The researchers have presented a systematic review of archaeological and palaeoenvironmental records of cannabis, which includes the fibres and pollen of the plant, in Europe and East Asia.

Research suggests that replacing a diet of animal protein with that of plant protein could increase life expectancy.
Scotsman reports:
A large study found that every 3 per cent increase in calories from plant protein reduced the risk of death from all causes by 10 per cent.
It was also associated with a 12 per cent lower risk of death from heart disease.
In contrast, raising the animal protein share of calories by 10 per cent led to a 2 per cent higher risk of all-causes of death and an 8 per cent greater chance of dying from a heart problem.

As such, I think it indicates that paradigm shifts are taking place and while it still appears as though major changes have not occurred, subtle transformations are happening.
This being said I do like to follow the simple adage of planning for the worst, hoping for the best, and expecting something in between.
A practical and balanced approach to the physical needs of life is part of our spiritual training in my view. As such, if you can prepare some basic material needs for yourself and loved ones it would a prudent step to take.

“What if the whole story of the Exodus from Egypt was a fake story, and what if we could prove that it is?”
There wasn’t a time when I did not feel uneasy about the story of the Israelites’ Exodus from Egypt. Actually, uneasy is an understatement, for I was always irritated by this notorious story of Moses and Pharaoh of Egypt. Somehow, this Israelite tale couldn’t seem to fit in the history of ancient Egypt nor in my mind. Unlike most people, I couldn’t take that incredible tale for granted.
Whenever we say ‘the Exodus’ everybody unconsciously and instantly recognizes the story as the fleeing of the Israelites headed by Moses from the grip of Egypt’s ruthless Pharaoh. Thanks to the Church, Synagogue, and Mosque and of course Hollywood films this Exodus story has sunk deep in the collective subconscious of the masses, so deep that the story of Moses and Pharaoh has turned into an almost unshakable historical truth that once took place in Ancient Egypt.
But actually nothing in the ‘milieu of that story’ indicates that it happened in Egypt, except maybe the mistaken association between ‘Pharaoh’ and ‘King’ of Egypt.
