Dratzo! Much progress is now being made. There exists, among the Elders and the various Royal groups, a strong and unaccountable worry that somehow the dark had been faking its demise. This has heavily colored how these powerful groups view this enormous release of funds. Our task is to prove that these beliefs have no foundation. At the present time, our massive program to successfully counter these unsubstantiated beliefs is working. The Elders clearly see that a release of this immense stockpile of funds cannot cause any form of failure. Although the dark may be able to steal some of these funds, we possess the means to quickly recover them and arrest any who are involved. Because of this now proven capability, the Elders and the Royals are at last ready to firmly re-set release dates. Thus, we deeply feel that the global RV exchanges can actually be realized and therefore permit the complex RV process to commence. These massive exchanges can then lead to the distribution of the prosperity packages and to new governance!

Once the new monies are released it will advance a whole host of fundings that had been on hold for months. These holds had stalled release of a great many bonds, humanitarian funds and other similar projects. We anticipate that in the coming weeks, all of these funds that had been held up by the Chinese and European Elders can finally be processed and distributed to those long promised these very special monies. Another accomplishment is the neutralizing of the dark cabal’s minions in the present corrupt government regimes of this realm. We are confident that these decisions are final and are to allow the world’s many societies to be flooded with monies formally held up for years. These funds can quickly make possible the commencement of a number of key sanitation, water and housing projects. Your world needs as well to end its long dependence on Gaia’s natural resources. These projects include another vital ingredient, namely, to end the destruction of natural eco-systems. All of this is, of course, only the beginning!

THE ARRESTS AND OTHER CLEANUP HAS RESULTED, FOR EXAMPLE, IN THE CLOSING OF THE MAJOR ACCOUNTS WITHIN HSBC HK FOR ALMOST A FULL DAY AS THEY DID THE INTERNAL CLEANUP.

“WE HAVE FINAL APPROVAL FROM THE REGULATORS FOR OUR FUNDS, AND WITH LUCK THEY WILL BE HERE REALLY REALLY SOON, BUT RIGHT NOW WE ARE PLACED ON A BIT OF A BLACKOUT UNTIL ALL OF THAT IS COMPLETED.

“EVERYTHING ELSE IS MOVING FORWARD QUICKLY NOW. THE COMMITTEE THAT IS DOING THE RV HAS STARTED THE PAYMENTS FOR THE BIG STUFF, AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE SMALL/PUBLIC STUFF WILL KICK IN ANY MOMENT AS WELL. THE HISTORIC BOND STUFF UNDER THE TRUST IS ALSO MOVING, AND THEY WILL BEGIN WITH THE BONDS ANYTIME AS WELL.

“MAJOR MONEY MOVEMENTS ARE OCCURRING AND THIS IS A CLEAR SIGNAL AS TO THE GLOBAL STATE OF PREPAREDNESS FOR WHAT IS TO COME. ALL IN ALL, IT IS PRETTY GOOD AND WE ARE IN GREAT SHAPE FOR THE FUTURE.”

AS I SAID ON SUNDAY, WE HAD AN IDIOT OF A SENIOR BANKING EXECUTIVE SCREW US UP IN OUR TIMING FOR THE FIRST TRANSFERS. THIS GUY WAS EXTORTING BRIBES FROM CLIENTS, AND IGNORING HIS DUTIES OF DOING REGULAR BANKING WORK LIKE OUR TRANSFERS, BECAUSE OF NO MONEY TO GET IN THAT RED ENVELOPE THEY GET WITH MONEY IN IT. HE WAS CAUGHT AND PUNISHED, AND A NEW GUY STEPPED INTO HIS SHOES.

SO OUR FUNDS THAT WERE TO BE HERE TODAY, WILL BE HERE (MAYBE) BY THE END OF THIS WEEK IF THE NEW GUY IS UP TO SPEED AND GETTING IT DONE. OTHERWISE WE ARE FACED AGAIN WITH THE NEXT WEEK PINATA, BUT WE ARE NOW GUARANTEED THE FUNDS TO BE HERE.

2. The RV was expected to happen in the US when China transitioned to a gold-backed currency. Around the first part of June 2016 US Treasury Secretary Jack Lew was in China where he agreed to a 15 June 2016 transition date. Though scheduled for June 15 2016, that transition was said to actually take place on Sunday June 12.

3. On Sunday afternoon June 12 2016 Republic President General Joe Dunford & USA, Inc. bankruptcy figure head Jack Lew arrived in Reno on Air Force 1 with full surrendered release documents re: UST control over to the new Republic Treasury.

Here is a special update from Zap. As so many have been “going through energetic stuff” these past couple weeks, I am not surprised at any of it. As far as the funding items he mentions, I am using my discernment, and my “Believe it when I have it” viewing glasses!

WHETHER RELATED TO MY SPECIAL MESSAGE A WEEK BACK I DO NOT KNOW, BUT SEEMS TO CORRELATE. IT COULD ALSO BE BECAUSE OF THE GENERAL WAR WE ARE EXPERIENCING OUT THERE, AS I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE TAKEN DOWN.

“…I LEARNED LATER ON A CALL THAT THIS WORLD WAS ATTEMPTED TO BE DRAWN INTO AN ABYSS OF DARK ENERGIES, AND IT WAS A MONUMENTAL EFFORT BY SOME TO PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING AND THIS WORLD WAS AGAIN SAVED FROM SOMETHING UNIMAGINABLE. IT HAS SURPRISED ME HOW MANY TIMES OUR PLANET HAS BEEN SAVED FROM THIS CATACLYSM OR THAT DARKNESS. WE ARE UNAWARE OF SUCH THINGS FOR THE MOST PART, AND SOMETIMES I WISH I HAD THE BLISS OF IGNORANCE.

The only thing I will say about this one is that it appears, from this Zap message, that the cabal intends to “entice” people to come to Reno, sign an NDA, and so on. Zap says the NDA is “cabal sponsored”. Hmmm.

Day 8 No Money on EBT Cards! Riots Next? – Get Prepared!

It interesting over the weekend I got several emails telling me about cell phones being down, internet being down, and get this, EBT cards not working and having no money associated to them.

This is a concern because when the US Government has payment failures, then there is possibly something happening that the press is not telling you about.

Now, we know that computers have problems and that states, counties and cities run on computers. But what is interesting is that since the beginning of 2016, The US government has had over 2,700 reports on downdetector.com showing that they have been late loading the money onto these EBT cards.

Folks, we are now going on 8 days where the Government has not paid the EBT payments so that people have food.

Why is this?

Are we looking a possible Venezuela event taking place here in the US?

Right now, believe it or not but a dozen eggs are going for $150 in Venezuela. A pound of powdered milk is going for approximately $110.

Are we just seeing some computer glitches going on here or is there a possibility that the US government is starting to have a hard time keeping up with all those EBT payments?

According to the Food Research and Action Center, there are now 44,391,436 people on the food stamp SNAP program.

Depression Had Soup Kitchens – Today We Have EBT Cards

EBT-CardIt is interesting to think, but during the great depression there were soup kitchens all over the US that were feeding people. You have seen the pictures of all those people lined up outside just waiting for something to eat.

One of the ways the government is hiding how bad things really are is by having these EBT / SNAP cards that people use like a debit / credit card.

You load up your cart, to the cashier, they ring up your food and the person swipes their EBT / SNAP card. The money is deducted and no one knows the difference.

One of the biggest issues to take place during the great depression was severe malnutrition.

I’d heard about this from someone, and there is nothing I can personally verify or validate. However, I’ve had conversations and messages from several in the last two days which indicate the planetary energy has “lightened up”.
