This is the decision reached in secret discussions between the governments of Russia, China and the US under the aegis of the CSIS, the sources say.
This will pave the way for a Kim Han Sol, the son of Kim Il Sung’s older brother Kim Jong Nam, to become the new leader of North Korea, the sources say. This will be followed by the reunification of the Korean Peninsula, they say. However, it is not yet clear if the Kim Han Sol the CSIS plans to place in power will be the real one or the fake one who recently appeared on internet video, the sources say.
This information has not been independently confirmed but reflects the scenario envisaged by the CSIS.
In one Executive Order President Trump just destroyed the United Nations Agenda 21 – now upgraded to Agenda 30.
Agenda 21 is a United Nations Platform put forth in a 351 page Manual “Requesting” that all nations move to a Sustainable Growth.
Translation: Reduce the World’s Population to around 400 Million People living in Abject Poverty with the next 3 years.
Updated recently to Agenda 30 this population Reduction will be accomplished by the year 2030 and, according to the Chief Jesuit General in an interview, the Opening of the Temple Of Lucifer in Jerusalem to be completed in the year 2032.
The Primary Precept of these United Nations Agenda’s is to more almost every one into the cities and then destroy them through various means – Poisoned Foods, Mandatory Vaccinations, Plagues, Wars, etc.
So – if the smaller towns are occupied by people the Agenda’s are destroyed.
Two things happened in 1980 that began forcing people out of small towns:
1) First – the Consent Decree. On 1 March 1980 the 9th Cicuit Court of appeals ruled that to be hired by the USA Forest Service as a Category 460 Employee (Forester) you must be woman or Black. Within 7 years the Forest Service Logging Industry – supplying vast amounts of timber – was dead.
This ruling was then used to lock White Males out of Forestry across the nation in State Forestry Programs.
Without this timber small towns simply die across America.
In 1986 I found myself at a Lunch prepared by Colonel Wiggins at his home near DC and met with the Head of the US Forest Service – Max Peterson. Colonel Wiggins son and I went to Engineer Officer’s Basic Course together near DC.
Max was wearing a Light Blue and white striped suit and was very plump.
I asked Max why he allowed the Consent Decree and why he did not take it to the US Supreme Court and over turn it and he said: “It was a sign of the times.”
So here is an example of what happened: In 1990 I applied for a Forrest Engineer Position here in Washington State. I was the highest rated Forest Engineer they had ever evaluated so all across the state – for 2 years – they would not fill the position and when I spoke to “Governor Goofy” (Mike Lowry) about it he told me they could not hire me because I was a White Male.
Logging on state lands (25% revenue goes to schools) stopped and so did maintenance on Elementary Schools. When I went to the State Forestry Office in Enumclaw 3 years later I discovered that the Forest Engineer position was filled with a gal with no college diploma and she was the official Birthday Party Planner for the office.

Operation Gotham Shield, an interagency exercise to prepare officials and emergency personnel for the unlikely event an enemy State detonates a nuclear bomb in the skies over New York City, is slated to conclude Wednesday.
That same day, President Trump has called a meeting with top military and defense officials, and, ‘unusually’, the entire Senate over North Korea.
Wednesday also kicks off a full-scale preparedness drill of a different sort — one, strangely, not focused on the growing potentiality the U.S. may be forced to cope with nuclear war inside its borders; but, instead, addresses a familiar, if nebulous, adversary. Terrorism.
“Law enforcement officials and other first responders will participate in a full-scale exercise on April 26 designed to prepare for the possibility of a complex coordinated terror attack in the National Capital Region,” announced the Washington Metropolitan Council of Governments (COG) in a press statement yesterday.
Together with appropriate emergency managers, COG “planned the exercise to help protect residents by preparing for an attack involving multiple target locations and teams of perpetrators.
“The regional exercise will be staged at six sites in the District of Columbia, suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia, and will involve hundreds of police, fire, and emergency medical service personnel and volunteer actors. The locations include neighborhoods in the northeast and southeast quadrants of the District of Columbia, Prince George’s County, and Arlington and Fairfax Counties. Residents in those neighborhoods will be notified ahead of time to expect the exercise.”…
The Times’ investigative report suggests that a U.S. intelligence agency managed to intercept some of what Russian hackers were stealing — and that one document, “described as both a memo and an email, was written by a Democratic operative who expressed confidence that Ms. Lynch would keep the Clinton investigation from going too far.”
According to the Times, Comey feared that Lynch — who had insisted the Clinton probe be referred to as a “matter” and not as an “investigation,” and who suggested it the investigation was not criminal when, in fact, it was — would declare the case closed, and then Russian hackers would leak the document to undermine the FBI’s image of independence.
The Times notes: “Mr. Comey’s defenders regard this as one of the untold stories of the Clinton investigation, one they say helps explain his decision-making.” And if a local news reporter in Phoenix had not caught Lynch meeting with former President Bill Clinton, she might have succeeded in sheltering the Clintons even more effectively than she had.

Today, the first of the three Bundy Ranch protest trials came to an end. After just over two and a half months of testimony and 6 days of Jury Deliberations, the Jury reached a partial verdict on some charges, but were Hung on all of the other charges.
The most surprising and somber news came when the Jury convicted Todd Engle on 2 of the 10 charges that he faced. The 2 charges that Todd Engle was convicted of were Count 12 Obstruction Of Justice, and count 16 Interstate Travel To Aid Extortion. I am told by council that these charges carry a lesser punishment then the remaining 8 charges, and Todd May even just get probation and time served at sentencing.
As for Greg Burleson, the other defendant that was convicted today, he was convicted on 8 of the 10 charges and will most likely spend the rest of his life in prison…

Surviving aliens allegedly attacked and killed Russian military after the latter shot down the former, revealed in a sensational declassified CIA report.
The bizarre report reportedly includes claims that aliens in the UFO transformed into a ball of light and turned 23 soldiers into stone. It was allegedly buried among thousands of U.S. intelligence agency declassified files published online.
The shocking report, made on March 27, 1993, is apparently the CIA translation of a report from the Ukraine-based newspaper Ternopil vechirniy. According to the newspaper report, many KGB files reached the CIA after Mikhail Gorbachev lost power in 1991.
The report stated that a military unit noticed a low flying saucer while in training in Siberia. One of the soldiers then fired a surface to air missile, bringing the UFO down, the report said. It further indicated that five short humanoids, having large heads and huge black eyes, got out.
Two survivor soldiers saw the five beings transformed into a white spherical ball of light, buzzed and hissed. The ball of light then exploded and turned 23 soldiers into stone, the report claimed. Two troops in a shaded area survived the alleged attack.
The report added that the remains of the petrified soldiers were transported to a secret research institution near Moscow as per KGB report.
All life as we know it is entirely dependent upon water to survive. The surface of Earth is 70% water, so, too are humans, reaching upwards of 90% water composition. The human brain and heart are considered to be about 73% water, and lungs approximately 83% water. From a molecular point of view, we are in fact 99% water!

A Swiss group has launched a campaign to legalize cannabis consumption. The aptly titled ‘Legalize It’ campaign calls for cannabis to be legislated for and taxed by the government.
Cannabis remains illegal in Switzerland, although a 2013 law stipulates that adults caught with ten grams or less is fined 100-francs ($100) instead of facing criminal proceedings.
The group is calling for cannabis to be legal for personal use for adults. It also wants cannabis sales to be taxed and regulated by the government, arguing this would cause the black market cannabis trade to dry up.
“The ban on cannabis is wrong from a social perspective, wrong from a legal point of view and simply stupid from an economic point of view,” Legalize It’s Nine Forrer told Tages Anzeiger.
Legalize It has been at the forefront in efforts to legalize cannabis but have so far failed. In 2008 it wanted to legalize cannabis for all, including minors although under strict regulations. This is the first time it’s calling for taxation on cannabis.
Switzerland is experimenting with other potential cannabis projects. There are plans to trial ‘cannabis clubs’ in Zurich, Basel, Bern and Geneva, while pharmacies in Bern may sell cannabis as part of a Bern University research project.
There is much debate about where the U.S. economy is ultimately heading, but what everybody should be able to agree on is that economic conditions are significantly worse this year than they were last year. It is being projected that U.S. economic growth for the first quarter will be close to zero, thousands of retail stores are closing, factory output is falling, and restaurants and automakers have both fallen on very hard times. As economic activity has slowed down, commercial and consumer bankruptcies are both rising at rates that we have not seen since the last financial crisis. Everywhere you look there are echoes of 2008, and yet most people still seem to be in denial about what is happening. #1 It is being projected that there will be more than 8,000 retail store closings in the United States in 2017, and that will far surpass the former peak of 6,163 store closings that we witnessed in 2008.
#2 The number of retailers that have filed for bankruptcy so far in 2017 has already surpassed the total for the entire year of 2016.
#3 So far in 2017, an astounding 49 million square feet of retail space has closed down in the United States. At this pace, approximately 147 million square feet will be shut down by the end of the year, and that would absolutely shatter the all-time record of 115 million square feet that was shut down in 2001.
#4 The Atlanta Fed’s GDP Now model is projecting that U.S. economic growth for the first quarter of 2017 will come in at just 0.5 percent. If that pace continues for the rest of the year, it will be the worst year for U.S. economic growth since the last recession.
#5 Restaurants are experiencing their toughest stretch since the last recession, and in March things continued to get even worse…
Foot traffic at chain restaurants in March dropped 3.4% from a year ago. Menu prices couldn’t be increased enough to make up for it, and same-store sales fell 1.1%. The least bad region was the Western US, where sales inched up 1.2% year-over-year and traffic fell only 1.7%, according to TDn2K’s Restaurant Industry Snapshot. The worst was the NY-NJ Region, where sales plunged 4.6% and foot traffic 6.3%.
This comes after a dismal February, when foot traffic had dropped 5% year-over-year, and same-store sales 3.7%….

A study funded by the Danish government has found that infants who receive the DTP (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis) vaccine are ten times more likely to die than their unvaccinated peers.
According to a team of Scandinavian scientists, lead by Dr. Soren Wengel Mogensen, African children who were inoculated with the DTP vaccine in the early 80’s had a 5-10 times greater mortality rate than anyone else.

President Donald Trump chastised the UN Security Council for underperforming and called on it to “impose additional and stronger sanctions” on North Korea during a meeting with UNSC ambassadors at the White House.
“The status quo in North Korea is also unacceptable, and the council must be prepared to impose additional and stronger sanctions on the North Korean nuclear and ballistic missile programs,” Trump said during the luncheon.
Trump also took a jab at the UN for ignoring threats like North Korea “for far too long.”
“This is a real threat to the world, whether we want to talk about it or not. North Korea is a big world problem and it’s a problem that we have to finally solve,” he said. “People put blindfolds on for decades and now it’s time to solve the problem.”…
