The company is NewLink. The vaccine, or drug, depending on how it is defined, is called algenpantucel-L. A clinical trial of the drug recently failed to produce benefits in cancer patients, and the stock price of the company took a major dive.

A shareholder in NewLink, Rickey Ely, decided to sue.

His reasons are interesting, to say the least.

Clinical trials of new drugs seeking FDA approval go through four phases. The lawsuit states that phase 2 produced no encouraging results, violated standard protocol (there was no control group), and yet the company hyped the outcome of phase 2, and launched phase 3 only a few months after starting phase 2. Phase 3 shouldn’t have been initiated at all.

Owing to the company’s PR machine, shareholders were encouraged, but when phase 3 turned out to be a bust, the company’s stock price collapsed—thus punishing those shareholders.

Not only that, the lawsuit charges, but during the PR hype about the drug’s promising outlook, some execs of the company actually sold their own personal shares—1,154,161 shares worth $39.9 million—turning a very nice profit for themselves, before the stock price crashed.

A shareholder-lawsuit like this can be quite a strategy against drug companies (or any publicly held company). The shareholder, a part-owner of the company, is “working from the inside.” He’s “trying to protect the company from the harmful actions of its bosses.” Even if he only owns one share, he can sue.

In this case, Rickey Ely is directly suing several NewLink executives. That always tends to get execs’ attention.

They lock their office doors. They call their lawyers. They spill coffee. They have conversations with their spouses. They put personal plans on hold. They make lists of people they can blame. They make sure their secretaries are screening phone calls. They undertake a deep inventory of their…money…

An intriguing Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the unprecedented “grouping/converging” of US Marshals Service-Eastern District of Pennsylvania (USMS-EDP) agents in Philadelphia and Washington D.C. this past week was due to President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) “informing/notifying” the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) to prepare for at least 23 “high security political defendants” being placed in the Federal Detention Center (FDC) located in Philadelphia—one of whom the SVR believes will be Hillary Clinton.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

 

 

According to this report, while the US mainstream propaganda media this past week was being consumed by their “Russia hysteria” meme against President Trump that has led to a $150 million “kill contract” being put on his life, and whom had just fired his leftist-leaning Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey, SVR intelligence analysts were reporting that a team of FBI agents and US Department of Justice prosecutors had just returned from Bangladesh where they had secured under oath testimony from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina confirming Hillary Clinton’s criminality.

Prime Minister Hasina testified to the FBI and the US Justice Department, this report explains, that in 2011 then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called her office demanding that Muhammad Yunus be restored to his role as chairman of the Bangladesh’s most famous microcredit bank, Grameen Bank—but who had been paid between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Clinton Global Initiative, with Yunus himself personally giving between $25,000 and $50,000 to the Clinton Foundation website too.

Grameen Bank, this report details, was created by Muhammad Yunus and purported to be a pioneer in the concepts of microcredit and microfinance to help poor peoples—but whose “reasons and ability” to pay Hillary Clinton nearly $500,000 led the SVR (among others) to question its true motives—and whose charges of embezzlement and loan-sharking against have yet to be fully investigated.

As part of the Bangladesh government, this report continues, Prime Minister Hasina further told the FBI and US Justice Department that under her nations banking laws, no one could be the director of Grameen Bank past the age of 60—and that by his management of this bank, until she dismissed him upon taking power, Yunus, at age 70, in effect, had stolen 10-years of salary and benefits too.

 

 

Most shocking about this newly discovered crime by Hillary Clinton, this report notes, is that the FBI had known about it—but after Director Comey had ordered the investigation to cease, and barely a fortnight prior to President Trump taking office, “someone” at the FBI mysteriously posted on its website over 300 emails that Clinton had sent to an unnamed colleague not in the government (suspected to be her adviser Sid Blumenthal) that had fallen into the hands of foreign powers, including Bangladesh (though funneled through China)…

A new study published in the Journal of American Medical Association claims that most FDA approved drugs are unfit for human consumption. 

It seems that every new medical drug should carry a public health warning: “This FDA approve drug may seriously damage your health.”

Researchers found that a third of all medicines that were approved by the FDA, were then subsequently quietly labelled with “serious adverse health effects” warnings – some of which warned patients that continuing to consume the drugs could result in life-threatening complications.

Some of us wonder why we live a life of service to others and service to self has been a second fiddle, always on the sidelines.  As a kid at five to twelve, every time our playmate ask for something, anything, I run home to get what he desires.  We find happiness, satisfaction and deep fulfillment when we have given something, a gift, a favor, a service to family, friend or an acquaintance. My friend is more advanced of help to family, he assists his father at a young age to fish and sell  them to buy necessities for home while I get it from our household to share with friends.

We never tire of giving to help someone, even a new person introduced to us by a friend limited by our meager resources.  We favor them with that little attention, that little something, a gift that will make them happy and fulfilled at our expense.  As a little child up to the age of 72,  this has been my life and even my wife asks me why I do this,  give to others, provide and use my limited working time to help others. In a few instances these assistance led to the detriment of my family finance due to  trust afforded others who turn out  to be  a perpetrator or an element of dark beings.  I have lived in the most urban of all areas in PH with a college buddy, intimate of  friends and the two of us turned victims to people of this type.  We had at least  three major  bad personal investments and a lot minor due to what you may call our “trusting behavior to others”. Our innate trust on others turned sour even at our senior years that cost us part of our retirement provisions.

We lived trying years of perseverance what you call hard work and development of professional skills, practical experience or academic, all these years and we still cultivate new skills today. As a door closes a new window of opportunity opens says my friend, Domingo.  As a child,   teenager, collegiate student, professional  and businessmen,  we  have been too trusting.  My close friend-fraternity brother and myself lived the same lives, educating others as child teacher and university lecturers even funding minor scholarships. We have been benefactors despite our shortage of funds to family and friends and sending them to schools even funding a home for them. We gave gifts that we feel we can afford even at times we have to borrow or sell our personal belongings.  We share the same behavior. This must be out of norm  our times,  this 3d timeline as  greed is the number one trait of people I see,  all benefits for themselves, manipulation of men, power over others especially those in big business and the practice of profession. The fact is some of my neighbors question my habit of caring and planting trees, caring for birds, animals  and why I do it.  For me it is but natural to take care of nature as we live with them and  earth carry us, our ever loving satellite…

Two weeks ago, I interviewed Joshua Coy, a researcher and popular talk show host at WYDE- 101.1-FM radio, the largest station in the state of Alabama. We discussed our independent sources which highlighted the fact that Project HAARP is involved in behavior modification experiments at an Alaska FEMA camp facility.

Extreme Interference

Before the interview was concluded, the conversation was terminated by an external force of unknown origin. For two days, Josh and I attempted to re-establish communication and all attempts, via cell, email and text were unsuccessful.

The interview had external noises placed in the conversation, externally inserted and it was done after the fact. That was the conclusion that Josh came to as he had the sound engineer at his station run a diagnostic test on the noises which consisted of dishes clanging, a woman screaming and satanic music in the background. The conclusion was that these noises were externally placed independent of the broadcast. Josh Coy and I are both experienced talk show hosts, if we had heard any such noises, we would have stopped the interview and called attention to it. The obvious intent of these interferences was designed to disrupt our conversation on the aforementioned topic.

“Why is it so hard for mainstream media, independent journalists, and government officials on both sides of the aisle to grasp the dangers of micro small toxins? If they believe that the unseen greenhouse gas particulates and molecules can superheat the world and change climate, why is it so hard to believe that traces of mercury and aluminum in vaccines have harmed so many once promising, healthy children for the past two decades?” [1, Pg. 259]

That’s James Ottar Grundvig, the author of Master Manipulator, The Explosive True Story of Fraud, Embezzlement, and Government Betrayal at the CDC, asking poignant questions after spending much time in Sweden, Atlanta, and places in between investigating yet another apparent fraudulent vaccine fiasco no one seemingly wants to resolve but everyone wants to slide under the carpet.

Why do I say no one seemingly wants to resolve?

The flagrantly blatant answer has to be that nothing has been done, to my knowledge, by either HHS/CDC or Congress, which has oversight, to rout out and prosecute the perpetrators of fraudulent scientific research, collusion and cover-ups that, apparently, constitute the ‘corporate’ culture within the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, plus put a stop to the dissemination of pseudoscience and fraudulently manipulated data by epidemiologists and ‘top brass’ within the CDC.

Here are some examples:

a. The infamous Simpsonwood Meeting wherein the acknowledged link between autism and vaccines in June 2000 was sent back to the rework drawing board to prove there was no link. Thomas Verstraeten brilliantly performed as he was tasked at Simpsonwood, and rewarded.

“Dr. Verstraeten was responsible for the preliminary analysis of the CDC’s Vaccine Safety Datalink to determine if a relationship existed between Thimerosal and autism. The “It” in Dr. Verstraeten’s subject line of “It just won’t go away” is the correlation between Thimerosal and autism. Dr. Verstraten also notes that “all the harm is done in the first month.” [2]

b. CDC/FDA’s unscientific culture of accepting Big Pharma’s pseudoscience and lies regarding vaccines as illustrated in two Merck & Company’s employees’ whistleblower lawsuit in Federal Court in Philadelphia alleging Merck fudged the efficacy of the Mumps active of the MMR vaccine for close to ten years. c. CDC epidemiologist William Thompson, PhD, came forward and revealed to the father of an autistic son that Thompson and other scientists at the CDC colluded to exclude imperative data regarding the MMR vaccine and autism implications in young black boys less than three years of age. The movie VAXXED, From Cover-up to Catastrophe documents Thompson in his own words telling how CDC employees colluded to destroy and trash specific documentation, plus exclude reporting it from the official CDC study they were producing about vaccines and autism. The Poul Thorsen vaccine-autism-research fraudulent debacle whereby the CDC puts ‘all its eggs in one Danish study basket’ co-authored by Thorsen, who turned out to be not only highly questionable as a research scientist but a manipulator beyond anyone’s wildest imagination, even to the point of scamming the CDC out of a million or more research dollars. Two-thirds of Americans are currently in the care of a physician that is being paid by a drug company, and they may not even realize it. A study conducted byGenevieve Pham-Kanter, Ph.D., surveyed more than 3,500 adults and linked their doctors to data from Open Payments, a government website that reports pharmaceutical and device industry payments to physicians.

The results of the study revealed that about 65% of the people surveyed had visited a doctor within the past year that had received payments or gifts from pharmaceutical or medical device companies. Even more shocking is that only 5% knew that their doctors had been given these incentives. Patients who were visiting an orthopedic surgeon or OBGYN doctor were shown to have the highest percentage of being under the care of a physician receiving some kind of incentive. Pham-Kanter said, “Patients should be aware of the incentives that their physicians face that may lead them to not always act in their patients’ best interest. The Open Payments website is a federal program that collects information about payments drug and device companies make to physicians in the form of travel, research, gifts, speaking fees, and meals. It also includes any ownership interests that doctors or their immediate family members may have in these companies as well. While most physicians receive payments averaging about $193, it does add up over time. Between August 2013 to December 2015 Genetech, Inc. ,the maker of drugs such as the allergy drug Xolair and anti-viral drug Tamiflu, made payments totaling $727 million to doctors and research hospitals.

Doctors have long disputed claims that the payments they receive from pharmaceutical companies have any relationship to how they prescribe drugs. An analysis created by ProPublica in 2016, however, found that doctors who received money or even just a meal from drug and device makers prescribed a higher percentage of brand-name drugs overall than doctors who didn’t. According to ProPublica, the analysis doesn’t prove industry payments sway doctors to prescribe particular drugs or even a particular company’s drugs, but it does show that payments are associated with an approach to prescribing that in the end benefits pharmaceutical companies’ bottom line.

Looking back approximately eight long years ago (Yes, can you believe > 8 years?) what began as the devious theft of 134.5 Billion in US Notes by Daniel Dal Bosco set off an unpredictable and often times a “Wild West” (and East!) chain of events that continue to this day for Neil Keenan and his loyal Group K (whose members have changed over time) – but ALL have played a major role in getting to this dynamic place of impending breakthroughs and ultimate success on several fronts.

Yes, for the past eight long years there have been so many abrupt and at times –  seemingly mysterious changes occurring that even a US Highway map couldn’t properly show all of the twists and turns ultimately leading to the most marvelous of doors: The Global Collateral Accounts.

These Accounts, which many crooks & cabal members have done their best in surreptitiously blocking from us for such a long period of time; are now readily recognized by so many.

Fortunately, we can thank Neil Keenan for his relentless courage and Irish tenacity in bringing this revelation to the forefront to be revealed in the light of day to ‘We The People’ worldwide.

It was Neil who first committed himself to the task – and then endured under unpredictable and tremendous odds, on that long and winding road leading up to not only the lawsuit itself (the one that opened all the doors into that battle on behalf of humanity and the world which we dare witness and still fight for today) – but also to the penultimate point – whereby Neil was told he was going to be placed in charge of those very Accounts.

Natural News) A sexually transmitted disease called human papillomavirus (HPV) is the only form of cancer known to be contagious, but what the medical community won’t tell parents of teenagers and preteens is that HPV is easily defeated by a normal functioning immune system. Of the 120 or more different strains of HPV, only about 15 are carcinogenic, and the HPV vaccines, which have never been proven safe or effective in any clinical trials, literally take a shot in the dark at a couple of these strains, much like the haphazard flu shot administered every year to tens of millions of unsuspecting victims of neurological poisoning.

Still, the CDC and rogue hacks and shills from Big Pharma use scare tactics to all but force-vaccinate girls as young as 9-years-old with sodium chloride and two versions of the dormant HPV cancers hidden in protein and genetically modified organisms.

The propaganda is mind-blowing, and it unfortunately works. It convinces parents to do the unthinkable: have their little girls (and boys) jabbed with some of the most dangerous carcinogens on earth to “prevent” a couple of strains of a rather benign, pre-cancerous STD. It doesn’t even make sense…
