Al Capone’s bookkeeper was a very talented and engaging young accountant named Easy Eddie O’Hare. Easy Eddie gave us O’Hare International Airport in Chicago, thanks to his war hero son. And he gave us the system of accounting that he designed for Big Al, via the FBI and IRS, and later adopted by the Government Accounting Office in 1946.
This is officially called “Double Entry Accrual Bookkeeping” or more commonly, “keeping two sets of books”.
The IRS and FBI found out about this nifty trick accounting when they were investigating —- and prosecuting —- Al Capone. They liked it so much that the “Government of the United States” officially adopted it following the Second World War.
The concept is simple. Split the “streams of income” into budgeted and non-budgeted categories. Then present only the budgeted amount for public notice and discussion. People will naturally assume that the budgeted amount is all there is and not ask about the non-budgeted income—-which becomes a giant secret slush fund.
That’s what happens every year at every level of government. A budget is proposed and seconded and everyone gives all their attention to the amount budgeted and everyone assumes that that is all there is to discuss, the only money available.

From ‘Fake News’ to ‘Fake Intelligence’ – Break Down of a False Flag Operation

Never in the history of the Central Intelligence Agency has it and its surrogates so blatantly and boldly interfered in a U.S. election. The U.S. media, in a matter of hours, altered course from concentrating on «fake news» about innocent pizzerias being linked to child sexual exploitation to spotlighting «fake intelligence» about Russia’s alleged cyber-espionage operation designed to elect Donald Trump president. The CIA leaked to The Washington Post, the owner of which has a $600 million contract with the CIA to provide cloud computing, findings of a secret report on Russia’s alleged «fixing» of the 2016 U.S. presidential election to favor Trump over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
The scandal-plagued Mrs. Clinton was defeated by Trump not because of nefarious cyber-sleuths from Moscow but because she and her campaign forgot how Barack Obama’s and her husband’s free trade deals destroyed the economic lifeblood of America, particularly in the «rust belt» Midwestern states. Rather than talk jobs and the economy, Mrs. Clinton’s campaign concentrated on such trivial matters as trans-gender restrooms and a former Miss Venezuela harping in poor housemaid English about how she was insulted over her weight by Trump.
Mrs. Clinton has been reduced to appearing in public dressed in purple outfits looking like the children’s character «Barney» the dinosaur. Clinton’s «purple haze» is a continuation of George Soros’s election-overturning «Purple Revolution». While Soros-paid protesters commit acts of vandalism across the country, the failed presidential candidate is pathetically complaining about «fake news». But when it comes to the CIA’s «fake intelligence» about Russia and the U.S. election, some of Mrs. Clinton’s ardent supporters are demanding that the results of the November 8th election be rejected and that President Obama remain in office indefinitely until a new election can be sorted out. Of course, none of this is constitutional. And the Clintonistas even have a novel solution for dealing with the certain resulting protests by states that voted for Trump and his supporters: Obama must declare martial law and suspend the U.S. Constitution.

Snopes political “fact checker” is a mouthpiece for Hillary Clinton & the Democrats
Facebook has announced it will empower Snopes, an organization with a clear left-wing bias, to bury so-called “fake news” on its news feed, a move that clearly opens the door for the outright censorship of conservative content and opinion.
“To combat fake news, Facebook has partnered with a shortlist of media organizations, including Snopes and ABC News, that are part of an international fact-checking network lead by Poynter, a nonprofit school for journalism located in St. Petersburg, Florida,” reports Business Insider.
This network will identify stories it deems to be “fake news” and then flag the URL, ensuring the story is buried in users’ news feeds and seen by significantly less people.
One of the organizations on the list tasked with burying “fake news” is Snopes, which represents a clear conflict of interest given that Snopes is clearly not impartial.

Poll: Most Americans Reject “Russian Hacking” Conspiracy Theory
59% say election not influenced by “Russian cyberattacks”
The majority of Americans reject the claim that “Russian hackers,” not voters, chose Donald Trump as president.
When asked if “Russian cyberattacks” helped Trump win the White House, 59% of Americans said no, according to a poll conducted by Fox News.
Surprisingly, the poll revealed the respondents weren’t die-hard Trump supporters given their responses to the president-elect’s various campaign proposals.
In fact, 67% of the respondents also said they have confidence in the CIA, which makes their rejection of “Russian hacking” even more damning; rouge, anti-Trump elements of the intelligence community have been pushing the Russian conspiracy theory along with the mainstream media.
The poll is a significant example of the lack of influence the mainstream media now has over public opinion, which has been on a downward decline for decades ever since global elites began buying up major media brands to promote establishment propaganda rather than objective news.

Clinton Investigation Back On: FBI Agents In NY Ordered To Continue Foundation Probe — The Event Chronicle

After the election, many speculated that the probe of the Clinton Foundation would be laid to rest. But now, according to an exclusive report from the Daily Caller, senior officials at FBI headquarters in Washington DC have apparently instructed agents in the New York field office to continue their investigation of the Clinton Foundation. According to the source, the instructions were passed on to the NYC field office last week and involves operations in at least five cities, including: New York, Little Rock, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Miami.
Officials at FBI headquarters instructed its New York field office to continue its corruption investigation into the Clinton Foundation following the election of Republican candidate Donald Trump, according to a former senior law enforcement official.
The instructions ordered agents to “go forward” with their ongoing inquiry into the Clinton Foundation which is focusing on issues of corruption and money laundering, according to the source.
“There were no instructions to shut it down, to discontinue or to stand down on the investigation, but to continue its work,” the former official told the Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview.
He said he received this information about a week ago and that the order originated from the bureau’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. well after the Nov. 8 election. He did not know who at FBI Headquarters issued the order.
The same source broke the news to TheDCNF that the FBI was conducting a multi-city probe of the foundation in as many as five cities: New York, Little Rock, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Miami. The source did not know the status of the bureau’s work in the four other cities.

Woman arrested for fabricating anti-Muslim Trump attack story — RT – Daily news
New York Police arrested a woman who claimed she was the victim of an anti-Muslim attack by men screaming “Donald Trump” after it emerged she had fabricated the entire story.
Student Yasmin Seweid, 18, claimed she was verbally attacked by “three drunk, white men” shouting “Donald Trump” at her during a subway ride on December 1.
“They kept saying, ‘You don’t belong here, get out of this country, go back to your country,’ and finally they came really close and they were like, ‘Take that rag off your head,’” Seweid told CBS at the time, adding that one of the men tried to pull off her hijab before she fled.
It’s understood that at one point police had been close to finding one of the fabricated attackers, based on a description provided by Seweid. The teen wrote in a now-deleted Facebook post that she found the incident “dehumanizing” and that she couldn’t speak about it “without getting emotional.”
Seweid also described how president-elect Donald Trump “just promotes this stuff and is very anti-Muslim, very Islamophobic, and he’s just condoning it.”
