefire ways to tell if the stock market, and perhaps the rest of the economy, is about to take a nosedive. That’s because millions of people with millions of ideas are involved, so it’s an inherently unpredictable system. However, there are certain players in our economy that have a lot more influence and insider knowledge than the rest of us. So when they make a move in unison, you know there’s a good chance that something is about to go down.
And that’s exactly what’s going on with the stock market right now. The people who would stand to lose the most if the markets crashed; the corporate executives and insiders, are all jumping ship and selling their stocks.
As the investing public has continued to devour stocks, sending all three major indexes to record highs in the last few months, corporate insiders have been offloading shares to an extent not seen in seven years. Selling totaled $10 billion in March, according to data compiled by Trim Tabs.
It’s a troubling trend facing an equity market that’s already grappling with its loftiest valuations since the 2000 tech bubble. If the people with the deepest knowledge of a company are cashing out, why should investors keep buying at current prices?
The groundswell of insider selling has the attention of Brad Lamensdorf, portfolio manager at Ranger Alternative Management, and he doesn’t like what he sees.
“This is definitely a negative sign,” Lamensdorf wrote in his April newsletter. “They do not see value in their own companies!”
And this isn’t a recent trend. While ordinary investors were optimistically diving into the stock market after Trump was elected, these people were dumping their stocks as far back as February.
Chief executives and other corporate insiders are selling stock hand over fist now that the quarterly earnings season is over, a report from Vickers Weekly Insider shows. Transactions by insiders are restricted around a company’s report.
“Insider selling has jumped again, and this time to levels rarely seen,” analyst David Coleman wrote in Monday’s note.
In the last week, insiders’ sale transactions on the NYSE outnumbered their purchase transactions by more than 11 to 1, according to Vickers, a publication of Argus Research. The 11.47 reading is 3.5 standard deviations above the mean, according to Coleman.
Clearly, they know something that most Americans don’t. I’d wager that they know the stock market can’t keep reaching record highs indefinitely, they know the economy is resting on shaky ground, and they know that this sudden surge of investments in the stock market is their last chance to make a killing before the whole thing comes crashing down.

As The Puerto Rico Lawsuits Begin “A Bankruptcy Is A When, Not An If” | Zero Hedge
Last July, Puerto Rico defaulted on hundreds of millions in debt, however under the PROMESA federal rescue law put together in the last minute, creditor litigation was put on hold – a kind of deferred debtor protection without the actual bankruptcy. The law was meant to encourage Puerto Rico and its federal financial oversight board to negotiate debt-cutting agreements with creditors. No deals were reached and on midnight of May 1 into Tuesday, the litigation freeze expired, opening the doors for creditors to take Puerto Rico to court, in hopes of blocking the next step in the Puerto Rico restructuring, namely Governor Ricardo Rossello’s plan to impose drastic repayment cuts. As a reminder, Puerto Rico defaulted on $1.3 billion of principal owed since the previous governor declared the $70 billion public debt load unpayable in June 2015.
And as expected, on Tuesday Puerto Rico and its federal financial oversight board were flooded with the first lawsuits from stakeholders, with more expected in the coming days, which could ultimately push the insolvent U.S. territory into bankruptcy. The lawsuits, according to Reuters, include complaints from holders of Puerto Rican sales-tax-backed debt, from general obligation bondholders and from bond insurer Ambac Assurance Corp…
